    Hi Bob Bala.

Thanks for asking this question to Microsoft Community!

As I understand it you receive a startup message all to connect to the computer.

He would be grateful if you can answer these questions to help you further.

    1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
    2. What is the brand and model of your computer?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

You can try to check if the problem occurs in safe mode and check if it helps.

    Method 2:

If the problem does not exist in Mode without failure, then try to put your computer in a clean boot state.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

  • ATKEX_cmd.exe has stopped working

    Hi all

I'm struggling with this problem ATEX for awhile now and still not found a solution myself.

I hope someone knows the answer to solve.

whenever I have start my pc I get the same error "ATKEX_cmd.exe has stopped working" around 5 times in a row!

You can see a printscreen of it added to this post!

I had personally never heard of ATEX so much, I searched on the web

and did not even find why I need exactly.

In any case, I came to know that it is in a part of my registry so it's like all the other parties 'binary codes.

and it would probably be affected by malware because I never changed anything in my regedit on this pc so far.

So I did a SFC scan and I did a few malware scans and scanned and fixed my registry with some of the best free products (like ccleaner and so on)

There is no malware detected and the registry got some repairs (as always) and some of the binary codes that had to be quarantined or deleted had to do with ATKEX!

but the same problem still occurring...

I'm not able to find the ATKEX_cmd.exe but I found the folder named 1.01.02 under "C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AXSP\1.01.02' witch contains 3 files named:"ATKEX.dll","atkexComSvc"and"PEbiosinterface32.dll"so as you can see the DLL is still on my pc)"

You can also see the printscreen of it in my post

I also ran into problems when I tried to update the BIOS of my motherboard asus maximus vii ranger, because apperently I need to rename the cap file before updating, I feel that this could be the cause, but I'm not sure what I should do now

I'd appreciate if someone could help me!

    Thank you very much!

    Maxim

  • kdbsync.exe has stopped working - win 7 64 bit

I am running Win 7 64 bit on an HP Pafilion HPE h8 - 1360t.  After last week round of updates my computer can't play mp4 files, the Media Center will come is no longer (Message: "Windows Media Player has stopped working"), You Tube files will no longer play, the Web of magic HP also would not come to the top, and the mysterious "kdbsync.exe has stopped working" message when I reboot.

After hours of reading the forums, I found that it seems to be related to the AMD graphics card update.  My computer has an AMD Radeon HD card 7570.

On the AMD website it is listed as a legacy for XP computers adapter.  I don't know why HP installed in a computer running Windows 7 64 bit with an Intel Core I7 CPU.  It does give me confidence in HP equipment.

The AMD utility correctly detected my card and told me that I needed a driver called:

    14-4-Win7-WIN8.1-64-DD-CCC-WHQL.exe

But when I clicked the Down load button, I received the message, "could not conntect to the server.  Could not parse error. »

I have not found such a driver on your Web site.

How can I get my Media Center works again?

The idea of turning off all non-Microsoft services, scares me to death that I now have my computer how I want it.

I've also posted on the forums of AMD that I concluded that their Board of Directors has been offending material element:

http://forums.AMD.com/game/messageview.cfm?CATID=454&ThreadId=173935&forumid=11 you can read my response to the agent who helped me.

Basically, I had to uninstall all the drivers AMD and sotware using functions of control panel of configuration/programs & and then run the clean uninstall AMD program: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

Then install the drivers from here:

    http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/desktop?OS=Windows+7+-+64#AMD-catalyst-packages

I do not recommend installing this set of drivers unless you are SURE that they are correct for your hardware.  I could not use steps 1-5 on the AMD site because the last necessary step you choose the operating system that your equipment is running.  The HP installed in my computer 'last and best' video card a year ago was so old that the operating system that is only offered to step 5 have been XP and Vista!  Be aware that HP uses inherited in its latest PC hardware.

  • After you install torchlight 1, my PC stops several times and gives an error "torchlight exe has stopped working".

Hello, I recently bought torchlight 1 for my pc, Windows 7/Vista. Ive had my pc stop repeatedly. I contacted technical support of Torchlight, sent files Dxdiag and msinfo, after reviewing, the suggested running in safe mode, but, after having tried 2 times, each time, got a dialog box stating "" torchlight exe has stopped working '. " When I send a tech, their eval was as follows:

Looks like it's a question of system rather than a question of the torchlight.  I say this because, as the game has been started in SafeMode only the windows system files are loaded into memory.  So, when Torchlight.exe attempts to access these files with torches can not due to a problem with your file system.  At this point, the only options are the following:

    (1) create a new user profile and attempt to play the torches of this new profile.
    (2) depending on how long it's been since your last windows installation costs, you can try to repair windows to resolve any system problems of files or reformat your PC
    (3) contact the Support technology Windows to help your application for stay of troubleshooting problems.

Using technicians on site for your comments, is their a problem with my Windows 7?

As torchlight works perfectly on my Windows 7 x 64 laptop, I suppose that "it is a question of system rather than a question of the torchlight", too. Especially when your system shuts down instead of simply display a message on a program "stopped working", brings us to this conclusion.

The most common causes for a corrupt Windows are "optimizers" of sorts (registry cleaners, etc.), the over-zealous antivirus programs and incomplete software installations. This can affect your overall performance of the system, not only the proper functioning of a game, so reformatting/reinstall or restore an unchanged system image from backup may be the safest advice.

When you try to install labview 2011 or 2012 on a windows machine 7, I get a message "setup.exe has stopped working". I tried to run setup.exe as an administrator with the same results. I have Microsoft .NET Framework installed on the affected machine 4.5.1. Could be the cause of this problem? Or does anyone know the root cause of this error?

Hi - are you getting it at the beginning of installation, during or after 100% progression ended?

Is it fair to LabVIEW you install, or is it drivers too, in this case, what was the last big package that has been installed at the time?

This can be caused by the NVIDIA chipset driver:

    Hi Andy,.

I checked the reported compatibility list, and the game is listed as compatible.  Work in 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7?  I will try to reinstall the game, if you did an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 recently.  If it is a new installation and does not, please visit the EA's Web site to get the latest patch for the game to see if that helps address your problem.  Let me know if you've done all that and you still have questions, and we can try something else.
