  The serial key belongs to the Windows operating system which is part of the Toshiba recovery image.
  This means that, in most cases you cannot use it as part of other versions of Windows.
  Moreover Windows system which is part of the image is already enabled for this serial key is not really necessary

  The problem is with AVG free 9.0, just install and he started to get that. I went back to AVG 8.5 and it solved my problem with the broken digital signature. Revert to a previous version of AVG.
