  BIOS cannot be demoted in windows mode.
  Even if you use an older version of BIOS update, you will get an error message saying that the latest BIOS version is already installed. So, forget the downgrade.

  Solved it by downloading the latest drivers finally found here, not the default driver installed by windows 10 who said he was the most up to date.

  I had to replace the hard drive in my Samsung QX410 Notebook, so I took it to a computer professional maintenance place inviting to reinstall Windows.  I expected that they would like to reinstall Windows Home Premium because it is what I had initially, but I got a very basic version.  In addition to this, I lost my microphone.  I don't know that much computer, so I went out and bought an external microphone, but it would not have worked either.  Please tell me what to do, this computer must have a built-in microphone, speakers and webcam still work after replacing hard drive, but I am at a loss for what to do about the IJC.  I am also concerned as to how to recover my Home Premium, but the most important now is the microphone because my job has me traveling so much, so I need a microphone to call my family.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.

  Upgrade Home Premium just add additional Windows features. It does not uninstall all programs.
