Get rid of McAfee and use a more user-friendly program Windows such as MSE.

Using the F8 method:
- Restart your computer.
- When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with the Boot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
- Select the Safe Mode with networking with the arrow keys.
- Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
- To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
- Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.
Once in Safe Mode with network, download and run RKill.
RKill does NOT remove the malware; It stops the Malware process that gives you a chance to remove it with your security programs.

iTunes continues to crash on my iMac using OS 10.11.4 forcing me from quitting smoking. Someone else has this problem and how can I solve this problem? I use the latest version of iTunes. There seems to be a problem since I updated the system software.

Hold down the option/alt key and create a new test library. If iTunes start your old library file is corrupted and will need to be replaced from a backup or rebuilt from scratch.

I clicked "Remove from toolbar" when wanting to shoot to the top of what I had downloaded - how to restore DOWNLOAD arrow on the toolbar? If I download an update of some kind - or a program, I should be able to click on the arrow that appears on the upper right side of the browser - right than the blue? If it was always this way, it could be a manufacturing defect or your advanced display settings may be incorrect. The latter can be determined according to the settings/Advanced/display/personalization in the control panel settings. See Customization here, it varies depending on the manufacturer, but you focus on controls that adjust color output.
If it has started, then it is possible the monitor had a malfunction. I put another monitor (if available) on the system. If the problem persists, then the fault is in the video card or display drivers. If it disappears, then the monitor can go wrong (you can try to adjust the settings on the screen itself to see if it has no effect). If it turns out to be the graphics card, I would like to firstly download and install a new set of drivers for the graphics card or the manufacturer of the system (the best for download, then uninstall the current set restart and install the new download).
