  I have upgraded to windows 7 and I'm trying to re - install my LifeCam VX-3000 but wen I do, I get a message indicating the cam "does not work" and "the program will close." I installed the drivers supplied by microsoft (LifeCam 3.2) and nothing. I even tried to re - install disk but it says that it was not compatible with windows 7 (it was LifeCam 1.4). So now I have a webcam that I can't use yet is supposed to be compatible with Windows 7.

  I was using XP before and had the same problem, update drivers exactly the same problem has happened then so I had to stay with the drive, but now I can't do same. Any help to what to now please?

  Hello.. video camera on my laptop is not detected by the window... I am currently using window 8.SONY VAIO... INTEL CORE i3 processor... Model number is ' SVE1512J6EB.  In Device Manager thr is no imaging device driver or video driver... I tried everything, but does not work.   In this case, the support can be extended on the forum if the product is discontinued. If you have the raw executable driver for the operating system file previous version installed (Windows 7), then you can install this driver in compatibility mode in Windows 8/8.1. Refer to the following steps to do:

  1. Right-click on the downloaded driver file.
  2. ClickProperties , and then select the compatibility tab.
  3. Check enable the option run this program in compatibility mode for: , and then select Windows 7 in the menu dropdown.
  4. Click OK and install the driver.

  I uninstalled a bunch of updates to save space. Then 2 software has failed or has an error. Predator of storm who needs the library of work properly. I was able to fix this software after the Software Runtime has been installed, but cannot get the camera to work even after I uninstalled and reinstalled. Y at - it a Microsoft update that works, I might of accidently uninstalled, I can reinstall? The camera and the drivers is installed with the desktop icon, but it does not load. Any help would be very useful!

  It's OK I did a full reinstall, AT & T Connectect followed me the steps, it so now everything works find. IncrediMail was really my only concern, and I was able to get everything I had out there. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it!

  KSPROXY. AX is associated with some programs that is installed on your computer. To perform a clean boot, follow the steps described in this document . This process will allow you to start without some programs that run to isolate the program that is causing the problem.

  Once you have found the program, if possible, uninstall and reinstall.

  I had the same problem and all initially thought I had demoted again. Did not that but used the card reader in my iMac to download my photos. It doesn't work, so no problems for me! Maybe you can try this too.
