  I would suggest trying the following steps and check.

  a. click on the link below and select run now button.

  b. After you have downloaded and run for the first time

  c. Select run on small context menu and select run on Internet Explorer-security warning window.

  d. Select detect problems and allow me to select the files to apply.

  e. Select Uninstall.

  f. after detecting problems select Microsoft Security Client to uninstall, and then click on Next.

When I restarted my computer, the icons disappeared again. I followed the previous steps, except that I replaced the Explorer with web address: http://www.google, co.za that grew up a blank web page, I have typed C: / / top of the page and continued after the rest of the multi step instructions. Where'd I get my old PC after that the call to close and log back were the same thing. No icons, no start menu, the taskbar, no internet access.

  I work with a Windows xp Home sp3 than anything it will be greatly appreciated.
