Hello

Check with HP, their drivers support and documentation online and ask questions in the forums about known problems.
It is most often of a bug in the driver or the printer control software.

  • "Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library" error when you create a folder on desktop - why and how fix?

The past day or so I had trouble with .NET Framework 4 and conflict with TurboTax 2013 Installation. I thought that everything was fixed yesterday until I tried to create a folder on my desk this morning. The message is "this application has requested enforcement in an unusual way. Please contact the support team of the application for more information. ». "Windows Explorer has stopped working" then "Windows Explorer restarts". I started in safe mode and clean boot mode and has managed to create a folder on the desktop in two modes. I can also create a folder in the desktop folder when Windows Explorer is opened in mode Normal startup, but not since the bureau itself. Where should I go from here? I certainly don't want to start from scratch.

I still need a response to yesterday's post about the facilities 1 and 4.5.1 of the .NET Framework.

Reference: .NET Framework 4 problems with installing TurboTax 2013

    Published:

    Dell XPS 8100 desktop PC

    Windows 7 Ultimate

    Processor Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67 GHz, 2668 Mhz, 4 Lossnay, 4 logical processors

Physical memory (RAM) installed 8.00 GB

    Published:

I uninstalled TurboTax 2013 and rebooted. Installed Windows Update for Microsoft .NET 4.5.1 which replaced facilities .NET 4 in the menu programs and features and restarted. I still get the same error Visual C when you try to create a new folder on my desktop. I don't know if TurboTax will reinstall, but I want to get this first Visual C fixed problem.

    EDIT: Problem solved: (I hope)

I read in some Microsoft articles on uninstall the graphics drivers and reboot. I didn't remove the driver, so I rolled back the NVIDIA graphics driver for 314 311.06. ?? and restarted. I can now do a right-click on the desktop and create a folder without the error message. Also reinstalled TurboTax 2013 no hang ups or problems. Rebooted and everything seems to be ok.

(I was wondering if the fact that the NVIDIA Control Panel appears in the same box that when I right click to make a new case had nothing to do with the problem?)

In response, I received was an email stating that MY QUESTION has BEEN DELETED!

    W H Y?

If someone will kindly answer the first query I would be grateful but probably (NOW) most important

is that my curiosity is satisfied with an ANSWER as to WHY the question was summarily eliminated.

I affected a kind of code?

Is it a USA site only?

    Please make my day?

Original title: why was the answer to my question just an email saying: it has been deleted?

    Hello

The answer to your previous query was given in the following link:

    Hi IanHinchliff,

    (1) when exactly you get this popup error message?

    (2) since when are you facing this problem?

It is sufficient to indicate the complete error message you receive.

    Method 1
: you can reinstall Visual C++ library runtime components to solve the problem.

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x 86 32-bit =)

Method 2:  Put the computer to boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.
After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not to put the computer to a normal startup follow step 7 in the link.
