Microsoft support "Sign In" on the Canadian Web site problems

Hi, I'm of the Canada.

I tried to sign in Support of Microsoft, specifically at this address:

If your computer is pre-installed with Vista (Dell, HP, etc.), you are not FREE Microsoft Support.

All support is the manufacturer of your computer.

    Have you tried any other browsers like firefox or chrome to see if the problem is specific to IE 10? The problem happens on both IE 32 bits & 64 bits? Windows 7 64 - bit consists of 32-bit & 64-bit IE.

  • I don't have any featured Firefox... no tab bookmark, no history, nothing but a sign more, plus the open web site. The current web site covers also toward the top of the bar program

    No menu bar... I guess it's called.
    I had to update java plugin for FireFox wouldn't work with an old man.
    Not sure if that caused the problem. A lot of ads and suggestions, then tap to ASK search engine appeared.
    Now can't see the history/bookmarks/nothing that used to be on the top row.

    Click F11 to exit full-screen.

  • Security on the cc Web site problem?

    It's the source of the recent tab of my libraries on the site of creative cloud (Adobe Creative cloud), I have valid certificates and was connected with a lock icon in my browser, but the code for the page required inclusions with names like omgbuildwtfbbq and bwahahaha. Please tell me that adobe is more professional than that.

    I'm suspicious because on my recent Libraries page, in the preview for one of my files, the S in Abudefduf, which should be Scriptina Pro like everything else, is replaced by a half eaten Apple logo. Just as in the preview of the file. The file itself is fine when you open it.

    Have you tried to use the disk of Windows XP, or Windows Update running default drivers to search for best driver for your sound card?

    Also, I found only 1 driver on your system gateway Web site is located here.

  • disable the photoshop via the adobe Web site?

    I upgraded the hard drive on my notebook (windows 7 pro) by cloning the old. Everything works perfectly, except for Adobe Photoshop CS3. He claims that I need to reactivate, but will not now (reactivation attempts fail). I remember vaguely reading I could disable a computer via the adobe Web site, but cannot find this option now. I tell myself that I have to disable the old hard drive (same computer, but perhaps adobe sees it as another computer), and then I'll have the 2nd year to reactivate on the new hard drive (same computer). I already use 1 of the 2 licenses on my desk.

    I can also reach the Chat or email to anyone at Adobe. Apparently, Adobe decided that once a product is sold, they want to support.

    I don't know if this can be screwing the licensing system, but the same day that I upgraded my laptop, I also bought the subscription creative cloud for use on another computer (but the same username).

    Thanks to you two. Because I was in a hurry today, I disassembled my laptop, reinstalled the old hard drive, started, off CS3, close, then put it all back and the new hard drive and reactive (it didn't the first time and then worked the second time).

    In case it can help someone in the future, the licenses can be reset by Adobe via chat. When you follow all the prompts for CS3, licensing in the aid system issues, Adobe is the only support provided through forums. However, I complained to Adobe, and they suggested in the future to contact support with the following:

    Im trying to remove all Web site data with the following procedure:

    Safari-> Preferences-> privacy-> Remove All Data Web site...

    His does not work. Before clicking on the button I have 108 Web sites stored cookies or other data, I click the button, and nothing happens... I'm still 108 cookies.

    If I understand your message that nothing happens when you try to remove the Safari Web site data. I know how it is important for you to be able to remove the Safari Web site data. I recommend that you restart your Mac into safe mode and see if you can remove the data from the Web site in secure mode.

    Here are the steps to restart your Mac in safe mode:

    Safe mode (sometimes called secure boot) is a way to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks and prevents certain software from loading automatically or opening.

    From your Mac in safe mode does the following:

    * Check your startup disk and attempts to fix problems if necessary directory
    * Loads only required kernel extensions
    * Prevents the elements start and the login items open automatically
    * Disables installed user fonts
    * Delete font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache
    * Together, these changes can help resolve or isolate issues related to your startup disk.

    Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

    1. start or restart your Mac.
    2. as soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
    3. release the SHIFT key when you see the Apple logo appears on the screen.

    After you delete data from the Web site in safe mode restart your Mac and allow it to start up as usual. Then test the issue again.

  • MAC: can connect through the Skype Web site, but not through the Skype APP itself?

    I guess that the SAME password should work for the TWO the Skype Web site and the Skype APP. However, if the website sign - it works very well, the Skype APP has a msg: "Skype cannot connect." I'm using Version 6.3.0.602 on an iMac running the latest software of Yosemite. Solutions? What I am doing wrong? (P.S. I hear, there is a version 7 for Mac, but when I go to the site to download the "most recent" version, I get the above mentioned 6.3xxx.

    OK, I 'solved' myself. I downloaded a "dmg" on the site yesterday (7.2 v), but when I started to drag the 7.2 app in my apps folder, he "warned" in ERROR that I was running a later version on the computer. So, I did not install 7.2 yesterday.

    Today, I checked the version on the computer 6.3xxx vs the downloaded 7.2, and of course the 7.2 has been later. Ignore the message warning and dragged to the app folder and it logs how.

    I use a HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One - C311a (PMN: CQ877A, Firmware: VEP1CN1137CR).

    While trying to set up the integrated Web site security administrator password, I used a generated password of 20 characters.

    After that, I was unable to connect to printer with the same password administrator settings. I also tried with the same password remove some characters at the end, one by one, just in case the internal password printer storage area has truncated less than 20 characters.

    I tried a partial reset, semi Full Reset, OOBE Reset, full Reset (through what appears to be a blue start menu) and clear derivatives. None of these methods erased the administrator password.

    Is there a specific command or method that would allow me to access administrative back?

    The full semi's to zero that would reset the password in your screenshot that you provided.     There is the Firefox Sync - what is Firefox Sync - optional service which must be put in place before personal data is lost.
