When we try to play a game on facebook (i.e.aA slots on Casino GSN) we get a black screen with the message that a plugin is necessary; but it does not tell us what plugin! When we repeat the process by using Internet Explorer, it works fine.

• I have vista OS and a game on facebook says need adobe flash player 12.0.02 or later version. I have version 15 and that's not raising. What could be wrong?

  I'm playing a game on facebook, but when I go there to play, it comes up with a message saying that I need to install adobe flash player 12 or later. I installed version 15, but it always stops this message to install version 12 or later. I checked in my control panel, under programs installed and it shows that adobe flash player 15 active x listed. So why don't the game see it? Do I need an older version of adobe flash? Maybe the 12 version, if so where do I find. I tried to find 12 but each site keeps taking me to 15.

  I can't play youtube videos or access games on facebook and some websites, I get only 1/2 the page. It seems that something is blocking my flash. It says that my flash is updated and also of shockwave. I have included 2 screenshots. I started in safe mode and nothing works. Works perfectly in google chrome. The problem is that firefox.   I goto my plugins and see shockwave flash only. Also, I tried other sites with video and video shoot at all.

  I tried to download an old version, but it would not move for some reason any. I did a system restore and now everything works. I have firefox WILL NOT update until THAT can't solve their problems.

  -Open Firefox and select 'Help' on the top line. In the menu drop down select "Restart with disabled modules", this opens up Firefox in Safe Mode (Safe Mode to clean Firefox, not Windows Safe Mode).

  -Place a tick in "reset all preferences default Firefox user" and then click "make changes and restart".
