  Hello

  We have a product that opens the PDF in the browser for a person examine documents, execute JavaScript in the PDF and send data to our backend software.  From what I read all cases there is no support for Microsoft Edge and now Google Chrome has stopped supporting Plugins Reader.

  Anyone know what are the alternatives or is there a workaround for the different processes to account for what I listed above.

  Both the web browsers have their own PDF viewer plugin, please allow them to view the PDF files online.

• Someone knows the slow loading web pages with Microsoft 8.1 upgrade? Mine waiting for a minute or two and then load it, or expires and does not load.

  This problem did not exist with the original version of Microsoft 8 Pro that came with my Dell XPS new in February of this year. He has only started happening since I upgraded to 8.1 two days ago.

  You are using a pre-release version of the software.

  You can expect random inconsistencies and unexpected behavior.

• Firefox 7 is slow loading web pages (more than a minute and I let it go, but I went and they finally loaded) and IE their charge quickly. I tried all the solutions aid without change. I disabled Norton without change. I am running Windows 7.

  When I restarted in safe mode, everything worked fine, so I disabled the Add-ons and plug-ins, one at the time but could not find one any of them causing the problem.

• Very slow loading of pages with content flash in IE11 in networks of SBS 2008/2011

  I have three different customers. Both of them have one with SBS 2008 and SBS 2011 with Win7 Pro 64 clients with Win7 Pro customers.

  These two environments use the default folder Redirection of installation by installing SBS.

  In all these networks, we experience recently that loading web sites with Flash (for example online newspapers) content has slowed down considerably when you use IE11 (Chrome/Firefox works fine).

  To disable Macromedia Flashplayer in IE Addons, the browser can speed up to normal again.

  I tried to reset IE, delete all temporary files and reinstalling Flash, but always without success.

  I assume that others have problems with this as well, as it happened in the three different networks for me...

  Any suggestion is appreciated.

  Update: IE11 reinstalled and the speed is high and will yet :-)

  DSL is slower than a cable connection, but it is still much faster than a remote access.  If I check the site you have linked, even if it does not immediately come upwards, it takes a few seconds for the Flash to load using a cable connection, and it seems to be due to the image that has the file in it.  If you can optimize this image before importing it into the Flash file, then you could see much better load times.  To optimize the image you want to first adjust its dimensions to what is actually in the Flash file, then run it through an optimization of processer (Photoshop may help here) such that you reduce the size of file and then import it into Flash.

  I guess this problem is the result of overzealous security software - can - be the settings can be adjusted to say McAfee should not quarantine your browser.

  Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

  Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart

• OfficeJet 5740: 57 40 HP won't print Web pages - Internet Explorer and Microsoft edge

  I can not get the HP office jet 57402 printing Web pages. I tried with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Both recognize the printer in their printed menus. There is no printing problem of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook. The printer is brand new. Would be grateful for any advice.

  I see that you have problems with your 5740 e-all-in-one printer Officejet printing 10 Windows PC. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If your printer is connected to your PC via a USB cable, remove it.
  2. Close any programs you have open.
  3. In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
  4. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  5. Click on remove the instrument.
  6. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  7. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add a print to your printer queue.

• Slow loading of Firefox and web pages.

  I have Firefox Version 38.05 on Windows 7 and have refreshed, tried for a new cache.checked HTTP on the Add-ons and always have the same problems
  The statement above about slow loading on my Firefox appears on my desktop, but not on my Windows 7 laptop. I tried all the solutions advocated, and so far nothing works.   Created a new profile and had the same problem, although I did not remove the original profile of news: today, I followed through and continued with the rest of the steps as indicated in the notice mentioned previously. Sorry, but it does not solve my problem.

  As a last resort, I uninstalled my antivirus McAfee and lo and here's all my slow misfortunes with my browser have disappeared. I install another antivirus (AVG) and all browsers seem to work as it should!

• "Bookmarks and history system is not functional" with corrupt files found by Avast and slow loading Web sites ONLY in Firefox

  Firefox is the only browser that allows me to connect with my microphone. I need to use this feature for an online class. Earlier tonight, the message invites me to grant or deny permission to site class to use the microphone stopped appearing and without this registration only will pick up all the sounds and I can't save anything.

  I tried to quit and restart Firefox. I had a few extensions in use at the time, in particular Session Manager. The allow/deny message would not always appear, then I restarted my computer.

  Now when I open Firefox, I see the message error "the bookmarks and history system won't be not functional. In addition, the browser loads websites extremely slowly; It takes several minutes to load each page or for me to be able to click on anything whatsoever (bar URL, menus, etc.) my other browsers (Internet Explorer and Chrome) are functioning normally and loading Web sites at a normal speed.   I tried to add the extension in Maintenance of places, but the speed is too slow to download anything. Trying to access any results of the menus in the Explorer freezing for several minutes then thaw but with the menu still unopened.   My questions are the following:
  -Is it possible to understand what caused the problem in the first place?

  First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox. You can copy the folder of your Firefox profile together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder. To quickly access this folder:

  Help > troubleshooting information > "view file" button.

  Then, to keep this file open, exit Firefox and try to move "damaged and unreadable" files to another folder. With the exception of localstore.rdf, which stores the positions of windows, toolbar tools and other data non-essential customizations, other files appear to be specific session files that we hope, are not critical. If you restart Firefox, should he behave more normally?

  If this is not the case, try to create a fresh Firefox profile. It will be the Flash plugin, which is the control of sites use usually to connects to your camera or microphone and other plugins, but otherwise will be a new configuration. • Need a way to stop loading while loading a page, some are too slow, used to have this option?

  I just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and noticed that there doesn't seem to be a way to stop loading completely while he is in the process of loading a page. Older versions had this feature and I use it often. One site in particular that I deal with on a daily basis, has tons of advertising which can sometimes take forever to load, while making my every move unnecessary. I found that by stopping the entered page EQUIPPED does not affect the parts of the page that I had to do what I had to do, in other words, all the information that I needed the list of my articles were there long before all responsible ads. So rather than wait a minute or two, while the ads all charges, I could click on 'stop' and then do my work. Maybe I'm just missing where this feature is? • Internet connection fast but slow to load web pages

  I have a relatively fast internet connection: speed download - 60.5 Mbps; Download Speed - 6 Mbps.

  I get the same results on my MacBook Pro running on the wifi and my iMac which is directly connected to the Ether. On the iMac, however, it is now holding always load web pages.

  I've read elsewhere that changing the DNS can eliminate some of these problems.  All this is a little above my pay grade.

  I know just enough to make me stupid, but I am a good listener and I can follow directions well enough.  Any help would be most appreciated!

  I understand that Web pages are slow to load on your iMac, but not on your MacBook Pro, while they are connected to the same network. If you use Safari, I suggest to work through the following steps on your iMac to see if you can alleviate the slowness.
