MICROSOFT CALL CENTER ONCE HELPED ME TO GET THE AUDIO WORKING, THEN IT IS HOW I KNOW NOT WHAT TO DO. THIS is PRODUCT ONLY WHEN I PLAY MY WMP 11.

  WHEN I PLAY THE POWER DVD, AUDIO OF THE HELMET there.

  WHEN I PLAY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER, NO SOUND EMITS HELMET speakers. I THEN RESTORED TO WMP 9. STILL NO AUDIO WITH HEADPHONE WH I PLAY WMP. I REMOVED THE HELMET MICROSOFT LX-3000 TO ADD AND REMOVE, REINSTALLED, SETTINGS CONFIGURES, STILL NO SOUND IN headphones ON WMP. I WENT BACK IN TIME THROUGH RESTORE POINT, STILL NOT HIS HELMET WHEN PLAYING WMP.  I AM TOTALLY STUMPED. Help me please!
