Microsoft sculpt Comfort mouse

Tried to install mouse Microsoft Comfort sculpt on Aspire V - 571P but only the works of blue button (mouse is supposed to work with Windows 8). Microsoft says problem with version of driver bluetooth Broadcom and version must be 12.0.0.5200 or later version

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2865342/en-gb . Mine is earlier, but trying to put up-to-date driver he says latest version installed. Can anyone help with a solution or a link to a download for a 12.0.0.5200 or later?

I did a PC Refresh (PC config / General) and later the mouse worked OK. Just had to reinstall the software.

  • Matching sculpt Comfort mouse on multiple computers

I recently bought a Microsoft Sculpt comfort mouse to use with my Dell laptop. I have two Dell laptops that I would use this mouse, step at a time, but when it is docked in a docking station, Dell. So far, it seems that I can only pair the mouse with one machine at a time, causing me to need re-pair the mouse each time I want to use it on another laptop. I spend on laptops (1 for work, 1 for personal use) at least once a day re-pairing the mouse every time is going to be painful solution.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the pair of mouse to these two machines? No laptop has integrated Bluetooth, so I use Bluetooth dongle connected directly to the docking station. So the laptop disconnected will not attempt to use the mouse when using the laptop connected.
My obvious alternative is to return the mouse and choose one that uses its own (no Bluetooth) wireless dongle. I'd rather not do this if it is not possible to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hey Ross,

Use the built-in Windows function, it is not possible to pair the mouse with multiple computers. However, you might find some third-party programs that perform the same process. You can search using your favorite search engine.

  • Cannot connect mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort Bluetooth constantly

I can't get my mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort to stay always connected to my laptop (Win7 x 64).

In the middle of use, it stops working. I studied in the devices & Printers and the device returns is no longer there. I pass by add it a device Wizard, making sure that my mouse is discoverable (green and red lights flash alternately) and he said he's logged and it will look for a driver. The laptop detects a driver and a "Bluetooth Service Configuration" window appears.

Open Device Manager, I see that HID-compliant mouse is added to the list of mice and other pointing devices. As soon as the "Configuration of Bluetooth Services" window closes, the mouse is removed from the Device Manager and removed from devices & Printers.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver.

I tried to turn off the Bluetooth power management feature.

I tried to change the batteries.

I tried to move closer and further away.

I tried browsing the Add Assistant device with Microsoft mouse & keyboard Center installed and uninstalled.

I restarted at various times during the process.

    What should I try next?

    1. I didn't do any hardware or software changes before this problem I can think
    2. My computer is a Dell Latitude 6430u
    3. I have Kaspersky installed 10.1.2.23 on my computer. It is managed by Active Directory by my IT Department if I can't make changes to it or turn it off somehow.

  • Unable to connect Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse mouse

I have an Inspion N5030 running Windows 8 with Bluetooth 365 Dell installed chip. Until recently, I could use my chip to connect a Sculpt Touch Bluetooth mouse, but lately, I'm not. When I place the mouse in discovery mode I am able to see the mouse, but when I try to connect to it I get an error that says: "who did not work. Try again and make sure that your mouse is discoverable. "I know that the Bluetooth chip still works as I am able to control my iPhone from the computer. I have all the updates that are installed for my system, including the driver for the Bluetooth card. What could be the problem? What can I do about it?

I solved. The problem was that the computer was expecting the mouse for a pairing code. Who wouldn't have a keyboard and mouse. You do realize that if you try to pair in desktop mode only.

  • Combo sculpt comfort keyboard/mouse Microsoft - mouse problem driver windows 7

Just bought a new combo desktop Microsoft Sculpt comfort (keyboard and mouse). I have a problem with the mouse in Windows 7.

This mouse has the button scan blue on the left where you can drag upward or down and click. I have this attached to a Dell E6520 laptop.

In windows 8 the slide it towards the bottom of the function pulls the top of the list of open windows. In Windows 7, it's the browser's "back" button. I installed the latest microsoft mouse and keyboard software 2.3.

When I first installed the drive, everything works as expected. Suddenly the button works like the browser's "back" button. A few hours later, or after a reboot slide down begins to open the windows instead. The only way to fix is to uninstall the driver and re install. I tried the USB in USB ports and all are working the same.

How can I solve this problem? I called Microsoft support and they said to return the system and replace it. It is not a hardware problem and return it will do no good.

    Any help would be useful.

    Thank you

  • Microsoft Comfort Mouse Sculpt has stopped working suddenly.

Hello, my mouse Comfort sculpt stopped working all of a sudden. I wrote my notes in Notepad and after some time when I tried to start the mouse it does not work. Tried to replace the batteries, but of no use. Updating drivers did not help. Sculpt keyboard works very well. I tried on two machines and having the same problem. The blue laser light under the mouse is dead. However, when I turn on the mouse (power on) the blue light flashes for a second. Not sure if it is a hardware problem. I bought this mouse in January 2014 and worked great until today! Help, please.

  • Microsoft sculpt mouse, or any other technology blue track mouse blue glow on this?

So I know it's a very stupid question. I am looking to buy a mouse that looks good. And from my point of view, a beautiful design to mouse and some type of conduit, puts some color. For example, like this image - http://prntscr.com/3ksnd2 - I watched some videos of youtube, but as they don't actually have a blue glow on the bottom, which surrounds the mouse and is visible when the mouse is flat on a surface. And if this mouse bluetrack has this kind of glow, then I want to know if microsoft sculpted mouse bluetrack comfort also has this type of glow. (As I said stupid question, but I couldn't find a real answer).

And say you microsoft sculpt mouse comfort, is a good mouse for games, like the fact also, as a side issue, it is actually also good that microsoft argues your hand. And I already watched sculpt ergonomic mouse, but that is just a little weird. (and I also like the fact that the mouse comfort sculpt has a touchpad).

    Thanks in advance

  • Mouse and keyboard Microsoft Wireless Comfort 5050

Mouse and keyboard Microsoft Wireless Comfort 5050 will work with my MAC

  • How can I reduce the DPI of my "Microsoft Comfort Mouse 6000"?

Is this possible? I installed the drivers, but the only thing I can do is the remapping of keys.

    Ok

First of all, my experience tells me that maybe it's that you have installed the wrong driver. Please can you tell me exactly what that driver you have installed for 'Microsoft Comfort Mouse 6000' and where you got to?

Second, if this is the correct driver for the Setup programs start menu look.

Microsoft Web site implies that the latest intellipoint (mouse from Microsoft software/drivers) is probably 8.15...

If this isn't what you have installed and then try and see what happens.
