migrate from iOS code bb10 (unix)

I used some codes c on ios access network settings.

Just wonder if bb10 to migrate code to bb10 (linux)

BB10 is not Linux, but based on QNX.

Look at these pages http://developer.blackberry.com/native/reference/bb10/com.qnx.doc.neutrino.lib_ref/topic/about.html hollow and decide.

  • Migrating from JBoss to WebLogic 10.3: how to set the system property?

    Hello
I am migrating from JBoss to WebLogic, and I need to define a global property.

What I need to do, is to link my path of the properties file for a global property accessible to all applications deployed on the server, in order to find the path of my applications (EJB 2.1) and access the properties without cutting the path of the properties file in the code.

In jboss, I used the file "properties - service.xml", in which I can set the key/value pairs, and the key will be published to the server and available programmatically as a property system through the call "System.getProperty ().

How can I do the same in weblogic 10.3?

    Thank you!

    Yes

In both options... .reading the code in the file property will be the same.

  • migration from Outlook Express loses everything after 'group '.

    Hello
I migrated from Outlook Express to Thunderbird on XP, then moved the files to Windows 8.
I had a 'group' in my OE address book. Nothing after that that group name (which began with an H) has been migrated to the new address book. In other words, I lost everything after H.

I also have these contacts on Gmail. Y at - it an easy way recover of EO (I guess I could remove the Group and start over, but it's a long process and I'm afraid to lose the mail I already sent on tuberculosis), or y at - it an easy way to get from gmail?

    Thank you.

There are several solutions to your problem, which is the best for you which I do not pretend to know.

There is the possibility of simply to copy the WAB to outlook express for Windows 7 and double click it to him bringing in the windows contacts folder. I have instructions here http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com.au/2013/12/windows-contacts.html that include the Windows Contacts folder in Thunderbird.

Alternatively, you can install one of the Add-ons to gmail contact sync. I use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/google-contacts

I want to migrate from Dolphin.
I have the premium version of the "LASTPAST / XMARKS ' installed on 4 platforms.

I noticed that a user has requested to have problems to install XMARKS. I couldn't find this add on. I have it on my computers Windows Firefox. I also have it on my mobile devices.

Hello luckyduck, as is the case with xmarks too, the overwhelming majority of the addons is not created by mozilla, but by independent third-party developers. so if you want to know if it is planned an extension for firefox on android porting or have other requests for features, please communicate with the developers involved directly in order to get a better answer. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Why print them from iOS Safari webpage is extensively large?

    I have a Web site, in including CSS, I specified "@media print {body {make-size: 10pt}...} '.

It works fine when you print browsers portable (including the last Safari, Chrome and Firefox and for what it's worth, on a printer Epson, OSX 10.11.4...)

When I print from iOS (9.3.1) Safari) the printing is plenty big!

NB., printing is done via Wi - fi.

NB., the site is fixed to "max-width: 31em '... and iOS Safari fills the document to the width, while laptop browsers comply with the specified font size and many leave spaces on either side of the printing block.

I can't find this documented anywhere behavior. Is it possible to avoid it? (Like in CSS)?

Solved the problem [unknown cause] by specifying quite literal "font-size: 1388888889" in"media @print.

I'm thinking maybe the @media print must have "cascaded" an adjustment of the size of the font for @media * the screen-based * application for mobile devices... Who would have thunk?

Probably not with a 2d gen i5 processor, but it does not matter. It will support an SSD SATA-III, even if the SSD transfer is limited to SATA-II. It will always be very, very fast and you will never see no practical difference. Download the SSD, you will not be sorry. Let us know if you need help most.

  • Move photos on external hard drive after migrating from iPhoto to Photos

I have a lot of photos and have you run out of space on my MacBook.  After doing some reading, I discovered that I should be bale to move my library to an external hard drive, then the point of Photos to run from the external hard drive.

I have recently updated to El Capitan, and as part of this upgrade that my photos have been migrated from iPhoto to the Photos.  I just checked the current location of my library and I found two.  One is named Photo library and which resembles the pictures one use which makes sense.  However, I also have a file called iPhoto library and it is listed as a library migrated under file type.

My question is, when I copy my pictures on the external hard drive also I copy the migrated thus iPhoto library?

My question is, when I copy my pictures on the external hard drive also I copy the migrated thus iPhoto library?

Yes, if you want to free up your internal disk storage moving two libraries of the iPhoto library you have migrated your external drive and the new library of Photos.

The two libraries share the storage for the original images and previews.  As long as one of the libraries is always on the internal disk and using storage, storage is not released: see: Photos saves disk space to share images with your iPhoto or Aperture - Apple Support libraries

Drag the two libraries to your external drive, then double click the pictures library to open it in photos and test it. Once you are convinced that the copied library works well, you can delete the original in the internal drive.  Do the same for the copied iPhoto Library if you have installed iPhoto.

  • I'm trying to migrate from Windows 2000 to Windows XP, with all updates.

original title: sharing fails file of Windows XP Home edition

I'm trying to migrate from W2K to Windows XP Home edition (Pro/SP3 with all current updates from today ' hui).  My network has several computers with the help of a working group.  I noticed that WXP defines what is called "Simple file sharing" (SFS) that did not exist in W2K.  However, I think that my W2K installation was equivalent to what we call SFS.  What I shared with readers and only granted the permission reading for everyone.  My migration technique involves the use of multiple bootable media to create the Windows XP Home edition system without changing anything on W2K systems.  The I want to share files on separate partitions of the system drive / start / we.  These data partitions are the same drive letters on all systems.  Sharing works as expected in all cases, except that the new system of Windows XP Home edition won't file to other systems (clients).  All client systems receive the same result which is a message access denied as follows:

\\computer_name\share_name is not accessible.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.  ...

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

On the new system that is unable to use the files, the event log contains a message that says the following:

The "irpstacksize" server configuration setting is not enough for the server to use a local device.  Please increase the value of this parameter.

I found a number of items on this site about IRPStackSize.  An inspection of all computers reveals this registry key is not set on any of my systems.  This includes the W2K running on the same computer systems that are capable of serving the same files that fail on Windows XP Home edition, with no problems.  Any of those articles gives no justification for what is an appropriate use for the IRPStackSize value.  Moreover, some articles describe a situation where arbitrarily increase the size works for a short period, but does not seem to be a sustainable solution.  In addition, there is a range of valid values, and some articles describe that max is achieved without solving the problem.

Therefore, I am skeptical about the idea that there is a real solution.  Can anyone provide an explanation on why specifying a key IRPStackSize is going to help (or not)?  If Yes, what is the right value?

  • How to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7 non-destructively?

How to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7 to non-destructively?... meaning is there a way to do this without backup data (on the XP disk), the Windows 7 upgrade and then restore the XP backup data?

Moreover, since the structures of folders (I am told are slightly different) XP and Windows 7 where can I restore the data from?

for example where my Documents from XP to go on the side of Windows 7? and so on... there at - it a 'table of equivalence' for this?

    Thank you.

    The upgrade to Windows XP?

Please read these instructions carefully and completely before you begin installing Windows 7: there are important steps that you must follow to upgrade your PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 in order to preserve your files and settings.

Before you begin, you'll need to backup all your data to an external storage device, and you will need all the installation discs for the programs that you want to keep. Please make sure that you have an external hard drive (see details below).

More detailed instructions are available at windows.microsoft.com/upgrade-windows-xp. Here are the basic steps.

    1. start Windows Upgrade Advisor (windows.microsoft.com/upgradeadvisor) to see if there are known issues that may affect the installation and the question of whether you should install the version of 32 or 64 bit Windows 7.

2 back up your files and settings on an external hard drive using Windows Easy Transfer (windows.microsoft.com/windows-easy-transfer). If you do not have an external hard drive, you will not be able to use Windows Easy Transfer. Alternatively, you can copy the files you want to keep on a USB stick, CD or DVD.

    3. you will need to manually reinstall your programs, such as Microsoft Office, after I installed Windows 7. Gather the installation for your programs and all partner/license product key discs. You may be able to download programs from the Internet. For example, Windows Live Messenger can be installed from the download.live.com/messenger.

    4. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in your PC. When asked "which type of installation you want. Click on "Custom (advanced)."

    5. when Windows 7 is installed, use Windows Easy Transfer to restore your files and settings.

If you are not comfortable Windows 7 installation, check with a local retail or the services of the PC company store to see if they offer upgrade services.

  • Migration from SQL Server to Oracle during 11.1.2.4 upgrade

    Hi all

To further expand on the title, wanted to check if it is possible to migrate from SQL Server to Oracle, while improving 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4 on brand-new material. There is a change in all the components (s/w, h/w, RDBMS) so I wanted to run this generic statement by the forum to see what the experts think.

Where in the equation can count us on LCM?

I know that John Goodwin had already answered a few questions on the same subject for previous versions, but as 11.1.2.4 is a different game... I would be grateful if someone could share their thoughts.

    Thank you!

If you are installed on hardware costs and migration then it should be independent of the RDBMS. Not to say there is no problems with passing of 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4 (if you use planning, for example, business rules-> Calc Manager) but they certainly should not be linked to the fact you've changed the underlying database.

  • Migrating from a version of the 11.1.1.3.0 for 11.1.1.7.0 ADF application.

    Hello

I have a n requirement to migrate a version of the 11.1.1.3.0 for 11.1.1.7.0 ADF application.

I just used JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0 helps to migrate.

What I need to follow measures during migration or any specific changes required for this.

    Any suggestions for this migration.

I thank very you much for your time.

    Kind regards

    Konda Reddy

dvohra21 migration of an extension isn't applications same then migration.

Konda, you should check the release notes for the target version, where you should find some information about the migration from versions older. In your case check 11 g R1 (11.1.1.7.0) Release Notes and look for issues on migration. You can then access information on Certification that the migration is possible.
