  Have you checked the microphone recording level?
  Microphone level settings are in the utility of Microphone level.

  Hold down on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select form of recording devices submenu. Select the Microphone and the Properties tab.
  On the level tab, move the Microphone slider to increase or decrease the level of the microphone.

  If you feel that the volume of the microphone level is inadequate, move the slider for Microphone Boost to a higher level.

• Satellite U400 - internal microphone is too quiet

  I'm running on Windows 7 x 64. I downloaded the latest audio drivers (4.98.6.61) and is now the internal mic very quiet even if its volume is on max.

  I had Vista x 64 before and everything was ok. I tried the drivers for Vista on Windows 7, but nothing has changed - still quiet mic.

  I had the same problem with my Satellite U400, but on Vista. After updating the audio driver and the BIOS, the problem still existed.
  After searching a bit here in the forum, I have activated the microphone amp and this was the solution! :)

  1. open the 'control panel' (Standard view)
  2. click on 'hardware and sound '.
  3. click on "sound."
  4. click on the "Recording" tab
  5. mark the Microphone and press the button "Properties".
  6. click on the tab customize and set the Microphone Boost control

  Check it!

  Without boost that my voice is very quiet (not understandable) despite the recording level being the max value, but the boost has really annoying white noise which increases disproportionately there worth more high. 10 + boost is doable but not practical (voice is always so calm, boost is still too loud), defining the upper thrust dominates my voice.

  more recently, it has started, but as the person primarily texts that might have started a while back.

  Basically when you call someone, with the ear phone you, the person on the other line can hardly or not even hear you. [How ever when you put on speaker and speak directly into the microphone is always very quiet but audible.]

  I removed the battery and restarted, and it didn't work, so I'll try a wipe secrurity.

  If there is dirt in the mic, and if so how can that be cleaned?

  Do you have no OS update recently? What is the current operating system you have?

  In case of problems although I suggest to Bell store, have them take a closer look, or they can ship the Z10 for BlackBerry have them replaced!

  I have the A75 and it works like a dream. I'm happy with it.

  One thing: the sound output is very low, very quiet. Even my MP3 player running on batteries kicking at its best.
  It's just so quiet.
  Everyone had the same problem.

  I visited the installation of Panel and hardware control and turned all the dials I know. (I'm a computer support guy, am so used to torubleshooting)

• 4 k iMac is very quiet beeps

  I don't have my beautiful iMac for a few days and Ive noticed the small and very quiet beeps randomly. I can't be sure they came though it looks similar to its interior. These are not the normal error beeps that are strong and obvious, but much more quiet and light, but enough to notice.

  I've done several times entered AHT back fine and check my drive and who has spend no error. I checked all sensors using an app sensor signals good times without danger on all so not at all sure that it might be. I do not want to fail on me so soon to own.

  I cannot be sure if it's just a normal quiet beep and I'm just picking up...

  Any help would be good.

• A voice very quiet level multi track.

  Hey,.

  I edit an audio file for clients that sounds balanced hearing normally or through the Waveform Editor , but one of the track becomes very quiet when I put it in the multitrack editor.

  The file seems to be divided into a high and a low level with the lowest level being very quiet and the top is just right.

  

  I have worked with hearing for awhile not but that has really confused me. Is could someone please help me solve this problem?

  Hmm... looks like a pair of stereo tracks in a single file for me. In this case, open it in view Waveform, deselect a pair (Edit > Enable channels or controls to the RHS of the screen) and select Edit > copy again. This will create a new file of just the selected tracks. Since there are two of them, this will be a stereo file. Save it and use it as the copy to insert into a multitrack session stereo. Swap channels active on the original file and do the same thing with the other two and you're good to go - you will have the original split into a pair of stereo files, that you can manipulate individually to get the levels as you want.

  A major advantage of this is that you get to keep the original intact, and we will work on the copies, which is always safer.

  Have you checked all the sound settings? I think that the microphone level is not set to high volume.
  AFAIK in Skype, you can also change the volume of the microphone.

  Maybe you need to upgrade the driver sound and webcam.
  Audio driver and the webcam software is required to use the internal microphone, because the internal MIC is only available with the internal webcam.

  Right click the speaker icon in the notification area and choose: Adjust Audio properties.

  Volume tab: click Advanced under Speaker settings and open the drop-down list for the speaker setup and choose your speakers, click on apply.

  Click the performance tab and move the sliders to the complete and best, click OK.

  You can make one in place-setting day (repair install) using the dvd.  Who reinstall Windows, but does not remove your programs, drivers and files.  You should back up your data first just in case.

  The dvd must be equal to the same service pack level or higher than the windows that you fix.  Check the label on the dvd to see if includes a service pack.  If this isn't the case, you must uninstall service packs on your system before you begin.  Subsequently, you will need enable back again to Windows Update.

  Start the in place--update by inserting the dvd while the office is running.  Click on install now on the start screen, enter your product key when asked and choose install upgrade when the Setup Type selection screen appears.

  Until you do, you can run the System File Checker, because it can replace the files with the right that are cached on your damaged system.  Click Start, type "cmd" in the search/Run box and right-click on the CMD icon at the top of the results pane.  Select run as administrator.  When the cmd window type "sfc/scannow" at the prompt and press ENTER.  When the scan is finished, close the cmd window.  Reset.  That can solve your problem without having to reinstall.  It can not but its worth a shot.
