Media Player won't play content protected after the restoration of PC

Media Player support?

Media usage rights acquisition.

I can't plays music, that I bought in the past. I also don't remember the user name and password with the fact that he said that I signed. In fact, I don't remember signing up! I have a password / Windows Live account, but who does not work either. I restored my PC completely, but re entered the backup files, most of which. I have Media Player 11 update and that seems to be the moment where I lost the rights of acquisition, but this is not certain.

ZIP files are compressed, so you need to unzip and then play the content if the

  • Media Player won't play my dlna Server files

Howdy. I'm listening to music stored on my phone to my laptop android using Windows media player. I have Windows Vista and Media player 11.

I use a Motorola Droid Bionic.  My phone is able to locate the files on the PC, but never, Media player recognizes or load the files from the phone.

The phone is on the network. I see that in the network window. Also, I welcomed the "unknown device" that appears in the media sharing in Media Player, but never, it load or display the files on my phone that I can play.

I looked in the "Add library...". ' option to see if there was a file on my phone that I needed to have the Media Player monitor, but nothing shows. The radial button for ' my folders and those of others that I can access "is selected.

Any suggestions of what I should try next?

  • Windows Media Player won't play videos

I have Windows XP Home Sp 3 with all updates.

There are three computers in my house, all with the same OS.

We'll play videos and memories on TV with Windows Media Player slideshows, but others will not.  Who will play has been longer and maybe have a better codec.  Otherwise, I don't know why.

I prepare a thesis on slide TV show which will be sent to about 100 people.  It is the DVD-R format and will probably be played on DVD players for which there should be no compatibility issues.  Some will want to see on their computers, however, and this is where the problem arises.  I use mostly WinDVD, so I have no problem, but what do the people who have that WMP?

I don't understand why WMP should do by default.  Do I say to people who want to see the DVD on his computer?

    Hello

You have converted this file to windows media player supported file types or they should have DVD decoder installed on the computer.

  • How can I find the media player codec pack on my computer - most of the time the media player won't play a DVD

most of the drive media time will not play DVD, sometimes it will play CD's, but that is only when it wants to and by the way the DVD and CD are again at Best Buy

    Hello

    ·         Since when are you facing this problem?

    ·         What is the format of the files that you play from the DVD?

Media Player 12 supports most of the formats and does not need any external codec packs: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Codecs-frequently-asked-questions

  • Windows Media Player won't play certain DVD

I'm able to play most DVDs.  But this one, a concert will start and then will not give me the main menu, so I'm not able to play.  It crashes just after the initial logo from the record company.     I would have thought it was the DVD, but I got to work and it inserted there and voila, WMP has played the whole thing very well.   I tried update WMP 11, I thought it was my problem, but does not.  I have XP op system.  I am able to play other DVDs very well.   Any ideas?

Just a guess... but I suspect that the problem is
with the DVD... some optical drives allow better
playing one DVD than others. And, it may be useful
    try to clean the DVD.

FWIW... There may be a firmware update for your
DVD drive... check the manufacturer's support site.
If you find an update... Follow the instructions very
carefully... install the wrong firmware can disable
    the reader.

If you want to try to install the firmware... What follows
