  Hi Apple community!

  I bought an iphone 5 recently, which is locked (bought cheaply but) activation of the former owner. Of course, the person who sold me the unit doesn't have any info on the phone. BUT! I want to get in touch with the previous person to return the unit or get the activation lock removed.

  So I called the Apple Support and the representative understood the situation but he couldn't help me. He told me what network it is locked (carrier). After that I contacted the carrier and they said that they are not able to access users account.

  To be clear, I did not for all data, I asked Apple and the carrier to contact the owner to inform him I have his camera and if he wants it back because it's useless for me.

  Is there a way to get in touch?

  Because, if not, can someone explain to me what the purpose of blocking of Activation option? Should ' t that he be that owners get their goods?

  I know I'll get answers like "BACKSPACE" and "you should buy this in the first place", but please understand that I'm looking for help and a solution.

  You could turn the iPhone to the police.  They may seek the rightful owner or have a current report of loss.

  In most jurisdictions, property unclaimed within a period of time can be returned to the person who makes it. It would be useless to you, but at least there is a chance, that it is up to the buyer.

• Locking under the FORM of Oracle

  Dear friends,

  We have a problem with the FORMS and the table locking if multiple users access the same custom FORM.

  There are 3 blocks in my FORM

  1 header (pointing to the table of the database header) - the user enters the data...

  2 lines ((pointing to the table of database lines)) - user enters data

  3 results (pointing to the Global Temp Table) - based on the information header and row in the table. Result block will be filled with data.

  Not sure how blockages that happened on the tables... If a user session is active more than an hour, then for all the users and lines table locks... Other users are not able to access anythnig on the FORM.

  The header has 2 columns - customer number and customer name. When the user enters the name of the customer... We use COMMIT (not the COMMIT_FORM)

  Lines has 3 columns - Item name, warehouse, and quantity - when the user enters the data for the quantity, then we are using the VALIDATION (not the COMMIT_FORM) and calling a package to poulate data in the Global Temp tables.

  Note:-do not know what the correct community to address this issue.

  Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  If the pointer is still frozen, try double clicking the top left of the button.

  Relay works, it can be a problem in receiving end too, as the mailbox is full does not correctly send the customer number used etc.

  In case you, it's a generic question using the integrated Set_Custom_Property(). If you want to set the property on all the records, use the ALL_ROWS keyword instead of second argument.

  Looks like you are using an earlier version of the .NET Framework in your project code while the project is configured to use the 4.0 Framework. I recommend you take a look at the following articles from Microsoft about a similar behavior. They should resolve this error message.
