Recently, my son plugged his headphones Turtle Beach X 12 in the front USB and my computer's audio input. Since he took the helmet, I have had no audio of my Logitech speakers. When I click the speaker icon to get out of trouble, I get this message: "material changes may not have been detected." When I go to my control panel to manage my audio devices, I get a message that says no audio device is installed. I tried the simple things like the removal and reinstallation of my speakers and tries a recovery to date before my son his headphones plugged the computer, but those who have not yet worked. I have to uninstall and reinstall my sound card?

Which could be necessary, but first, first try the software road. Try the steps in this tutorial and see if that solves the problem: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows/no-sound-help#no-sound=windows-7&v1h=win8tab1&v2h=win7tab1&v3h=winvistatab1&v4h=winxptab1 .

Freezes in Windows 8, "material changes may not have been detected.
A few days ago my laptop speakers have not worked or stopped working suddenly, although it reinstall the drivers. Last night, I installed a group of updates (not counting the 8.1) to my computer and that seemed to solve the problem of speaker but ever since then it has been freezing. First regardless of the application I have open (google chrome, my antivirus software, whatever it is) suddenly doesn't respond. Then, the entire computer freezes - the clock to stop, I can't click on anything whether or get into the Task Manager but the mouse still moves. This stage lasts 30 minutes and arrives at least once every two hours - usually, I pressed the power button to turn off, but last night I just closed the lid and went to sleep. This morning, I ran the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and received the message that "material changes may not have been detected. I don't know what to do.
Hello, Léa,.
Please provide detailed information about your question. I appreciate the step by step troubleshooting, and pain that you have taken to resolve your problem. However, there are a few steps more that we can try to diagnose the root cause.
The error message you get may be due to a service that is not running or if the race is not defined as automatic.
You can try the steps below to check the status of service.
- Press the Windows key + R, type services.msc in the Run dialog box and press ENTER.
- Look for Windows Installer service.
- Check if it is started, if not, right click on the service and click Start.
- Right-click on the Windows Installer service and select Properties.
- In startup type, select Automatic.
- Then click on apply and OK.
If the problem persists, you can follow the steps in the Microsoft article provided below and check if that helps.
8.1 Windows, Windows 8 or Windows 7 hangs or freezes
Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.
Hope it would help. If problem persists always post back with the current state of your computer and the result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

audio will not play error message says it cannot have been updated or hardware changes have not been detected. I did no hardware changes
Hello ShawnKohl,
We can also try to go back to a time where he worked with system restore.
Once this has been done, check the hat of Windows updates are available and hide the audio driver updates that are available.
System Restore:
Windows XP - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084
Windows Vista/7 - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore
Updates of masking:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/902992
Please note that in addition to that, the advice of the previous poster remains true: we want to get the latest audio driver on the system of the manufacturer.

Windows could not automatically detects the network proxy settings
Recently, I noticed a triangle appearing little attention with my network icon in the taskbar. When I right click and solve problems, it comes with this message. Windows could not automatically detect the network proxy settings. My internet has been really slow lately, but I wonder if there is a problem with my network? or is - something that my ISP has set?
(This message is intended for all problem reports)
Check the Internet Options (Internet Explorer tools or configuration panel / /Connections Options tab / LAN Settings and make sure that Proxy Server is not checked even if you use Firefox.) Check the settings in Firefox Tools / Advanced connections / settings (should be use system proxy settings or no proxy).
Search for malware, especially using malwarebytes.
Try these commands in this order in an elevated command prompt. Not the first first, then reboot and try. If still bad, try the second.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 resetIf they do not help, please after the output of a command ipconfig/all-order

Hi Artur,
We understand that you need to adjust the brightness of your laptop HP 2000.
Here's what you can do to get this resolved:
Hold down the F2 key to decrease brightness screen Fn key and press the F3 key to increase brightness.
If it doesn't, you can contact HP directly to HP customer care.
Kind regards.

Seagate 120 GB external HARD drive could not be detected
We use Win XP Pro, when you plug the HDD of the promt "Cypress AT2LP RC42" System. How to detect this material?
In the Device Manager Composite Device failed to start Code: 10
Hello
I think it might be 2 possibilities, why it does not work.
First the external drive is dead and that is why it does not work or there is something wrong with the USB ports.
Sometimes after installing SP2, the ports will not work. For this, I found this Microsoft Knowledge base article:
http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=873169I think you should try to connect this USB HDD on another computer, make sure that the HARD drive is not altered.
My brother uses a with USB cable external HARD disk that supports 2 USB connectors.
This cable allows you to use the USB ports and dual power.
I think that's not a bad idea, try using a USB hub with an external power supply and then connect the HDD to this hub.Eventually, it helps.

Entered digital high frequency to the FPGA could not be detected OK
Hello
We want to connect the CMOS camera with PCIe-7842R with SCB68 box to analyze the image in the FPGA. There are PCLK (pixel clock) signal (36 MHz) and 8 bits of data.
On the 1st, we write a test program to ensure that we can detect the PCLK correct which is attached as program.png. The program is very simple there is a loop timed with 80 MHz, which should be enough take 36 MHz signal. If the value of 8000 "Digital 2", we should have 3600 (+ -1) like "digital." The reason why we (+ -1) is that we have no synchronization, is supported in this test program. And we can get the right result in this configuration.
2nd part, connect us data to 8-bit on FPGA and we get a wrong result of PCLK. Even connect us only 1 bit (which is labeled as DIO1 program) data, the PCLK is disturbed, and we can't find out why. The configuration of the connector is attached as connector.jpg.
We tried to make 2 very distant digital signals, but are still not. We tried to change the cables connected between SCB68 and FPGA of SHC68-68-RDIO cable for SHC68-68-RMIO cable because we think she may have better armor. We have a better result but still bad.
Now, we put "Digital 2" 8000 and we have about 3400 ~ 3500 as 'digital."which is false.
Does anyone have advice or commands on this problem? I'm very appreciate your kind help.
Thank you.

Unable to complete the driver installation the new installation because of this message. Went through the establishment of the liaison WiFi several times and connectivity was still present. Connected to my D-Link router 626L and saw the connected printer but the referenced ip address is 0.0.0.0. Tried to assign a static ip address through the printer and also to use the Windows cmd prompt, all to nothing does not.
Called Canon Support and these 2 changes in adjustment solved the problem:
(1) turn off the Wireless LAN DRX setting
(2) disable the IPv6 setting
This article explains how to set the settings of the printer.

hardware changes may not have been detected
Hello
I have an acer aspire laptop with win7 ultimate. recently, I could not use my usb ports and everything I plug could not be recognized.
I installed Microsoft fix Center and the problem was solved. the usb driver is then downloaded and installed.
same thing happened when I pluged in my mouse wireless usb, USB drive, external hard drive, printer, etc... I had to run the fix for windows download and install devices but it is this question on the "material changes could not have been detected.
I remember that this process has been done automatically before each time that a device has been unplugged.
I would like to know how to restore the default auto detect/download/install for any device that is plugged in.
Thank you

Hello
I've had my laptop for 2 or 3 years, and the sound was always very well. Yesterday morning my computer came suddenly with the sound with a red X icon. She was not dumb, and yet no sound came. The sound options show that no audio or recording devices are installed (for disabled AND disconnected devices). There is no 'of sound devices or video game"in Device Manager. Information system shows no information (empty) under its device. However, in Device Manager, under system devices, "High Definition Audio Controller" has a yellow caution icon and cannot start.I have not installed a new OS or anything recently.I have a Dell Inspiron 1545Windows 7 Home PremiumService Pack 1 (6.1.7601 Build 7601)Pentium Dual-Core CPU64-bit operating systemI tried:- Relocation and reactivation of "High Definition Audio Controller". I rebooted. No change.
- Go to the Dell website, download audio drivers for my label service and installation. We decompress in the drivers folder and nothing happens. One will be unzip, try to take me by another plant for IDT Audio and then say 'the hardware found is not supported by this IDT' and is abandoned. I rebooted. No change.
- Install drivers in safe mode. I rebooted. No change.
- In administrative tools > Services, I found "Windows Audio". He had started and was on "auto". Six of its dependencies (3 parents, 3 children) had started and were to "automatic".
- I looked at the system restore. There was a "critical update" this morning here. I restored to a point before update and restarted. No change.
- Looked in the BIOS for an option on the sound, but could not find one. Restore the BIOS default and rebooted. No change.
- Ran Microsoft Fix It I rebooted. No change.
- By clicking on the audio task bar icon runs the diagnostic window thing. It detects a problem with the description: "material changes may not have been detected.
- Put on the headphones. Nothing changes.
I'll probably have to do a fresh install, am I not?I would be very grateful if you could help, thanks.JeromeRight, I fixed it myself.
So I uninstalled "High Definition Audio Controller".
But this time, instead of just turning it back on and let it install it himself, I clicked on "Analysis of the hardware changes" (under the Action). He finds that a new device called PCI something under other devices. Then I open up Windows Update and click on search for new updates (it also analyzes the drivers) and I think it just automatically reinstall "controller Audio high definition" and then there was no problem of yellow warning sign thing.
If it does not, simply play in Device Manager with looking for changes on the hardware and the update of bollocks.
If you're still stuck, try "Add inherited harware" (this will install an OLD device), click Advanced, click on "sound devices" and video games, wait a while, find a suitable device and continue the process...

A SCREEN BLUE, COULD NOT START WITHOUT HDD FOUND, AFTER WINDOWS XP UPDATE IN FEBRUARY
Like many of you, after the updates of February I was not able to start my laptop. Safe mode does not work and when I tried the solution accepted since the recovery/Repair Console, I got a message saying "Setup cannot find hard disk units installed." After hours of searching for a solution, I finally thought to it and now everything starts very well. For those of you are having similar problems, here's what I did...
(1) visit this site: http://techrena.blogspot.com/2008/10/how-to-install-your-own-wndows-xp-in-hp.html and follow the instructions for the BIOS.
If this link does not work for your computer, try this one: http://techrena.blogspot.com/2009/01/integrate-your-own-drivers-or.html
Then, insert your Windows installation CD and when it loads, press R to repair. Then follow these instructions:
(2) select the option for C:/Windows
(3) type this command: CHDIR $NtUninstallKB977165$\spuninst
Press ENTER
(4) type this command: BATCH spuninst.txt
Press ENTER
(5) type this command: systemroot
Press ENTER
When 6) complete, type this command: exit
(Most of the instructions above have been found on this thread: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/73cea559-ebbd-4274-96bc-e292b69f2fd1/)
If your computer did not come with a Windows CD, you can make a CD for recovery of your choice or borrow one from a friend. For the purposes of recovery, I don't think it's important if you have XP Home, Pro, etc., any CD will work. There are websites online that will show you how make a recovery CD... and even provide the files... it takes just a little research. Unfortunately I did not save the link for the site that I used: o.
If for any reason, you are still unable to get your computer running and want to get your important files on your hard drive, I found this amazing, easy and free method. Just download the OS and burn the ISO to a CD and then start on the CD and load the operating system (direct loading from CD - do not install) below. You will be able to browse all your files and transfer them to a USB drive or burn them on a CD: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCD certainly a good thing to keep on hand for future if nothing else!
Apparently, it is a root virus (?) of some sort that causes the problem of update in the first place. I scanned with every scanner I can think of and Nothing has been found on my system. Does anyone know if there any instructions on how to find/get rid of the problem so that it does not happen?

A rootkitTrojan horse, to be precise. References include:

Backdoor.Tidserv does a very good job in this sense, particularly with the
latest version (TDL3), which uses an advanced rootkit technology to hide its
presence on a system by infecting one of the low-level kernel drivers, then
cover his tracks. While that the rootkit is active, there is no easy way to
detect the infection, and because he's so deeply in the core, most of the users
don't see anything wrong in the system... Even worse, because the infected
driver is critical for the system boot, Windows will not start in Mode safe
either [after installing MS10-015 on an infected machine].

TDSS rootkit 3rd variant is the last member of the family of rootkit Tdss is
spreading rapidly all over the world. While a number of rootkits is just
developed as a proof of concept, this is not the case. TDSS rootkit is well
known for corporate antivirus because of his goal to get full control of the
PC infected and using them as zombies for its botnet.During these years, he always showed a team of people behind it, which
always applied advanced techniques often able to bypass antirootkit software.
In fact, this last variant could be easily identified as the stealthy rootkit
in the wild. This infection is having all the best rootkit MBR, the best of
Rustock.C and the experience of the old Tdss variants. Result is an infection that
is quickly spreading on the net and it is without being detected by almost every security
software and 3rd party anti rootkit software... [20 Nov-09] terms no antirootkit is able to ignore the disk filtering
technique used by Tdss rootkit but, even if it were possible, this rootkit
could not be detected by file size cross check because size of the
the original and infected files are exactly the same.
