Microsoft Website rejects the license key / language ISO download

I go to the Microsoft WebSite that allows you to download a Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 ISO image.  I enter a followed valid license key by selecting English Lanaguage.  He goes out and did some checking and comes back with:

Unsupported language error

The language you selected is not available for the product, you are eligible.  Please select another language.

I tried more than one license key and it does the same thing every time.

Any idea y?

Given that Microsoft has removed downloads of digital river you have two equally bad options.

Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/kb/326246?wa=wsignin1.0 backup support request
Or if you have a retail key (NOT OEM operating system preinstalled) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

Can I get a configuration of single language somewhere? How can I find the license key for my installation.

    Hi Mohammed'metwally,.

Please answer this question to get more clarity on this issue.

    • The application or program that you use the partition of the drive?

This problem may occur if the partition table is damaged or altered. As a result, the recovery partition does not work. I'm sorry to know that you are facing this problem.

You will not get the unique language anywhere to download setting. You have an OEM computer that comes with the product key integrated into the BIOS. The product key of Windows 8 on new machines is now integrated in the machine. It uses the Secure Boot technology. When you perform a new installation of Windows 8, the installation program ask a product key and will be automatically get it from your system and proceed with the installation.

As Windows 8 came pre-installed, you must contact the manufacturer of the computer with this problem for more help.

  • I have reset my laptop and I don't have the set up cd, I have the license key for vista ultimate can I download

I have reset my laptop and I don't have the set up cd, I have the license key for vista ultimate can I download

    Hello

    "I reset my laptop."

What do you mean by that?

There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

When activating my windows vista ultimate product, I get the response that the license key is already in use, let me know how to solve this problem?

    KiranS Hello,

Judging by your post, it seems that Microsoft had technical problems when you tried to activate your copy of Vista by phone. Have you tried phoning the line Activation again?

The normal procedure is that if the activation fails through the automated system, the call is transferred to a real person. It is the only available option if you get the error 'use existing product key'.

I can only suggest that you try again the activation by phone and see what happens.

    Summary

If you have multiple Windows licenses and have installed but don't know which one is in use, use the following instructions to double check.

    Details

Apples of: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1

    User level: beginner to Expert

If you have multiple PCs in your home or business running different versions of Windows and would like to have on the same version, you can check that you do not use a product key that is already in use. For example, if you bought 3 copies of Windows 7 Professional, installed one, active, but later wanted to update another PC but can't remember which key was used, this trick can be very handy.

    Click Start, type: cmd

    Press enter on your keyboard

At the command prompt, type the following command:

    slmgr - dli

    Press enter on your keyboard

A dialogue window will appear on the screen. This will reveal the partial product key which gives an idea of the product key that is in use. Compare with product keys that you have and it will confirm copy of which is in use. When we're done, click OK and close the command prompt window.

For users of Windows 8 and Windows 8.1:

Press the Windows key + X

    Click on command prompt

Alternative means to quickly launch the command prompt quickly on all versions of Windows:

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: CMD

    Press enter on your keyboard

    For Windows XP:

Here are four utilities, which can display your product keys if they are still there:
    Belarc Advisor: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
(He did a good job of providing a wealth of information.)

  • How do I reactivate the license key

I had to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat Pro XI a month ago because for some reason, he began to use the Norwegian instead of English.  When I did I didn't know I had only 30 days re - save the old key.  The warning window that came was in Norwegian, so I didn't recognize that I had only 30 days left.  Now the 30 days and I can't use Acrobat Pro XI at all.  The key has been disabled.  I paid for this product.  How can I get the product to recognize the license key that accompanies it?  Is there a way to handle this without having to buy a new product?  Adobe sells more Acrobat Pro XI.

Thanks for any help.  I tried the cat to Adobe, and they gave me no help at all.  I have 10 Windows on a HP PC.  .

  • EliteBook 840 G3: Find the license key of Windows 10 for the new computer laptop

My company recently purchased 2 HP Elitebook 840 of the G3 that come with Windows 10 Pro. I did a clean install with a customized image of Windows 10 Pro, but I get an error of activation. Where can I find the license key for our new computers?

Once more, the license IS installed on the PC - that it is embedded in the motherboard UEFI firmware - but as I've said several times now, it is ONLY for the HP OEM of Win10 which was preinstalled version.

OK, so try this utility: http://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/2577-showkey.html

But don't be surprised if it does not work with the version of Win10 that you have installed.

The key is stored in THE system BIOS, and is read automatically during a re - install if necessary.  You can see the key using one of the utilities such as Belarc Advisor free system scan.

Does anyone know how to get the TEO license key? Please give me the steps to do...

I used the trial version of TEO in training which has been exceeded, now I can't access TEO because I need to update the license key.

    Please share information... thank you.

    Kind regards

External customers must follow the procedures given to them by their account manager and pass by [email protected] / * / and use SWIFT codes to ask for the keys.

If you are internal cisco, please send an e-mail to Clint Havard (please look for it in the directory) and send him an email asking for an extended license for TEO/CPO. Be sure to include the hostname of your server of TEO in the query.

Yes, you will get all the features of IPS sensor - its fully functional devices, you don't only have latest signatures (against the latest attacks - but anyway IPS uses also heuristic analysis to detect attacks)... and 5.0.1 contains a lot of signatures in order to have the right IPS device

Signatures can be downloaded from EAC, if you smartnet - location even agreement as with IOS... :))

  • Running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit from an OEM installation. Can I reuse the license key I have to install Windows 7 Pro 64 bit?

We have several computers at work that use 32-bit versions of Windows 7 Professional. We must move to 64-bit in order to use more memory. If I have a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit disc can I install the 64 bit version and reuse install the license key for the 32 bit version. I was told Yes as long it's the oem disc. I don't know what that means exactly. What is an OEM drive and why I he would have if the oem of Windows versions usually installed when the computer is initially being built. Thanks for the help guys!

Yes, you can use the same product key to activate the 64-bit version. You may need to reactivate but by telephone.

It doesn't have to be an OEM drive. As long as it matches the edition you are installing.

You will need to do a clean install, there is no place on the way to upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit.

Using the disk of 64-bit Windows 7, install Windows 7 Windows Easy Transfer Utility from the DVD (to find it, simply navigate to x:\support\migwiz, "x:" is the name of your hard drive. (In this case, you will see a collection of files, the important"that you must search for and double-click is 'migsetup'.) run it and create a DAMP (Windows Easy Transfer file), if you have an external hard drive, you can access it later when you perform a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit disk so you can stored there.

Once you have done this, just do a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit disc. In Windows 7 64 bit disk, start Windows Easy Transfer, follow the wizard screen, tap on which is stored the WET file (external hard drive) and it will restore your personal files and settings. Reinstall the applications needed.

  • Upgarading of Windows 7 Home basic to professional indicates the license key is not valid

I bought a windows 7 Home premium to professional anytime upgrade, but he says that the license key is not valid. My laptop has Windows 7 base and I was advised to buy a Home Basic Home Premium anytime upgrade, and then use the home premium to professional. I just wanted to confirm if it will work?

No, it won't work, because Anytime Upgrade is designed only to upgrade Windows 7 Edition Home Premium to professional. There is no Express of Home Basic Professional upgrade.

To make an Express upgrade, you will need to purchase either full licensed version or retail for Windows 7 Professional upgrade.

  • The license key

The license at the bottom of my ZH7 entry door key rubbed due to the heat. If I want to upgrade to window 8, where can I find the license key?

If you want to upgrade, I would recommend that you back up your Windows 7 installation as a system. Otherwise, a full version license would be the recommended option.
