  I was little Yosemite when I resized (shrunk) my partition apple to increase the size of my bootcamp partition using disk utility. I studied the problem and understand the limits of partition are not correct on my bootcamp partition.  Using this thread as my main guide

  I went through the steps and got the boot to a read error trying to start on the bootcamp partition.

  In osx, disk utility displays the bootcamp partition, but it is always grayed out and right-click to mount displays an error when you try to mount.  I understand it, conceptually, what I do, but I don't know enough details to understand what I'm doing wrong.  Here is information and links to screenshots of error messages, etc.   I would greatly appreciate any idea. Former Republic Yugoslav, the machine is a retina MBP 15 "with a 500g SSD

  In addition, I had bootcamp windows installation USB key that I was going to start, from the discussions around the read error.  I couldn't accomplish that, as when started the USB, the display depending on whether you get after you choose the language and keyboard is not the screen where you can choose the Startup Repair, but the first screen of the windows installation.  Interestingly, with the same USB stick plugged into a mac mini without bootcamp partition, boot/repair screen comes up

  However, according to Apple, you may use any software other than Boot Camp to resize the partition.

  Boot Camp: resize the Windows partition (told to uninstall Windows and resize all reinstall)

  Boot Camp: install Windows on your Mac (also indicates that you can not resize the partition once Windows is installed)

  In addition, Windows and Mac OS X must be backed up separately. Time Machine does not back up windows partition, so if you ever have a problem and the need to restore your computer, you would lose the Windows files.

• Memory lost over time in my C: drive

  I noticed over time that I lost memory over time in my C: drive. I have about 500 GB, now showing only about 3 GB of space left. I have some downloads, but nowhere near 400 GB (I had pictures, but they deleted the hard drive that saved the GB)

  What would cause it to lose so Go? only from downloads?

  Was going to do a restore system to delete everything and start again see if that can solve the problem, but when I went to do this, he tells me that I need a backup of windows 7 Professional disc.  Went to the microsoft site, but could not find.

• Memory lost

  Although my BIOS reports 2G of memory, control > system reports only 1 G.  Have any thoughts as to why windows does not recognize the other 1 G memory.  I have HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7480n.

  Thanks a lot for your help.  I've run the memory test (2 different ones) and they both reported that 1 G of memory.  I finally got enough courage to open up the computer and watch closely.  I have 2 sticks installed, but one of them had worked its way loose.  After the reinstallation of a stick, it was happiness in Mudville again.  Thanks again.

• Lost bootcamp partition

  As he tried to resize my partition bootcamp (and then removal of partition of the said) my worked before Windows partition will be is no longer visible on the startup disk selection screen. I read through some forums for similar problems, but none of them are quite the same and with my knowledge, I am unable to decipher enough to connect the dots. I'm under El Capitan 10.11.2 iMac

  

  I'm fairly certain that more information will be needed, but I don't know exactly what that orders to enter.

  EDIT: The Windows partition is displayed in the selection of the startup disk in system preferences. What I meant above is that it appears not all in now alt when you restart.

  1. in what year is your iMac?

  2 can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?

  diskutil list

  Cs diskutil list

  sudo TPG - vv - r see the/dev/disk0

  sudo fdisk/dev/disk0

  sudo TPG - vv - r see the/dev/disk1

  sudo fdisk/dev/disk1

  The "sudo" commands will prompt to enter your password, and there do not appear to come back. You can also see caution against improper use 'sudo' and the potential loss of data due to an "abuse" of the order.

• memory lost on drive C, use windows vista on acer computer

  On my computer acer drive C that corresponds to the drive were all downloads go. I noticed that I keep losing the memory on this drive. I have not downloaded programs for about 2-3 months. I have 69 Gb of memory on this drive > at some point 1 week ago, I got 29.5 GB of memory but with in any one week i ' am up to 25 GB of memory. Please note D drive is were my backup of files go and I noticed made a backup for several months.
  I regularly drive clean at least 1 to 2 times per week.
  But I noticed ago 1 hour I won 2 GB of memory.
  I had my computer for several years, I have not downloaded brand-new on the C drive.
  could someone help me with this problem.

• How sting/view images in memory without having to build the massive tables?

  I wrote a program that will capture up to 100 images, total of 500 MB.  I queue to each image (table 1 d of 12 bit) in a table of queues.  I would like to 'see' queues selectively capture data (but not destroy each queue) and display this data as a large stitched image.

  I was able to do this by building a table of each queue and manipulate rows/columns until the images are stitched in my model.  Does that create an another 500MB of memory lost since I 'copy' the queue data in another table?

  Also, is there an easier way to do this?

  IV wrote an example that seems to be the most progressive option in the construction of a large image to present its restriction to the use of grayscale (U8) and only built a training table 1 d.

  It is a requirement that you can access the separate images after that that they were sewn.

  Hi and welcome to the forums!

  Battery powered pull is a standard procedure, it is a "reboot" as in your PC.

  You can close the applications correctly and keep the memory:

  Most people close the applications by pressing escape or the red button. This does not close the applications.

  Each application has an option CLOSE. For example, if you are in the calendar, press the menu key (spotted) and scroll down to the bottom CLOSE is listed. Go through each application and then press close. Go to the menu press browser and options select cache operations clear all categories and reached escape it will say cleaning memory.

  (Your phone may not have this option) Go to options - security - garbage collection - enable. The BB will now clean up the memory when idle for 5 minutes. For memory cleaning make sure you press it, you will have an icon on your screen. Make sure that you use the button CLOSE whenever you're done with an application.

  If you follow these steps and face up to your memory, your phone will run smoothly.

• Card memory blackBerry Smartphones can help with problem memory curve?

  I had (apparently common on this forum) problems with memory on my blackberry curve 8310.  I use Missing Sync MarkSpace software to synchronize with my macbook.  The software works very well, but he has to use too much memory.  I added a memory card hoping that it would help this problem... but the map does not appear to be used.  I have no more than two or three rings and a few photos.  I think that the software and my contacts/calendar to take up space.  I can't load this kind of applications or data on the card?  How? • Where are my saved tabs Firefox groups?

  I had a lot of tabs organized in groups to read later... I installed a few Add-ons that some of them had to do with tabs (Xmarks, FoxTab)...
  After restarting Firefox, my groups and tabs are all lost!

  Thank God, I have restored all my tabs...

  In case of problems with the 'session restore '.
  I summarize it:
  1 - Go to help-> troubleshooting information
  2 - Click Open "containing the file.
  3 * [IMPORTANT] * CLOSE FIREFOX NOW
  4-cup sessionstore - 1.js (or any other number following) and paste it on the desktop
  5 rename sessionstore - 1.js in desktop to sessionstore.js
  6. * [IMPORTANT] * DELETE sessionstore.bak
  7. move sessionstore.js located in the office and place it in the folder "container".
  8 - choose move and replace (in win7)
  9 - start Firefox and have fun with your session restored!
