  I need help. I have the Microsoft Natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard with IntelliType 8.15 64-bit for Windows 7 installed. I run on a brand new i7 with 9 GB of ram and 1 TB of hard drive.  I just installed Office 2010.  Have you tested this keayboard with Office 2010?

  I bought and returned 2 of these keyboards at my local dealer and two keyboards have the same problem. Preconfigured keys (help, undo, redo, new, open, close, reply, fwd, send, spell, save and print) F1 - F12 do function not all as they are indicated in MS Word 2010 etc. I was able to program my favorites 1-5 with little problem.

  I did the following to try to resolve the problem:
  1. research of virus (clean)
  2. uninstalled the driver and downloaded the last strand 8.15 64
  3 entered the keyboard layout configuration and reset the default settings
  4 tried to manually program the F1 - F12 function keys

  NONE of these things solve the problem.  Which brings me to the conclusion that this keyboard does not have to be 100% compatible with Office 2010.

  Any suggestions / feature of configuration problems feature keys?

The problem I have is the mouse didn't cause the Web page, I've been to zoom in 1000% without me clicking on it, I would like to get back to 100% but he would do it again, it would start then zoom in with all the way to 25%. Also, I can't click on the red x to close a window. On my desktop mouse has already made something as if I dragged something to move. It also uses the left button as if it were a right-click opening things while all the other buttons do nothing.   In the BIOS settings, I only find a selection of NumLock setting.  In Centre of keyboard and Microsoft mouse, the only setting that I can locate offers the choice to enable or disable the use of the Caps Lock key... entirely.  So, when turned on, the default value is lock shift = WE only in a password box.  Know, I is not no accidentally redundant; I repeat this case specific to the question in order to stress that this is the only time only this question.

  Like most people, I have to enter the password often. This problem occurs if the "remember me" or "keep me logged in" is selected.

  It's much more irritating.

  Thanks for the reply, I would have thought that in a first time. I advanced and tried on a laptop and the same keys still don't work.

  So assuming that the keyboard was already broken, I advanced and open. The fact that I learned a lot about the anatomy of a keyboard. Inside are four layers the rubber part were the keys strike and 3 layers of plastic, so did a quick inspection and noticed some dirt. Used some compressed air blower but the difficult part was cleaning between the 3 layers of plastic, I used a clean and dry cloth in the interval wiping and focusing on letters that were not work. While the keyboard is plugged in so I can test it and see if its working. And guess what, it WORKED. Following cleaning and re-assembled the keyboard. And works very well since.

  I hope this info helps others, sometimes we think air powder top is enough to clean the keyboard, but a few times can get average dirt under these layers of plastic.

  The message 'could not be read' indicates you do not have WRITE permission on the destination folder. So, here's what you need to do

  1. The Lightroom Import dialog box, go to the Destination section to the right and make a note of the specified folder.
  2. Change the folder to something else; OR in your operating system, change the permissions on this specific file WRITE permission.

  I bought an ergonomic keyboard MICROSOFT wireless about four months ago.  Since then, the letters have mostly disappeared; for example: e, r, t, i, o, s, d, l, c, n and many others we get very light.  It's maddening, because I always put 'o' where 'i' go or vice versa.  I do a lot of mistakes.  Is there any type of paint, what can I use to replace these letters.   I tried Nail Polish, but it does not appear on the keys.  Why Microsoft made keyboards who lose something as necessary as the keys on the keyboard.  Before I bought this card that came with the computer did the same thing, but HP has sent me another Board.  Since I bought one from Best Buy, nobody is interested in the fact that there is something terribly wrong with the paint they use on the keys.   Should not began to fade within two months of the purchase.  Not what someone out there agree with me?   May we make a suggestion as to how I can fix the priblem.

  But as a personal entry, I'd take you back to where you bought and see if they ca fix the problem. I have more than 6 years, MacBook Pro and I stay on the line, almost every day. And no keys has dissipated painting. So what is happening is an unusual case and should last 10-15 years. I have some keys that have been hit so many times they have a glow to them and may have dirt that makes them not perfectly white. But they are not faded or disappeared. Looks like they have used defective paint.

  I was referring to Windows 7 Control Panel. To access the Control Panel click on the ORB to Start on the taskbar to display the start menu. On the right side, you should see the control panel.

  When you initially open the Control Panel, it may be in view by: category (top right). Click on the small arrow to the right of the category to change large icons or small iconsview. When you are in the display of the icon, you should see the applets for keyboard and mouse.

  The link of the control panel in the start menu is usually displayed by default, but there is a chance that it will not be displayed, so you will need to enable it. To do Yes right click on an empty space on the taskbar, on the shortcut menu that appears, click Properties. In the bar of tasks and the Start Menu Properties dialog box, click the Start Menu tab, and then click the Customize button. In the dialog box Customize the Start Menu to the top of the list, you should see the Control Panel, select display as a link and click OK at the bottom of the dialog box, then in the dialog box properties of the Start Menu and task bar again click OK at the bottom. The link to the control panel should now be displayed in the start menu.

  Another way to display the control panel is Panel by typing in the search on the Start menu, the control panel should appear at the top of the list under programs, click, or press enter .

  Once in the Control Panel, you should be able to follow the steps I described in my first answer.
