  There is nothing you can do.  The drive for Minecraft on Xbox 360 will do you no good, it does not work on any other Xbox and it does not contain data in any case.

  So basically, the only thing you need to do is go ahead and enjoy your Xbox One.  If you log on using your Microsoft Account your stuff could be transferred with you but because you are using an Xbox Live account, which may not happen.

  I left playing Minecraft for the Alpha. However, I don't know that this (BSOD GPU) has been a constant problem for the users of the game.  Have you tried asking in the Forums of Minecraft?  Here, users are likely to be much more familiar with this specific issue and can probably help you with workaround (I know there is one, but I can't pinpoint a reason any).  Here is a link to the Forums Minecraft.

  No, Bootcamp is just so you can run Windows on it. If the games are for Windows, then you need Windows to run it.

  The fact that it can run on Windows means that it can also run on OS X if you have a version of the games for OSx.

  Minecraft or Sims require a system that is too powerful, or it is not working properly.

  If you have a lot of Windows-based games, I'd go for the PC.  Otherwise you will restart the Mac every time you want to change from OS X to Windows to play a game based on Windows.
