  You have encountered this problem because the site is not popular enough, or the content of Web site changes frequently that it has not been classified as an adult site. Security checks family with service of content classification to determine the category of the site.   I just reset my CMOS settings, writing zeros for my hard drive, repartitioned, reformatted and used the recovery cd Gateway system to get my computer to Windows 98se - factory settings, except at the beginning of the recovery of the system, when it says "press any key for advanced options," I pressed a key and then I unchecked all the default (3rd party) applications including Norton and left only 2 checked: "Updated USB Hub" and "Windows Shutdown Supplement," while nothing has been installed, leaving only win98.
   
  Then I used my disc XP Home (SP2) update.  I, immediately after the upgrade to Windows XP, installed "Office XP with Frontpage, Developer Edition", then Norton 2012 before never connect to the internet.
  Then, I connected to the internet and continuously update of Norton, before ever hitting the Windows Update page. The first thing I did then was to activate Windows, and then activate the office.
  Then I hit the update of Windows "button" that says "get all your updates in one place... upgraded"Microsoft Update".  I, then, just kept hitting the page update and restart, until I find the SP3.  Then, I took a break, until the next day.
   
  I have an ADSL broadband, with a Linksys EtherFast PCI card.
   
  Then I got SP3, which installed without any problems.
  So I just kept "microsoft continuous update" manually (and reboot), until there is no more updates - EXCEPT, I always uncheck Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - which was the only screening at the final stop for the night.  I think that I ticked the box "don't ask me about this update".
   
  Then, in the morning, after you have enabled automatic updates, I noticed the yellow shield - Windows security icon (or whatever it's called), so I clicked on it and checked it was tellimg me was available [when I checked "Custom Install (advanced users)"].  What showed was 1 update - 955759 KB.
   
  After the problem, already at the reformat (months and months), see the yellow shield telling me there are updates available, which were already installed (before rebooting), I checked manually on the internet with IE 8, pressing alt, "T", "U".  There is no updated list.  Then I checked through my history of update (twice), and KB955759 had not been installed.
   
  My update setting is to let windows download ('important') updates, but let me choose when to install them.

  Just for the heck of it, I have disabled the automatic updates, cleared my browser cache, checked manually, updates from microsoft (windows) and found none (with the exception of software malware removal tool windows [which I have not installed]).  Then, I turned the automatic updates on, and without even being connected to the internet, the yellow shield popped up with the kb955759 "update"...

  Open the download folder and delete its content
  Close the window.

  You use Windows Mail? Assuming that the subject field also changes, you could do a message like that rule.

  Start with the only rule of AddressBook and you receive a message that you want people not in your address book (E-mail from companies, bills, your ISP, etc), you can add them to the rule.

  Tools | Message rules | Mail | New.

  Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it out}

  Box 2 - Check: delete it & stop processing more rules if you want that messages not in the address book to go to deleted items.

  Box 3 - Click on the blue words contains people

  Click on the first address to select it. Scroll to the end and hold down the SHIFT key while you click the last address. This will highlight all. Right-click on it and click on from the menu that appears.

  OK your way out of the new rule.

  Now, only the addresses that you entered will be uploaded to your Inbox.

  I'm doing a fresh install of Vista on my desktop computer - using the original recovery of the DVD provided with my system. Installation went without a hitch and I am now manually check the updates of Windows. Had a devil of a time getting SP1 to install - it kept appearing as having been installed in my history of update - yet when I checked in system properties, there was no indication that SP1 had actually been installed. To overcome this problem, I downloaded the SP1 from Microsoft and installed manually. Now run the SP1 successfully and since I run Windows Update manually a few times and you have installed all available updates. Now, the problem is that Windows Update says that my version of Windows is "up-to-date" - and I know that's not true that I am yet to SP1 and the latest Vista service pack is SP2 - that Windows Update does not offer me because he sees my machine as being up to date. I tried to download and run the Microsoft FixIt tool and have done so several times. Whenever I run this FixIt, the results show that there are problems that need to be addressed and which are later 'fixed'... yet Windows Update continues by saying that my machine is up to date, when, obviously, is not. Machines confused!

  Any help, guidance, advice, and/or marriage offers will be entertained and appreciated (just kidding on that last one). Thanks in advance!

  «Billybogs, thanks...» In fact, I found this answer even very late last night and had not yet had the opportunity to post my resolution. After trying FixIt after FixIt and even deployment of the tool was updated to Vista system, I still was getting messages from Windows Update saying that my system is up to date. Then I got the great idea to download and manually install SP2 - as I had also had to do with SP1 somehow. And sho' enough that did the trick. So thank you for the answer you provided - it was the same answer that I myself had discovered late last night. Thanks again!

  You can try to leave Explorer yourself.  Here's how:

  1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
  2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type explorer.exe and press ENTER.  The taskbar and the desktop should appear.

  However, this is not a permanent solution.  My best advice to you would be to use the system restore to go back to one hour before the beginning of the question.  This restoration process takes about 2 minutes and will not lose one of your folders: it restores only the settings from the system to a point in time that you choose (you can 'come back' as little as a few hours or several weeks).

  To do a test, follow the steps below.  I guess that you are unable to reach the taskbar for the following steps:

  1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
  2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type rstrui.exe (this name is for 'restore user interface').  When you click OK, the system restore should start.
  3. Through the system restore program, you will choose a time to come back. When you have completed the program, your computer will restart with the settings at this time.

  Probably not "such what."  Next time you launch the application, make sure that the menu bar to it and see if there is a feedback icon.  You may be able to comment on what features you want and they can do just that.

  I certainly want to make sure that my contacts see my messages to the right place, at the right time, because I wouldn't check the messaging app for the texts. We can help!

  You can press the 'i' button in the conversation and see what address or number is used for your friend.  Since it's a non-iPhone device, if it's an email used to send to, then an email as it should.  You can check that or start a new conversation with the contact and do not forget to type in the phone number of the friend.
