MESSAGE TO PROCESS DCOM SERVER IS DISPLAYED AND SHUT MY SYSTEM DOWN EVERY 5 MINUTES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Every 5 min my system stops because of SERVER DCOM... also IE stops... is no longer to defend my defender and my update are not updated automatically.  Please can anyone help with these issues. ???

Method 1

Try to perform a scan for viruses online on your computer.

Step 1

Try to check if the DCOM Server process Launcher service is running on the computer.

You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.

1. click on Start.

2. type services.msc in the search box and press on enter.

3 right-click the DCOM Server process Launcher serviceand then click Properties.

4. under the tab general , next to Startup type, make sure that Automatic is selected.

5. If the service is not already running, under Service status, click Startand then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If fails it step above, I suggest you check the event viewer to determine the cause and after return with accuracy of event viewer.

Step 2

1 open Event Viewer by clicking the Startbutton, click Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click eventViewer . If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. click on the event log in the left pane.
3. double-click on an event to view the details of the event.
