  I had something similar happen after the upgrade. I had to go into my master header area and adjust until it worked.

  Hi, I recently decided to update RAM of my Paviliion g6-2333el by adding a second 4 GB of RAM.

  I inserted the new RAM in the RAM secondary housing, but the PC seemed unable to find. Fearing that I might you bought a RAM that was not compatible with my laptop, I tried to delete the original RAM and put another in his place: the new RAM has been correctly identified.

  Try blowing the slot with compressed air. Insert the module at a 45 degree angle and don't hesitate to push a little once you are sure that the notch is aligned with the tab into the slot...

  Welcome to the community,

  Try restarting the machine with only the ram that is not recognized at the time.

  RAM can be tricky so try to play with different configurations, a place in the first slot and then swap until you see the machine recognizes them both. Sometimes, it just takes a little game.

• Buttons that do not change subtitles are turn on subtitles

  As the subject says, my blu - ray CS5 has a drop down where the buttons that are not supposed to change the subtitles change subtitles.  Until this problem is corrected, I can't send my project, so I hope someone here will know what is happening or has a workaround solution.  (If this workaround is to Blustreak Premaster or plotter, feel free to suggest because I purchashed both.)

  The pop-up menu of my project has review power and subtitle buttons off/English/french/German/Spanish subtitles.  The comment 'off' button is set to link to itself, but change the audio track to A1 (audio main without comment).  On the other hand, the comment button 'on' is set to link to itself, but change the audio track to A2, which is the commentary track.  These buttons work fine to change the audio track * BUT * they also reset the subtitle track to S1 (English), even if the buttons are on subtitle: no change in the dialog box specify the link... .

  To help in the diagnosis, I have provided two screenshots that show the pop-up menu and what it is defined on, and the timeline he manipulates so you can see the audio tracks and all the tracks of four subtitles.

  The bugs of audio and subtitles are not fixed in CS5.5. There are some limited cases which cannot function properly, but none that still require recalled a stream of data selection and a link to another button on the same page and other cases also fail.   It has long been a practice common on almost any DVD with audio tracks or subtitles of camps to have a configuration menu, where the user can choose 5.1 audio stereo vs and to play a subtitle or not. The user is allowed to make their choice, and then back to a main menu, or to play the movie directly. It has never been possible in yet for Blu - ray.

  There are still two major flaws in the navigation code still 5.1. The worst is trying to link to another button on the same page. The command still includes the page number by mistake. The specifications of the Blu - ray indicates that the page number should not be changed, even to himself. In other words, the command button/page must only call button. The result of this error is that the button order flow is abandoned, and all the following commands are never executed.

  The second flaw is that all orders of stream still selection always specify all the parameters of control flow, including audio, subtitle, angle, and menu (IG). Because does not yet support multiple angles, or change the menu to another stream flow, and flows of given numbers are 0, which do not exist, most players ignore these errors. But it's just bad programming. And in the case of the subtitle stream selection, which is why still "no change" preference for subtitles does not work.   Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
  the question.

  Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
  Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
  This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.
  
  Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
  slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
  contacts data with a pencil eraser.

  Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
  manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  I'm doing some repairs on a MBPro (machine girl) who was running El Capitan (10.11). I started upward in OS X Recovery mode, but disk utility fails because the drive does not appear. I also tried the Warrior Disk and got a similar error (2351, 5:4112 is the DW code gave me). In THE DISC is "grayed out", which I suppose means it is not mounted.

  All the options for data recovery on the drive that will not go up? There is no return from this machine. I am computer scientist of family and I can't tell you how many times I say "run a backup" or "did you make a backup? I should probably start taking laptops and my family do.

  I booted in single user Mode and run ' fsck - fy ' but I don't get "the Macintosh HD volume cannot be repaired." and above that the outlet says: "the brother link invalid.

• Lenovo B590: RAM upgrade is not detected

  Hi all

  Yesterday, I bought a chip of PC3-12800 CL11 204 pins SODIMM RAM Kingston 4 GB of my local store of hardware because I wanted to update my Lenovo B590 memory, which - by default - has 4 GB of DDR3 RAM installed. I have double checked if memory was compatible with my B590 calling Lenovo support and searching the Web (which gives this message, for example). The two sources confirmed the upgrade should not be a problem if I did not exceed the limit of 8GB. However, after that I had plugged the RAM, I found that it was not recognized by my OS (Windows) and my BIOS. They are always saying that I only have the factory installed 4096MB.
  How can I make my system use this RAM upgrade? Please help, you have my gratitude!

  Note: when I determine which RAM to buy, I've checked also which type of memory was already installed in my B590 by the manufacturer. I unscrewed my notebook and found a chip, brand Hynix memory, I assumed it was a single 4GB chip. However, the search results for of his series on the web show it is in fact a DDR3 SDRAM 2 GB chip. I checked my hardware, but could not see any other chip (even though I'm 100% sure that my system has 4 GB of RAM installed by the manufacturer). If this has nothing to do with the above? • Network cable unplugged, but I promise you that's not!

  I connect my computer to my Linksys router (this computer will not connect wirelessly).  Unfortunately, my computer thinks that the network cable is unplugged.  Let me give a few details before you continue!

  Router: Linksys WRT54GL v1.1, with the firmware update

  Ethernet card: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (with up-to-date drivers)

  Computer OS: Windows 7 64-bit

  And now for the fun part.  First of all, I thought it was a bad ethernet cable, so I tried another and another still.  The cable doesn't seem to be the problem.

  Secondly, I thought it might well be my ethernet card.  I plugged the ethernet cable from my modem cable directly on my ethernet card and was instantly rewarded with a connection.  With this, I noticed that my ethernet card is not the problem.

  Third, I thought, well, it must be the router.  I tried all four ports on the back of the router to see if it was bad.  None of them worked.  The router shows not all lights for ports 1, 2, 3 or 4, regardless of where I plug. Progress!  Of course, it is the router, no?  In order to ensure, I ran a cable ethernet to the router to a laptop and has been awarded once more with a connection.  If the router is not the problem.

  After doing some reading here and abroad, I have reduced my 'speed and Duplex"to 10 Mbps half Duplex.  Who has not solved the problem.

  Any help would be immensely appreciated, because I'm quite frustrated.  Please let me know if I can provide more information for you.  Thank you in advance for your help!

  What this has to do with your problem? Well, your systematic troubleshooting effort eliminated all the simple causes of failure but it has not examined the issues of compatibility. I suspect that NETWORK card in your PC is just out of tolerance or is your router. Other devices can be a little more tolerant (as new friends partners), but together they won't work. How to test this? Here are a few options:

  (a) borrow a switch/router of different brand of a friend.

  (b) connect the two PCs on a switch that is not the same brand as your router, and then plug the switch on the router.
