  Please, do not update your HP Premium using Parallels on a Mac Desktom.  I tried and the drivers of USB Port would not allow the update completed successfully using HP Connect, the Update.exe program or the application of usbtool.exe.  I managed with the help of an old laptop on XP using the USBTool.exe application using a native PC environment.

  I will say that I am running OS X 10.10 Mavricks Beta 2 on my MAC, but I don't think it's a problem, although I will know Parallels.

  If you use a MAC, borrow a PC (ugggh) to update your first HP.

• CC of Photoshop will not update. Have tried several things.

  I know it keeps coming back, but so far I couldn't get Photoshop update since CC was installed in August. First of all, it was a brand new computer with no bloatware when CC was first installed on it.

  Here is a list of the relevant information and things that I tried to solve the problem.

  Photoshop CC 2014 - Windows 7 Professional 64 bit - SP1

  Does not update for latest versions... stuck on 2014.0 - all other CC applications I have installed update without problem

  -Tried to update through the creative cloud App & Adobe Application Manager (from inside of Photoshop) - all two failed with the error Code: U44M1I210

  -Tried to uninstall and reinstall ("successful Installation, but not a patch")

  -Reinstalled Adobe Application Manager (this unregistered all the CC apps that have been installed so they do not appear in the app CC anymore - had to reinstall the)

  -Renamed "C:\Users\mediapc\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0" so MAO would not find it, restarted windows, run the CC App with administrator privileges and tried again... still did not work

  -J' tried extracting the setup.zip, but he gave a few errors so I skipped those parts. After that I tried to launch the "AdobePatchInstaller.exe". He ran, but the update failed with 'Adobe Photoshop 2014.2.2 - failed installation. "Error code: U44M2P7.

  - Tried Adobe PCD, backup, rename folders of playlists in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common", then tried to update again... It also does not work. (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1315768)

  -Tried to rename the OOBE folder in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common" (http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/cannot_update_photoshop_cc_to_14_1_1), but which kept the MAO to work, so I've restored it.

  -Tried to disable AVG AntiVirus and update after that remove previously downloaded patch reboot PC - "update failed - impossible to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again. (U44M1I210)

  From your description, I understand that you cannot refresh the printer as it is stuck in the free/busy information.

  So, as any who would put you at day - however, my Mac tells me that I run later: Mac OS X 10.6.8... It does not update further. Then, my Itunes is 11 V. 4 and when I go to apple.com, it won't download any version later i.e. V12

  So now I have an ipad that I can't fully use
