  My iPhone keeps 6 more than 128 GB iOS 9.3.1 lock, so I got in the store for advice. I was told it was a software problem and do a clean install and the problem will disappear. So I did an installation clean download a new iOS 9.3.1 and guess what, its still the same, the phone is unlocked directly from apple, I think it is a heat issue, but what I know, can someone help? Nothing I've tried works.

  Are you referring to gmail or stock email app?

  If the stock email app, can be a problem for SMTP server, please check settings/passwords.

  Check your e-mail account again. Make sure you have a user name and password entered for the outgoing e-mail server. Add the user name and password for the outgoing e-mail server even if it is suggested that the info is optional.

It seems stuck in the Outbox and not appear in my sent items folder, but the buyer complains to receive up to 25 times.   What antivirus (AV) program do you use?
  There scan E-mail option activated?
  If so, disable this option.
