  Hello dyeannj, can advise you a little more information about you, such as your system model, the version of your operating system, what exactly is your question means?

  You do not have Internet access?

  You could go to the configuration panel, Manager of devices and look for the network adapter and see if there is a yellow question mark next to the device on the network. This would indicate that the drivers are not installed.

  It is possible that the network device failed.

  Take the TB ethernet adapter to Apple and ask them to check it out.

  I tried a very simple configuration: a single machine virtual with CentOS 6.4 (64-bit). My problem is that the ethernet does not get a link.

  There is only one card NETWORK on my system.

• Dell SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Docking Station model: D3000 lose 2nd monitor connection

  My Dell SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Docking Station model: D3000 is connected to my Dell Inspiron 17R 7720 SE as well as two external disk drives, an external DVD drive, printer and speakers as well as an external monitor.  Recently, I took my laptop on a trip, and when I got home, when I reconnected it it to the docking station it is no longer recognized my external monitor.

  I went through several stages of diagnostics not limited to unistalling then reinstalling the DisplayLink software and accidentally fell on the only action that seems to work - power omitting the Docking station (pulling on the power cord).  Unfortunately, this is a pretty serious action to be taken and the patch does not seem to stick, as I had my second monitor drop out after restarting my computer.

  The biggest problem is that I spent over a week trying to figure out where to get assistance for the Docking Station and the DisplayLink software.  It seems that my only alternative is to call and talk to Dell Technical Support, but is very annoying because my work hours are with Dell Technical Support, but it comes to my personal computer.

  PS another problem I have with the Station of host USB 3.0 SuperSpeed from Dell which is the rubber feet on my Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 are outside the width of the laptop docking Station can be positioned on top of the Docking Station because it slides right out.

  I thought I should update the Dell Community in the hope that a few users will read this BEFORE buying a Dell Super Speed USB 3.0 Docking Station.  I would update my opinion on the Dell site, but this is not supported by Dell, after entering a review you can not update.

  Since my original post here, I've known some even more frustrating failures.

  1. Failed to connect Ethernet- My Ethernet connection failed, resulting in the loss of connection with my router and although obviously internet.  I made the important diagnosis and it is finally down to pulling on the power cord of the Station of Dell Super Speed USB 3.0 host.
  2. New router connection not recognized- I bought a router of Netgear R6300 WiFi as I bought the Dell Super Speed USB 3.0 Docking Station, unfortunately I can't the device works with the Docking Station in the loop.  It is with the Dell USB 3.0 Docking Station.
  3. -Speaker problems I had problems with my speakers mounted externally which I thought maybe Windows 8 questions but finally came down to problems with the Dell Super Speed USB 3.0 Station home, fixable in some cases of powerfailing the docking station.
  4. Lack of support- Want to know if this could be caused by the software support, I discovered that the consumer is caught in the middle.  The software providing the support bi-ecrans

  In summary - I found the Dell Super Speed USB 3.0 Docking Station to be a totally reliable device with the announced characteristics does not always, including: dual screen, ethernet, sleep mode and support of speaker connection.  In addition the Docking Station does not efficiently, requiring two connections and not providing the simplicity with docking stations specific previous Dell machine.

  I recently bought an original Ethernet Thunderbolt adapter for my MBP (retina, 13 inches, mi 2014) El Capitan (10.11.3) running. The adapter not detected first upward, but had it also runs after a PRAM reset, by changing the network preferences file (using this response Thunderbolt Ethernet does not work after upgrade to Yosemite).

  But the adapter fails to get detected when the system wakes up after going to sleep. Even after reboot, there is no guarantee that the adapter works perfectly. Information system will either say Thunderbolt: driver not found or give an error as the screenshot attached. If a reset of the PRAM is made, the device is detected and everything works fine until the next stop and sleep. Whenever I need to get this working I have to reset PRAM. Can someone guide me if there is a material error in the adapter or update a problem with the El Capitan? Has been very frustrating to get this working!

  

  While the adapter is connected create a new location in system preferences / networks, order of Service Set so Thunderbolt Bridge is the top of the order and apply it.

  I have serious problems in the communication more of 16 bits for coils or entered discrete.

  In this forum I read some post little bit about this, tried the possible solution but nothing works.

  Suppose that there is some sort of limitation or error in the ModBus modules available to NI Labview Web pages.

  The idea is very simple:

  I want to sent to 32-bit reels of ModBus Ethernet master to slave and sent 64-bit discreet entrances to the ModBus Ethernet master slave.

  Can someone please give me a helping hand? IM' a sort of beginner with the Labview and would apreciate if someone who has had this problem solved could guit me a hint.

  I already solved the problem. After all, the issue was the same and all I had to do was reboot the Modbus slave in one of the PC.

  I have just a sugestion for people of NOR. Once the bug is known by the community and has resolve, why not make available a version of 'clean' of the ModBus.vi for download?

  It would avoid many post about this same problem and help other developers.

• How to connect my PC to my C309 printer via ethernet directly? Radio failed.

  Exactly how is the printer connected - are the printer and PC both connected via ethernet connected to a router, or you connect the printer directly to the ethernet port on the PC?  If you try to make it last you will probably have problems.  In this case a better solution would be to use a USB cable to connect the printer and the computer.
