  • (For Microsoft employees) Apologies for not genuine Windows 7 Ultimate

I have a laptop with Windows 7 Home Basic pre installed, it was authentic 100%. At that time I was 12, I don't know what Windows Anytime Upgrade (I don't know about the authentic software, pirate, crack, serial, k product key, etc because I was 12). I entered, and there was a lot of function of the new Windows 7 (Home Premium, professional, ultimate). I tried the product key for Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade (just try, you know about the time that was my first laptop...), I found it on a website, not a keygen, crack or hack, it is only the serial number. I try to enter the upgrade key Windows 7 Ultimate for Windows Anytime Upgrade. First of all, the upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate cancelled because the series was not valid. So, I canceled it.

Suddenly, when I restart my pc, it is automatically upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate! It's weird! I waited and my PC has become Windows 7 Ultimate... I used the Windows Update, and it is perfectly works like a charm! I did not know why the non-genuine Windows 7 Ultimate could not detected as not authentic, I used it for almost 2 years as a truly authentic Windows, no window pop up, no warning non-genuine, it's like the real genuine Windows.

When I was 15, I recently know that no authentic (cracked, steal the serial number) is an action contrary to the law, 'hurt' Microsoft Corporation and the true owner series I entered... I feel guilty...

"I apologize (very apology) for Microsoft Corporation and all employees of Microsoft, especially under Windows, because I use non-genuine Windows 7 Ultimate edition (upgrade of Windows 7 Edition family Basic)." I don't know anything at this moment here because I was still 12. »

Now, I have to my WIndows 7 Home Basic with the product under the laptop key... But, the problem is, I get the Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Ultimate edition not authentic, I downloaded it on the third party site, it's 100% clean official Installer for Windows (not cracked, hacked, or more). I created the bootable USB and installed on the laptop.

My question... Is my Windows 7 Home Basic (now has been updated 10 Windows entitled Digital Home) become non-genuine (in religion: illegal, prohibited, illegal) because I have no money to buy the actual key Windows 7 Ultimate upgrade... I'm really very sorry...

Please accept my apologies to Microsoft Corporation and need your advice for me...

    Thank you

Because you have restored the authentic Windows 7 Home Edition basic and upgraded to Windows 10 Home, you are now in compliance. Nothing to worry.

Click Start > settings > update & security > Activation

If it says that Windows is activated, then fine.

  • Change the password of my Microsoft account and verification of accounts

I'm trying to change the password of my Microsoft Account - I have received through my secondary e-mail address verification code - but it doesn't work, I tried a few times, actually 4 times. But it doesn't always they say the verification code is incorrect and I am sure that I put the Code right. Why can't I just reset or change my password. It's very simple.

    Hello Ross,

Please provide an opportunity to help on Microsoft Community.

Have you tried to use the mobile phone number to receive the verification code?

I understand that it could get frustrating if you are not able to verify your account, but be assured that we are here to help.

Ideally, the verification code that is sent to alternate Email ID works to change the password of the Microsoft Account. You can also receive the verification Code using the Mobile phone number.

Please enter your phone number to receive the verification code, then check if you can change the password for Microsoft Account.

Check the items to help Microsoft provided below for more information on how to receive the verification on Mobile phone code.

  • My computer crashes because of microsoft services

    Hi all

I don't know if it is displayed everywhere elsewhere or if im not in the right Department, if any of you please redirect me.

Now for the issue. A few days ago, I turned on my computer and it froze. It froze all showing the office (all the shortcuts and icons were there) but when I put my cursor over the taskbar, things were going to turn into the loading circle. I could click on the office, but then it would freeze too. CTRL + ALT + DEL didn't work, nor the windows button, alt f4 or anything else. Had to restart manually by using the restart on lap button. Initially, the only way to make it work again was to enter in safe mode and restore system to update critical windows. Which fixed the problem only for this perticular restart, if you restarted the pc problem reoccured and had to start all over again. After I saw that by selecting Start from the last know configuration by pressing f8 at startup, I was also able to work around this problem but once again only for this specific initialization. I also tried the system repair via boot and the windows CD, but windows has detected no errors (?). So I searched online for the problem and found a thread of usefell on how to do a clean boot. http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

After many restarts and a lot of boot to the last known configuration, I came to the conclusion of paragraph last step 5. As a last step i rebooted since the last good configuration known and seen that microsoft services is running, and who have been arrested. (I came to the reason that the problem is caused by one of the stop microsoft services have I reason to suppose that?) The problem is there are much too that many order services and im asking if anyone knows a way I can quickly find without having to reboot every time one by one and if anyone else has had the same problem. (Oh and is it possible to list all the services does not).

    My computer specs are:

    MS WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 32 bit, (ServicePack 1 version 6.1 build 7601)

  • Is it possible to use Windows XP x 86 on my PC on forward-looking measure?

Greetings, technicians and users. Before asking questions again, I recognize that Windows XP is not

more supported, and if this means that these questions should remain unanswered, I understand.

I'm building a new PC, and I have a few questions about compatibility. First of all, I intend to use the

    suite of new equipment:

    Motherboard: Asus H81M-A
    CPU: Intel Core i7 4790 K
    RAM: 16 GB DDR3

(My other equipment don't apply to this question.)

My first question is, since I intend to dual-boot Windows 64-bit and 32-bit Windows XP Home Edition

8.1, XP will have problems due to the fact that I have 16 GB of RAM installed? I know that she can access

less than 4 GB, but will be the presence of more of RAM that are causing problems?

My other question is, will this Core i7 CPU work XP without any problem? I don't plan to overclock, but I

also know that the new CPU technology that XP is not designed to take advantage.

She looks like my question of RAM; Basically, I ask you, will be the presence of a new CPU technology I

can't or don't use are causing problems XP for XP or will the CPU at worst just function as if there no

having this technology while running XP? Or it will not work XP at all?

I am aware that compatible drivers must be available to work in any operating system, hardware

but I've got all that covered already.

I know that everything will work in Windows 8.1 and my hardcore calculation will run this OS

environment. However, I have leisure activities that work best in Windows XP, and I have a validly

licensed XP installation disc and therefore do not buy Windows Pro 8.1 to run a virtual

machine but rather to use XP I always did on my old desktop PC, now dead.

Any input in this matter will be appreciated. I tried to include all the relevant details and tell the

what I already know to save time and trouble for all who care to answer.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

As far as I fear, something like that is greatly
preferable to dual-boot. And it will not be not necessary.

  • "Security error" when setting 'Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services' Exchange account (user in company)

I am a user in a company with a very large company that actually uses Microsoft Hosted Exchange services hosted by Microsoft employees in their facilities.  I called Palm support and they were clueless and zero help.  The lady pointed me to some Palm article I had already read and only remotely had nothing to do with my problem.  I don't see anything about this error message in the forums and google searches. Sprint has even replaced my other reasons palm pre, and the same error occurs once I configured the exchange account. I also see the error when I set up my account on my pixi nine wives. Our pre and pixi have already exchange accounts set up with success on our phones that are hosted by sherweb. Sherweb's exchange accounts work fine. I tried to set up this account of microsoft hosted exchange 5 - 6 times with the same result. He accepts my configuration information and adds to the list of email accounts available in the meadow. However, it keeps popping up the message stating "error of security policy:"Exchange..." Tap for details"(with a yellow exclamation point). Then he said "Security policy error" the Exchange (first part of my email address) account is disabled because it is impossible to define security policies. "'Leave this option disabled' or 'delete account '. I know that something does not work because it applied a policy of password or PIN on my phone which is not necessary, unless the account has been added. I can also see it in the "Mobile devices" section of outlook web when I login. This is the place in web outlook where you can see the last time the device synchronized, if remote, you can wipe the phone etc. If anyone has an idea how to solve my problem please post. Any ideas? I'm fresh out of ideas on this issue and very frustrated by the Palm developers. Just another example of evil-development and practical tests by Palm. I hope they correct this problem on later versions, but I'm only slightly optimistic that they will never get this medium of exchange e-mail at the level necessary for the support of large corporations. What I know is that my Microsoft Hosted Exchange account works fine on a Windows Mobile phone and an iPhone 3GS (confirmed by the other coworks who have set up their phones using our Exchange services). Accordingly, I have no choice but Palm to blame for this problem instead of Microsoft. Please, Palm fully support microsoft exchange e-mail users!

After a lot of research on the subject, here is my point of view on the State of support for MS Exchange @ Palm and other companies.

Unfortunately, Palm Pre and Pixi, WebOS is not fully supported Microsoft Exchange.  This has led to numerous reports of frustrated customers and countless hours of time wasted by consumers and technical support trying to figure out how to connect these Palm devices to the MS Exchange e-mail servers.  Way to go Palm!  Provide support for all the free email accounts worldwide and decide not to develop a product that is able to support your most rich and more influential-based email clients.  These are the people who are most likely able to spend more money on your mobile products or make decisions for companies that are able to buy huge amounts of smart phones.  Way to go guys!  Penny wise and dollar foolish if you ask me!  Palm supports only partially a handful of MS Exchange security policies.  They document what they take in charge, but they do a very poor job of documenting or even explain the limitations of the software.  Their States of documentation that the security policies that are not supported will not be applied and that users will still be able to connect to the exchange server.  This is certainly not true based on the reported error and other similar user reports.  Here is how iPhone and Palm compare in regards to the support of MS exchange security policy.  Notice in the quotes below the iPhone supports the policy of 'require the encryption of devices' which is very probably used by your greater and more security conscious companies or Government institutions.  I'm sure that Palm's inability to support "device encryption" is why I get this error, even if I have really no way to prove it at the present time.  Come on Palm, if you go to support full POP3 and IMAP, you must provide the full support of the binding protocol and political security by Microsoft Exchange product.  Here is the comparison between iPhone and Palm WebOS:

' Said the site of Apple, the iPhone supports the camera allow, password enabled, allow a Simple password, alphanumeric password, Password Expiration, history of password, Maximum password attempts failed, minimum password length, maximum idle lock, policy, Minimum refresh interval complex character devices. ", require manual synchronization while roaming and - in iPhone OS 3.1 only - require Device Encryption". (13 security policies)

"Palm Web site says its WebOS 1.1 and later support active password, alphanumeric password, password history, Maximum password attempts failed, maximum length password, lock of inactivity maximum, Minimum peripheral characters complex and Password Recovery." (8 security policies)

Windows Mobile 6.1 supports all THE policies.

BlackBerry does not support the EAS (MS Exchange)

Google's Android is not compatible EAS (they may have recently released some support but not full)

Conclusion: If you want a mobile device that fully supports MS Exchange, buy something that is running Windows Mobile 6.1 (or higher) or even an iPhone 3 g (or more).  At least, until Palm decides they want to throw a development more $$ to support Microsoft Exchange E-mail to enhance their level of support.

  • Calls from 661-748-0240 saying they are Microsoft?

    On 29 October 2013 approximately 11:00, I got a call from this number: 661-748-0240.

The person at the other end are identified as a Microsoft employee, they also gave me his name (which I don't remember).

They said that Microsoft has gotten more than 500 messages from my computer in the last 5 days saying there was an error on my computer if it has not been corrected within 15 days, they would have to force a restart / reinstall on my PC remotely to get rid of the errors / hack / virus. They said that they would not have to do this because I would lose all data on my PC if it happened. He reminded me that they did this about 18 months ago.

I told them I had partitions and had that concern, he insisted that I would lose all data? He said it would have cost me about $2000.00 for data recovery, and that is why they would not have to force a reinstall on my PC remotely. He said something to be official Microsoft employees again and how he knows it if it wasn't.

Despite the indicators are going in my head I always I was tied it and went to this page to download an e-mail program:

    https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/customer/code.aspx

He had me to enter the security code: 485801 (this code no longer works).

They used this messenger programme connect and access my PC remotely:

Support - LogMeInRescue.exe (blue circle with a white cross in the middle of an icon)

With the e-mail program a John M? resumed and they asked for Remoting and I gave it to him by ignorance. He sought my logs of errors and could not have access. The error logs were not on.

I fell that there is 18 months (as mentioned above) and paid the money on my credit card, I don't know how. They used an aggressive remote registry tool that destroyed my PC and I've sat and watched as they did. I had to do a total reinstall (I didn't lose access to my other partitions with total reinstallation, I also two other OS on my PC for all these questions).

This time they were saying the same thing and access remotely. I almost fell for it again. I give them access remote questioning why they needed to do. But once they asked for money again, I thought that it is a scam.

They gave me two options one a time event for $99.00 or a term of two years for $199.00.

I told them that I don't have any money right now, what is true, and I would call them back. They stopped the remote access and gave me this number to remember: 1-855-306-9026 this number is a "United Tech Support', supposed to be used by many institutions, including Microsoft to manage the various issues.

    http://unitedtechsupports.com

A search on this number gives sites where people mention that there are a lot of people different scams have received this number and it is used by cyber criminals.

I want Microsoft to comment on calls from this number, they had to take care of this issue before.

Please let us know if it is a scam (which I can hardly imagine what isn't) or not. And what I should have let them through ignorance have remote access to my PC.

Deeply concerned about questions like that.

    John

    Its a scam - http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx

If you receive a call as let them NEVER can visit his profile and NEVER give them any information or money.

Just to be safe, at least, if they have access to your computer, it should update your anti-virus package and running a scan completes, then download, install, update and run a scan complete with free Malwarebytes. Change the passwords you use esp and e-mail online banking accounts, etc.

Several times I asked to speak to a Manager and he is responsible, he said, I asked him to send me something by mail and he never does, he says he wants to help me fix the errors now (My Microsoft windows is not telling me of all the errors), the first time that I received the phone call He wanted to access my computer remotely.   I tried to call him after the call it has been rough for me, by dialing * 69 and the recording of the telephone company says it's a 'blocked' number, I asked for a number to call and he tells me that he wants to solve this problem now and won't remember.  I asked where to call from and what state and he wants to argue about the fixing of these so-called errors which receives the "Ministry of Windows.  This happens for about a year about once each month to a month and a half.  I'm tired of his phone calls.  Can someone advise me how to tell if it is a real Microsoft employee/Division # 1.  can #2 someone please pass on to Microsoft management because if he tries to gain illegal access to my computer (hard to believe that he would call for more than a year if it was), it is probably fool other Customers of Microsoft (if it is not a real employee)... I have it has even said once the number is followed by the telephone company which will check for fraud, said, bring them... I asked for him not to call me more and he wants to argue about the correction of the errors until I hang up, then another month goes and I received another call... IS THERE SUCH A SERVICE IN INDIA? .... Please until I get to my end, can someone advise me what legal action can I take because I'm tired of receiving these phone calls from a person who just wants to argue.

It's a scam.   Hang up the phone when you receive calls.

  • Federal State of emergency - the storm tropical Debby (by calling everything and anyone - Microsoft HELPS!)

I was on the phone just before tropical storm Debby error due to installation of Windows Update that has been booked to win 8 Preview (does not apply to Windows 7 - all versions) and attempts to roll back has been a complete failure, even if I had backup, because as the registry keys. Couldn't do anything except reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate all over again.

While I still had power & cable (internet, phone, TV) - tropical storm Debby aka TS Debby took its toll with its constant winds of 50 mph and at night which was "from here to eternity" as we had here nearly 33 inches of rain only, then only officially declared 'State of emergency' by the Governor, and then by the President and then later changed in federal State of emergency due to the extreme damage - tornadoes, floods, damages, death (almost $ 1 billion in damages for the 1st time so there are talks to remove the name of Debby due damages and it will be the first non-ouragan retired). Even at this stage, I have no idea how internet I have before I lose it or power.

For all that it's like a child playing with a light swich here - on and off, on and off--enough to drive one batty and to the top of the wall. enough, it was that we were without electricity and cable for 33 + hours until power was restored and close to 40 + hours before cable was restored, but even then, he comes and goes like a crazy lunatic.

What makes it all is the worst, I was in the middle of reinstalling Windows.

Please tell me I was wrong in trying to install offline when I had the power without the cable, because I stored files (saved) and try to reinstall without cable (as it was out again - no phone, internet or television) as long as several days. * sigh * nothing to see here with more rain, but even with power outages, at least I could go back and do it again (Yes, he was crazy and I must be crazy to do that, but I was determined to get Windows 7 64-bit OS operational return). Everything I had I have has not need internet connection went through just peachy and small files which didn't need internet connection has been set aside.

Well, I feel like a total (another word for a donkey goes here) - I have some that are pre - SP 1 and some that are SP 1 and my Windows Update doesn't have the slightest idea what to do here. * Blush *.

I am to be punished for my hopelessness here?  I hope I can win any return because of what I learned at last, the cable arrives today in our region to fix and repair this area (YAY! All the time! But then again - what the co POWER? What of them? Why don't they come too at the same time? HMMM?)

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME I HAVE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE ALL OVER AGAIN...

I've exhausted everything in an attempt to piece together the puzzle, but it doesn't work, it's like the old adage 'put the cart before the horse' - Wahhh!

    :(

I did FIX IT so many times this DIFFICULTY IT won't FIX IT because he has no idea what to do.  I ran SFC/SCANNOW to CHKDSK/F - in the CMD prompt - you name, I did this - and he can't.

Enough enough, that I've had to endure this unusual Debby TS as she was, and all this mess and now it seems so my desperation made a mess of my Win 7, all the while and yet I followed what Microsoft Technical Support advised me to reinstall.

I sincerely hope that others have endured there not like what I did, but I feel bad enough for them who have lost everything - because I'm same housing (we're rotating people here, because they have been completely inundated, lost everything and the help is extremely slow, if something arises here.) For those who want to know... even among those who are not yet known to be a floodplain have flooded too - summer all the way up to halfway to the walls or even higher, taking everyone by surprise total due to rain of Records, the constant winds of one-way that would change not its direction... that would allow not only the valves (dams) to open where they even had called the US Army and other military personnel in other areas to open it. Once they had managed to open it up to halfway, already not flooded areas, now they flooded new areas, making the situation even worse - no choice but to close the doors but two in a place jammed because of the force of the water and winds up in a way that made it virtually impossible, even in manual mode. They had managed to get closure on less than half, but still it flooded areas where flooding is unknown. Regarding tornadoes - we had EF-1 and EF 2, many of those who have had lives, including the famous where the mother protected her own children who took his own life, but spared his own children, but one was found not far offshore, shocking everyone - this city has a special fund to rebuild the House and take care of children , for home theirs one for their mother, she will be buried there. (According to the Mayor, who has judged good and authorized as a memorial, but also a commemorative bronze marker will be nearby. "But it was according to the journalist who was there by reading what the script was and what the villagers said). It's tragic and images itself was much too graphic to display, all donations would be "This is the house that Jack built" like the old nursery rhyme would be. Then there are many who died in the flood, the two men and worse, animals - especially in the kennels and shelters; because it was virtually impossible for anyone to access, even for them, and unfortunately, many themselves are drowned, but those who remained alive were abducted and taken to a very special place. As for humans, we don't know if all of them were in the Gulf of the Mexico, while some are called and reported, others have been found, but the high chances are that they were shot out by excessive flood stage: streams, rivers, marshes, etc... and the force of the water so that many have tried to flee brought them in and they drowned, and at the point where they were found was shining in the Gulf of Mexico where water pours on to. Some of them have been found, as indicated, are drowned in lakes, the reasons were unknown. All around this area, it's really sad. With respect to damages, overturned oak trees 100 years and more, for the first time "up-holes", something that nobody has ever heard or seen before, sinkholes are everywhere, but the holes to the top?  What is - c?  When Earth goes up - for the first taken was actually in the middle of a road of mini-major before a vehicle did not it and * BOOM * ploughed straight through, and top-hole resembles a huge massive donkey back x 100 size up from the ground. There have been other holes to the top not only in roads, but in the middle of a dwelling house for a long time, in the middle of the backyard property, there is a madness so here more strange things have occurred. Many wonders why these old oak trees tumble much more than all the other trees, while others cracked and sank into the houses, cars, business - still unknown yet. the strangest ever was: the impact of the winds were so large that this hotel (the very who has endured so many hurricanes of category 5, including back-to-back hurricanes) really scared the daylights living/night lights out tenants, owners and the nights... He literally ripped OFF the roof and slammed right on vehicles! (No tornado or funnel) Left a huge hole in the roof, where I suppose one can say now "Sky Light View. :-/  Everyone, including the natives like me who are pioneers and those who originate from Colon - were all mortified! How does a wind turbine like this rip literally a wide roof is the question? No matter the question - there are enough photos views which can be found if moderators would allow him to the www.baynews9.com/ where you can see later and the flood is ALWAYS THERE and pictures here are TS Debby damage - but Word of warning, what you see are actual photos and NOW you will understand why it is stated in counties such as the FEDERAL EMERGENCY... (only in specific counties - not all, mine is in this category...) is this link here: http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/baynews9/news/article.html/content/news/articles/bn9/2012/6/29/photo_gallery_bay_ne.html news which includes JUST WHAT DEPTH the flood was and TORNADOES are actually demonstrated and Word of caution - damages shown there are so serious - it's SHOCKING and you would think it was a HURRICANE but still... it was only a tropical storm!    Here is a video of a tornado moving through Pass-A-Grille, the very one who destroyed the famous Marina and then some.  :(  ( http://www.baynews9.com/content/news/baynews9/video.html?clip=http://static.baynews9.com/newsvideo/bn9/web_video/tornado_vo_web.f4v&vtitle=Tornado%20moves%20through%20Pass-A-Grill)

PS: Thanks Microsoft & moderators to have me post this info at all on TS Debby so everyone can see close up and updated as well and that everything that happens here, I like it a lot... especially for the members of Zune and other Members of Microsoft, including those in beta at WinEqual - at least you will know what happened to everyone and where... it's not just me that's mainly in the Tampa Bay area.

(you would be living in this House?)

    Hello

    1. What is the complete error message you get with Windows Update?
    2. Have you been able to run Windows Update throughout, without interruption?

What I did was liquidated with this new OS system in mid-June 2012, given that I backup everything, literally - and after an argument with MS Office Rep who implied I had home and student 2010 and unprofessional more (?) - had to roll back through the disks I had and finally found one that worked... it is in offline mode.

    * sigh *.

It is absurd given MS Office telling me what I have and what I am not, because I was about to call to my credit card (when JP Morgan and Chase had bought the Wa - Mu, but it is still on the records - I contacted them and rechecked, there he stood, paid - MS Office Professional Plus 2010 - but it was damaged;) MS Office was to provide me with a different key and different download due to a corrupt link and the wrong key. Sigh - and which has been studied; Link corrected and new and key had this time with notice as well as Remote Assistance with security bulletins to make copies of the download on flash, DVD-R, etc. - as well as the key; what I've done as well). While the link is annoying, but that's all back and installed where it belongs. Oh for the love of Pete...

Want to know how far in my files that I had to go to roll back? Way back around the month of March 2010! It's downright absurd - and then put all the puzzles again together, while off line... is absolutely no problem. ANY reason as the old adage goes "fault of a horseshoe the battle is lost... » ; It was because of a critical Windows 7 Ultimate in Windows files were missing and without messing with TM (Trusted Installer); It was a return back, I had to go to get these reviews of the operating system of the files back to where they belong. * sigh *.

    (1) it is not surprising that Windows Update has resulted a failure

    (2) I found out reviewing the other disks that they too, missing files very critical OS, the time when I started to have problems with Windows, Windows Update MS Office - those very files were missing and!

True, Microsoft (Ohio) sent me a SP 1 of what I had - disc set; to use to install on the motherboard new after literally destroy the card mother original; but it was interesting to the excessive Freedman and the fact that they had marked my State as United States when we were part of the United States before Ohio was - worse, SP 1 edition they had sent me was the European Version (UK) and I found myself with all sorts of problems from there.  Initially for the life of me could not understand why I get all these United Kingdom version this and a European Version of this and worse still have a lot of my Programs stripped Microsoft (I know overseas limited); but it cause my Windows Update is not not able to scan my OS and finally has been installing 64-bit on x 86 (32-bit) on a new motherboard I had just installed in Dec 2011. * sigh *-Microsoft Service Tickets, nobody has been able to reproduce the problems or solve until I realized what they gave me a European Version and the paid postage would be correct if sent overseas mail not the first class in the USA... * sigh *.

Then turned around and advised to reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate disc of what I already have, but the problem is - my motherboard was ruined; for the European Version is wrecked havoc on everything on my OS completely so I found myself with nothing but had until June to constitute with an OS 64 bit for anyone or sold all x 86 platforms more (32-bit).

It was really hard to sort this and try to work with Microsoft and everybody else because they have closed the case prematurely when tropical storm Debby hit and I had surgery. With light, turn off / cable, cable - making it very exceeding difficult for anyone (even me) to download whatever it is entirely or if it was, it has been altered due to the interruption of the cable at any given time. Roll back, was a constant option that would drive one to the top of the wall as well as for the support it had been closed even if the region is under a State of emergency federal? It was as if we put the cart before the horse literally.

With a brand new operating system, having to do it all on my own; I feel insulted and insinuated. Honestly, it's crazy, really, really crazy - they are still working on my phone that still does not work properly or not at all. But for me, on a new 64 bit OS having to go back on an x 86 platform completely new in March 2010 disc for this criticism of missing files in Windows, Win32, WinSys? In other critical Windows files else where - is a tad bit too.  I tell you, I'm surprised I didn't lose the presence of mind because of this crazy here.

    So, this was the ANSWER.

  • Who at Microsoft is responsible for WMP12?

WMP12 has a number of important issues of implementation.  WMP10 was more or less 'good', but WMP 11 and 12 have introduced significant deficiencies and mistakes.

If you use a piece of software like Mp3tag to sweep all the MP3s in 'My music' (where 'everything' is more than 50,000), he finished the task in about a minute, providing a search interface where you can sort & show all these data.  On the other hand, if one changes a single MP3 tag and tries to get WMP12 to update its views, the process takes minutes or more, crashes MP3 files and absurdly broken data does display or any.

If you rename an MP3 that was in the data of WMP12 library and then try to play it, WMP12 says that the file does not exist, but it removes the library.  It's a little strange, because there seems to be no real reason so he could hold onto data that cannot be exported or used otherwise.  But, if you can open the file renamed in WMP12 and it plays, WMP12 displays the data label in the file, but do not add it to the WMP12 library, even if the file is obviously in the right location to be part of the library.

If one has two records of collection in their library of 'Music' and move the files from one to the other, WMP12 becomes confused.  If we try to play the files, WMP12 says they went.  If we wait long enough, WMP12 will realize that the files are in a different location, but show two entries for each file, one that works and does not work.  A little later, WMP12 "will fix" this by making two entries point to the new location... so that duplicates of all these files in the library, that point to the same file if you ask WMP12 to open the location of the file.  And, somehow, if you delete all entries and wait (hours!) for WMP12 re - find files, the two inputs will return.

WMP9 and WMP10 used to be awesome, because they could manage large collections.  A few other MP3 players would actually bribe their database if you had more than 20,000 MP3s. But now, the bar is higher.  WMP12 must not only fail to corrupt its own databases - which he apparently can't - but it must be fast, pretty and functional.

WHY are there no view album covers under the gaze of the artist?  Not simply a view that has left and all tracks, but a nice view just the covers, as can be found in so many other interfaces now.

WHY in of WMP12 re - size each incoming album art image 200 x 200?  And why he sometimes tries to play games with an art file in the folder that contains the files instead of putting art in the MP3s themselves?

WHY WMP12 is simply not very good? Yes, he plays a large number of formats, and Yes, it handles video, music, TV, devices, and other things... But people do not need their video player and an MP3 player as long as they need for their MP3 player or video player to really work well for what it is supposed to do the same program.

WMP12 must be a great MP3 player.  It is not the case.  Who's going to fix?
