    Hi Cardfamily,

You will need to check the updated version of the utility of flash cards on the site of Toshiba, if found, install and check if the problem persists.

If you can't find any update of the utility so I would suggest that you uninstall using programs and features, reinstall it later using the Toshiba website, according to your model number of the computer to download the utility below.

In my view, there are fixes out there for Photoshop elements, but cannot find the fix for Prime Minister 11 elements. Anyone know where it is?

Which operating system do you use first 11 elements? For now, I'll assume Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

    1. delete the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file and, if it does not, remove the whole 11.0 folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists.

    Hello

    • What application you use to display pictures?

Try the SFC scan on the computer.

SFC/scannow is a very useful command that you can use in any version of Windows. When the SFC (System File Checker) command is used with the/scannow switch, the tool analyzes all the important files of Windows on your computer and replace if necessary.

Missing and the corruption of the operating system (like many DLLs) files are probably the main cause of the major problems of Windows. In view of this, plus the fact that the SFC/scannow is completely automatic and very easy to use, the tool should be usually one of your top not troubleshooting.
