Where you installed Office 365 since? Also to have full use of Office 365, you must be online to use all the features of Office 365.

  • Computer HP laptop model # 15 - F009WM: Microsoft Office

I just bought HP laptop 15-F009WM model number. I see now that it does not come with Microsoft Windows Office. Now, I also see that there is no CD/DVD drive on this model. There is a space of RL in car in the "shell" but not button to open the player. I am incorrect and is it the door and I'm just too stupid to understand how to open it? And if indeed there is no door, how do I add Microsoft Office Windows when I install the disk I have? Thanks in advance. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello

You can reuse your old Microsoft Office installation disc, and you need to talk to Microsoft when re - activate the product. I don't think that HP can help you in this case. Many machines now come with Microsoft Office 365, you can pay for 1 year or older to use the product.

  • Microsoft Office 30 personal days of trial against Microsoft Office 365

I recently bought a Dell XPS 8900 with 10 Windows installed. The package I purchased includes a 30 day trial of Microsoft Office. At the same time, I bought a copy of Microsoft Office 365 Personal (annual subscription).

As part of the installation process, I downloaded and installed Microsoft Office 365 Personal, which includes access 2016 2016 Excel, OneNote 2016, 2016 Outlook, PowerPoint 2016, 2016 Publisher and Word 2016.

Silly me, I planned that install an official, paid for the version of Office would be to uninstall everything that came with the 30 days trial version, but there are pieces left over, and I'm not sure what I can do with them safely (safe as in, it won't mess up the installation of Office products that I bought) :

There is a 'Get Office' icon in the start menu and a 'Get Office' entry in the Apps section & functionality of the system control panel.

Is it safe to just uninstall it?

There seems to be two copies of installed OneNote. The first, named OneNote 2016, seems to be the one I bought. Its icon in the start menu has a light blue background, like all the other "official" Office components The icon in the start menu for the other copy is named simply OneNote and has a purple background. There is also an icon with the same purple background in the Notification bar. When I fly over this icon, it says "new quick note. This second copy of OneNote, the one with the purple background, is listed in the list of Apps & features, but not in Control Panel programs & features.

Is it safe to uninstall the second instance of OneNote (the one with the purple background icon)? If so, how to manage it? When I click on the entry for OneNote in section Apps & features (which indicates a size 272 KB, which does not resemble any kind of real app), the uninstall option is grayed out. And there is no entry for OneNote in Control Panel programs & features (admission-only on the desktop in this list is "Microsoft Office 365 - en - us").

    To summarize my questions:

    1. can I uninstall the app 'Get Office' Apps & features?

    2. can I uninstall this second copy of OneNote, and if so, how?

As usual, Microsoft has managed to confuse me and cluttering up my desktop. Any help would be appreciated.

    Larry

Click with the right button on get office and select uninstall, click with the right button on get Skype and select uninstall.

OneNote, Mail, and Sway are part of Windows 10. Microsoft cannot uninstall OneNote (Windows 10) or by mail (Windows 10) by simple right click and selecting Uninstall.

  • Acrobat for Microsoft Office 365 PDF print driver is missing or damaged

Acrobat for Microsoft Office 365 PDF print driver is missing or damaged. Tried to repair Acrobat installation. However, MS 365 print AdobePDF doe does NOT - freezes app.  Can someone help me find the PDFMaker add-in or plug-in or a support that would allow applications MS OFFICE 365 (v.2013) print to PDF?  Thank you in advance. Bob

You should be able to print to the Adobe PDF printer with v. 9 (I think 9.5.5 is later). However, c. 9 is not compatible with OFFICE 365, and that's why you have no PDF Maker. The alternative to OFFICE 365 is to use the built in MS PDF creator (usually in save them to PDF or XPS). With OFFICE 365, this should be part of the package. With earlier versions, it's an add-on. When you select the record, there is a box of options to enable saving of bookmarks and others.

  • Microsoft Office 365

Hello im in high school in New York City, I got my first MacBook Pro and I'll buy Microsoft Office 365 (2016), should I delete OneNote when I get it? Is it possible to remove OneNote? (I use the system Note from Apple) is at - it an option to turn off the WORD of record to Microsoft cloud? theres an option to make only record on my Mac? and I need Powerpoint and excel? I need it for my future classes?

    < published by host >

Office 365 is a subscription - that is to say, you pay monthly or annually. Microsoft Office for Mac 2016 is available as a one-time purchase or a subscription to Office 365. See below for more information: https://products.office.com/en-us/buy/compare-microsoft-office-products?tab=omac

You can remove a Note, if you want or just leave it installed and do not use it. It occupies about 860 MB of available space.

You have no need to save Word files or anything else to iCloud (or drive than Microsoft) If you do not want.

Office comes with PowerPoint and Excel. You may or may not need or the other, but they are equipped with Office.

  • Microsoft Office 365 does not work after update of El Capitan 10.11.4 March 27

I've upgraded to El Capitan 10.11.4 March 27 and my Microsoft Office 365, specifically the word & excel stopped working properly. Files can be opened, but when you save the new content, and then close the document, it does not record properly (and no backup or temporary file cannot be found). Once opened again, they eventually return to the saved before the update version. Thus losing the latest added to the document after the update.

If anyone has experienced this or can help, I'd appreciate it. This is my first mac and I thought it would be much easier to use than a PC, but I'm not sure I can take this abuse much more time

You can also report the issue in the Microsoft support forum. Note that Office 365 indicates only that you purchased Office in the subscription, but it does not indicate what version of Office you are using. The following link will allow you to choose the version during the validation of the issue: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac

  • HP Jet 13: flow HP 13 not activate Microsoft Office 365

I just bought a new laptop which is HP 13 flow which is supposed to come with a one year subscription free to Microsoft Office 365. But when im trying to turn it on, it says that my email is not associated with the office product. so, how can I fix? and, it had to be already preinstalled in the notebook, why the guy from the store plugged a usb key to install microsoft office. anyone?

    greeene03

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

Office 365 is a subscription service and it can be configured on a computer in several different ways.

One of these ways is that your PC is shipped only with a subscription code and you must download and install the Microsoft software.

As the person of the "store" used a USB, my guess is that they have installed from there instead of going to Microsoft to get the download.

We do nothing about products of complement on this forum; Instead, you must contact Customer Support HP directly to address these issues.

If you live in the United States or the Canada, details are on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact details are on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: once you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to someone ' one - it can take a while!

    Good luck

  • Microsoft Office Pro 2007 installation - error is not a valid Win 32 application

I use MS office Pro trial version on widows 7 operation of the program and therefore brought the full retail version.
When I insert the installation disc the program will not, settle after about 5 minutes, I get a message"

    * D:\is not a valid Win 32 request

The commercial version, I brought is certified for windows vista, I have loaded on my PC which is running XP and the drive worked like. (I'm not with the installation on the PC, I just tested the disc)

I copied on an external hard drive and tried to load it from there. No go!

I even used my code product key on the testing program, but he rejected her!

Any ideas out there would be more useful

This can work around the problem if its progs related to 'old' on your installation disc. I have used this method when installing Office 2007 with a date of packing in March 2007 where he saved a lot of downloads of product - update worked perfectly, but I've always had 20 + updates downloaded after installation.
If you have a reasonable speed then [test to download Office 2007 | http://us20.trymicrosoftoffice.com/default.aspx]. MS email and display a key product, but when the download starts to run do not use this key, but your own "complete" version product key

Re just to read your message - you go from trial to full so what you do is follow the instructions of MS
    :
Follow these steps to activate the trial:

Follow these steps to convert the test:
You can convert the trial into a full version before or after your trial period.

    Before the trial period ends:
You will begin to receive messages from reminder of expiry indicating the expiry date when the trial. At this point, you can convert the full product in two ways:

    1. all expiration reminder messages, click on convert, and then follow the steps in the conversion process, below.

    2. at any time during the trial period (or even after the trial expires), you can open all of Microsoft Office System products, and in the Help menu: click "activate your software".

    After the trial period expires:
The software goes into reduced functionality mode. Some of the limitations of reduced functionality mode include:
    -You cannot create new files.
-You can view existing files, but you cannot modify them.
-You can print files, but you cannot save them.
