Microsoft Office Word 2016 and battery drain
I have a macbook with OS X El Capitan air and recently installed microsoft office 2016, noticing a huge difference in my battery life.
I use my macbook to 100% of load and have use of 2-3 days at the office until the next recharge... because the office installed 2016 that s is no longer possible, I have to recharge every night, and somedays carry my charger and keep once connected to continue working.
It seems that the issue is Word 2016, because excel and powerpoint work as usual; but since the word is the program used mostly I noticed the issue and he has seen a few posts about this in the internet.
Is it possible to get around this? Every walkthrough? Any bug fix any? Is anyone else noticing this same thing?
Please answer.
You might have more luck to post your question to the forum of MacBook Air space or a space Microsoft forum. This forum area is for the 12 '' MacBook of the retina.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 and Microsoft Office word 2007 does not work
They gave me a laptop Sony Vaio FRO my birthday about a month ago. I work from home, I work online and I use everyday in my computer. The two programs I use the most are gives me a hard time and not let me use a reason any. The software came on the laptop so I called Sony and they told me that it should work fine, and if I have problems to contact microsoft. Well, my point is its does not work and it is causing me loose not being able to work money. Im very frustrated and im desperately need help. Please if anyone can tell me what to do to fix this problem I would be very happy. IM at my wits end here. Acrobat 8 reader telling me I need a serial number to continue using the program and will close and I lose all my work. Also, Microsoft Office Word 2007 again I need a product key number. I use these programs daily to work, I can't cope with this. They keep making me lose all hours of work ive done. Help, please!
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, it shouldn't charge for continuous use. Packages of creator Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Standard, Pro, Pro Extended) cost money. Microsoft Office is often loaded on a computer as a trial package. You need to follow up with Sony on these items to make sure if they sent packets of the trial or fully paid packages, and if they are supposed to be freed from the packages that your only relief must come from Sony - we cannot help you here.

I bought a HP Color Laserjet CM1312 and plugged on my 32 bit Windows 7 PC. Of course, I downloaded the newes of HP drivers. Then, I wrote a text in Microsoft Office Word 2010. Parts of the text in red. When I printed this text, all the text was black and white. No color.
Also, when I print PDF documents with colored text or grafics, it is printed in black and white.
When I include an image in color in my word document, then the image is printed in color, but not the text.
How can I solve this problem.
Thanks for a quick reply.
Erich
The problem has been resolved with the HP PS universal print (v5.1) printer driver.
After several hours of a kind of obstacle course, I come to the conclusion that HP is
wonderful printers
but poor software .

The 2011 versions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) can be run on an iMac OS 10.11 running? If not, is the only solution to purchase the latest MS Office suite?
Office 2011 and 2016 for Mac running OS X El Capitan, you can install Office 2011 if you bought. Don't forget to update the latest version.

Where can I find a "product key" for Microsoft Office Word 2007.
When I try to open Microsoft Office Word 2007, which is installed on my computer, I get this pop up asking for my product key. I have no knowledge of a product key and I don't know where it can be located. Anyone has an idea about this 'product key '.
Thank you
Hello, the product key is normally printed in the retail packaging or is sent in the confirmation email in case you made a digital purchase. However there is a support forum for the mozilla firefox browser. If you continue to have problems to get the desktop software to work, please contact support Microsoft instead since it is their product.

Any chance that you have used the "demo"?
If your programs Microsoft Office came pe-installed when you purchased the computer, it is a "trial" version
Trial version is good for 60 days or x number of use, after that it use more.If this is the case, you will need to purchase a full version if you want to continue using Microsoft Office programs.

Preview generator Microsoft Office Word
I found that when I start Word 2007 and go to air a file icon, I get the window open the file which shows my Word documents. There is the preview pane and when I click on a file for the preview, I get the error message: "this file cannot be previewed because of an error in the Microsoft Office Word outline generator.
How can I fix? Thank you
Philippe
Thanks for your quick response.
- I am not prepared to go back to XP from Windows 7.
- The other reference you gave me shows that Microsoft is aware of the problem for more than a year and has not yet developed a patch, as they had promised.
I guess I'll have to do without the service.
Philippe
Yigit says:
right click on the word icon, go to properties, find a Compatibility tab select windows xp (service Pack 3)
If that does not work, try to reinstall office or take a look at these discussions below:

It will be useful.

Failed to update to Microsoft Office Word 2007 (KB982135)
Having had a number of recent updates fail to install automatically, I have installed them individually manually except one. During the execution of the download "Update of security for Microsoft Office Word 2007 (KB982135)", he reached a point in the installation where he says that 'the component you are trying to use is on a resource network unavailable' and asks "an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package"O 12conv.msi". I'm not too bothered what it means but would like to locate this file? Without it I can not complete the update. Thank you. PS. in your answers please don't forget I'm here because I'm not on PC.

All the documents that I close (if it is registered or not, whether it is empty or not) shows an error message saying:
Window with the loading bar appears: header 1 - "ofMicrosoft Office Word has stopped working ", heading 2 - "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem... " "
Changes in wording (remains of load bar): header 1 - "Microsoft Office Word to try to recover your information... ", header 2-"it can take several minutes. "
It takes then about 10 to 20 seconds until the charge bar disappears and the text becomes: header 1 - "Microsoft Office Word has stopped working ", header 2-"a problem caused the program to stop working correctly." "" Windows will notify you if a solution is available. "
This process happens every time. Sometimes it restarts the program, and other times it ends just (closed) it. I don't know if this is related to this bug, but I met another problem that began at the same time as this one:
http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/vistaperformance/thread/f5e2a747-b429-4d55-8a6b-5d5a9b791dd1 (scroll to the bottom of the page of my post) . That error is fixed now, but the "Microsoft Office Word has stopped working bug" continues to annoy me.
Could this error be caused by my computer or Microsoft Word? Does anyone have any information or conclusions of how this error can be fixed? Is there some registry tweaks which can solve this problem?
Specifications of the computer:
Windows Vista Edition Home Premium Service Pack 2 (32-bit)
Pentium Dual-Core CPU T4200
RAM is 3.00 GB if it is of no use
Microsoft Office Word 2007
Computer is up to date on all updates, including Microsoft OfficeThank you in advance!

Windows 8 comes with the costume of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)?
Wait, I don't understand.
I'm talking about Windows 8 for PC.Now I'm interested in Windows 7 and Windows 8 for LAPTOPS and PC.They come with the package Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access?I really need these 4 programs, so I would like to know if Windows 7 and Windows 8 (OR one of these two) comes with it. (talking about the PC version and PORTABLE computers).I'll try this again: other than Windows 8 RT - what is essentially the ' tablet edition of Windows 8 "- Windows not never and not now comes with all editions of Microsoft Office.". " Some manufacturers may package before their systems (Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc) with office trials or better - but they do that - not Microsoft.
