  If I were you, I wouldn't bother with Microsoft FixIts.

  Why don't ask you a question with an object that describes your problem and give some details about it?  See How to ask a question.
  At a minimum, include the following:

  And insofar as this error "input string was not in the correct format?  This seems to be a common problem that Microsoft keep because it creates new tools 'FixIt '.

  There is a support forum for Microsoft FixIt Center in which this right was requested more than 2 years, on September 14, 2010.  The next day, a Microsoft employee answered and said that Microsoft was aware of the problem and that he had set.   You can try to run a Checkdisk on drive E to fix disk errors that can cause this problem. You can make a backup of the data on this drive and try to run checkdisk.

  Try to use a prompt with admin privileges, type SFC/scannow and press on enter, insert Windows Media 8 if requested. If this does not resolve the problem, you may need to do a refresh.
