Member not found when loading data with SQL
Hello everyone:I created a cube map extract all information with SQL statements and it works perfectly. Now I'm trying to load data in the same way, but I can't.
I created a view that returns data in this format:
Dimension 1 < tab > axis 2 < tab > member... Member of dimension 5 < tab > measure 1 < tab > 2 < tab > measure 3
I designed a new rule, indicating for each column in the dimension; and for each measure which specific member of dimension of accounts must be used. I have check and everything is ok, but when I try to load data, it does not work and tells me error:
+ "Data value [3.5] met before that all the selected Dimensions, [1] Records duly filled.
+ Essbase error unexpected 1003007 "+"
If I get the names of the members with quotes (because they contain spaces, and it is perhaps the reason for the previous error, although the rule analysis correctly) with the SQL statement, when Essbase import, it deletes these quotes. I must use another symbol, and as a rule change this another symbol quotes. Is this normal? I know that this issue when importing formulas, but not here.
Why in 'Dimension building' I don't have this problem with quotes?
And when changing the symbols of quotes, this error occurs:
+ "Member x not found in the database" +. " But I check the Member and there are in general terms. What's wrong with that? »

Yes, the SQL files and data (of all kinds) are supported by more than one column of data. As you noted, you just point to the Member that represents the column.
That said, I bet that if you look at your view/table and load the rule against your outline, I bet you find a dimension be mismapped, for example, you think that this column 4 points to the scenario, but you really repointe it produces and which purported to be the column 1, or you missed a dimension. Happens to me all the time.

Hello
I have the oracle 11g Linux database.
I have excel sheets with data that must be loaded into the database.
I have oracle running on my windows client11g.
When I or anyone else is running the load sql script to load the data, I need to capture the user OS (the one that runs the script of their windows login) and pass it via the sql loader and insert into the table as a column value outside the columns in the excel sheet.
I think that this could be a very simple solution, I did some research but not just anywhere.
Can someone guide me on this.

'territory', so I renamed it to "territory_x" (I guess that's a reserved word).
Your initial problem you had was your fields "SEPARATED"... instead of "TERMINATED" by. ;) -
Duimension Build the file source and rule of sql (\ member not found in db)

I try to build a sql source dimension.
I have create a dimension called DIM_TEST (without members only the name) with the service management console.
I opened the data prep Editor.
I opened the sql: I used just deptno and empno from EMP (in the scott schema on ora11gr1).
The results are displayed, and everything is ok.
I associated the outline.
Option - Size build generation references (build Dimension settin tab) use.
Fields - properties (dimensions build properties): ranked number 1: 2nd generation and the field number 2: generation 3.
I save the rules file.
load data: select SQL source, the rule files and put the username/password.
Usually, I have a warning and there is no data loaded.
I check the log and I have the same problem:------20 Member not found in database (deptno) 20 7369 (empno).
I tried to change the field empno in the data field, but is the same problem.
I changed the parent-child method instead of the generation and the more often the same problem.

Faouzi.Looks like you do a load of data instead of dim build. When you enter the data loading dialog box, there is a drop down that is default to load only. You will need to change to build only

Loading data from SQL to Essbase table

I'm loading data from SQL to Essbase table by using a rules file. Number of rows in the source table is 7 million. I use the SUNOPSIS MEMORY ENGINE as area transit, LKM SQL for SQL and SQL IKM for Hyperion Essbase (DATA).
Question:
1 can I not use any other LKM as MSSQL for MSSQL (PCBS) to load data to the staging instead of LKM SQL for SQL? What I have to change the transit area then? Loading data using LKM SQL for SQL seems quite slow.
2 it is mandatory to use LKM SQL for SQL, can someone please tell me what I can change to make this quick support parameters?
3. is it compulsory to use the SUNOPSIS MEMORY engine loading data from SQL server to Essbase?

(1) Yes, I highly recommend watching using a KM which uses native as database technology these will usually be more efficient than the generic (like LKM SQL for SQL) KM especially when large volumes of data are involved. Your staging will change depends on where you organize data for example if you are using a SQL server specific KM as - MSSQL for MSSQL (PCBS) - you must have a lay-by available on a MSSQL database and have access to the utility of PCBS.
(2) it is not mandatory to use this KM you can use a KMs supported by your database technology
(3) it is absolutely not obligatory to use the SUNOPSIS MEMORY engine. This should only be used when you have relatively small amounts of data, as well as all the processes in memory, or in the case where you have no other relational technology to perform the staging on. However, in your case to use wherever you are processesing these large volumes of data you should be staged on a physical such as SQL Server or Oracle database if they are available.

I installed the runtime Labview 7.1.1 first, then I had to also run a few old 5.1.1 code so I installed the 5.1.1 runtime. I am currently not able to print, I get the following error: Member not found in value Margins.vi-> simple text Report.vi-> printdata.vi...
Anyone know how to solve this problem without using the development environment?

Hillman, I think I've solved the printing problem. That's what I did:
1. from Add/Remove, I uninstalled OR-report
2. starting at \Shared, I removed the directory NOR-reports
3. I checked the registry, but there are no records OR reports to remove - if no change here
4. I did a repair on the 7.1.1 run the engine. Printing from 5.1 seems OK now. I still have more work to do on my new 7.1.1 application, so if I see more problems, you may hear from me again.

I own both a T-900 of Fujitsu (64-bit Windows 7) and a HTC Rezound and have been using bluetooth to transfer files between them until a few days ago. Out of nowhere, bluetooth does not work anymore and now shows that "Bluetooth device" driver is not found. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it from many different sites, try different, but for some reason bluetooth packages some do not fix the problem of Bluetooth device. My computer can not find other bluetooth devices, and my phone does not recognize my computer as a bluetooth, even with the two device are detectable. Hello! I get the message "File not found" when I try to access my photos in lightroom, and I can't find my photos! I had cleaned up my Mac and deleted by mistake in a different location and now only a gray peak appears in LR, along cable message, file not found. I had saved the raw disk backup files, but it won't let me import into lightroom. (Alright will appear in the import box, but it won't let me even click on it to add. Help!
In the grid, right-click on an image of 'missing', select 'go to the folder in the library.
If the folder view does not resemble what you show Finder, right-click on a folder and select 'Show the parent' '; repeat if necessary.
This will show you where LR thinks that the file was originally.
You can try to put the images where they were, or place them go elsewhere and 'move' the file in LR.

Member not found error when loading data
Hi all
I created a data load file and load the data for the cube of the Regional service. I saw some members all values of measure zero as shown below:
'1018' 0 0 0 294.4739236
"1019" 0 0 0 0
Data is loading properly for Member '1018' but for '1019', even if it is already present in its lines, its raise an error, as shown below:
+------Member 1019 not found in the database.
Please help me solve this problem...

Are you sure have first '1019' member in the sketch?
Right-click in the map and find the 1019 member. If you are able to track, then check that the mapping rule files is correct or not.
Also, try to load the data for another combination for the same Member.
