Hello! I've updated my mini iPad (first Gen only WiFi) 9.2.1 to 9.3... 2 days ago. But when I tried to open the ipad he asked me the apple id and password to activate. Of course there d did accept no id or spend... or everything I tried. In itunes, it pops up something like ([email protected]). My ipad was buyed legaly Flanco store (Brasov-Romania) in 27 April 2013.I have the certificate of guarantee and recipe. I don't know what to do because this device is now unusable. (excuse my English writing!)

  • Help me to unlock mini ipad 2

Hello everyone. My mini ipad 2 stuck in the activation screen for couple week after I have upgraded to IOS 9.3. I try to use the Apple support all method to solve the problem, but it still does not work. Can someone help me to unlock by imei. Thank you very much

There was a problem with iOS 9.3 (If you can not activate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch after installing iOS 9.3 - Apple Support), you tried to update to iOS 9.3.1? You cannot reactivate via IMEI, only by the iCloud account that was used for this topic.

If, after 9.3.1 update you still cannot turn it back on, and if you were the original purchaser of the iPad (i.e. he not was purchased used), you could try to go to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try to contact iTunes Support Online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/) and see if they can remove the iPad on the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before what they could for example help original receipt with the serial number above

  • feature mini iPad without iOS10

Good evening to the Apple Support team,

I know that we are broadcasting hours initial public iOS 10, but it leaves me curious where my family and I are with our iPad 4.3.a. I always keep the iPads to my family to date with the latest versions of the iOS software. I saw a post on the Apple Web page on the device (iPhone, iPad, and iPod) compatibility. That's where I noticed that my current iPad 4.3.a where not on the list. My children and I have the first gen iPad mini and a mini iPad w / Retina display. I have a few questions that I've listed below. Any help to what will beneift me greatly because I don't want to buy several iPads everywhere once again before the holidays.

    (1) Yes, they should continue to operate effectively, at least for a while.

    (2) Yes, but a lot of apps to maintain versions for previous editions of iOS. In the long term, you need to update your devices, it is the nature of the industry as the devices become obsolete.

  • entered an apple ip and the password and wont tell me what it is now it is stuck at the icloud entry address and the password and cant get by... He's a mini ipad

Mini iPad do not know what operating system is installed an icloud account and the password has been entered by avarice and don't know what it is. now, it is askink for icloud id and password and can not get this page. any help would be greatly appreciated

Just to clarify your question, you have an iPad, requesting a password to an Apple ID which is not yours. If this is correct, the only way to go is to have the person who owns that ID and password in order to remove it. If you don't know who did it or can't find that person, you will need to take the iPad with the original receipt of purchase for an Apple Store to restore them for you.

  • I got a mini iPad 2 32 GB as a gift to replace a dead laptop but I'm not at all familiar with the product. Can I create and save word documents a presentations on a flashdrive off iPad mini?

I got a mini iPad 2 32 GB as a gift to replace a dead laptop but I'm not at all familiar with the product. Can I create and save word documents a presentations on a flashdrive off iPad mini?

You can create word documents and powerpoint presentations, but you cannot save them directly on a normal USB.

Microsoft made a version of office for iPad, you can find it in the App Store. Here is a link:

    Word

    https://iTunes.Apple.com/en/app/Microsoft-Word/id586447913?Mt=8

    PowerPoint

    https://iTunes.Apple.com/us/app/Microsoft-PowerPoint/id586449534?Mt=8

There are usb drives that work with iPads, and you can save documents to those who use their own applications.

  • Someone locked the Mini iPad (literally)

It is a well written description of my question... Please read carefully, thank you.

I got an iPad Mini of my father on 14 March 2014 as a birthday present at the beginning. Towards the end of July 2015, I sent my iPad Mini to my grandmother in the Philippines. I factory reset the iPad Mini for her to set up his own. Basically, we were FaceTiming each other much until my uncle took the iPad Mini outside to show off and brag about it to his friends. My grandmother called me by phone and told me that the iPad is LOCKED under e-mail address of someone... He said in order to activate the iPad Mini, you must type the password that is associated with [email protected] and enamel is not even my grandmother, or uncle. My uncle confessed that that mini iPad was passed around to view/use people and it turned out that someone he activated as long as their own. I am completely stumped and even I, myself know not even how to completely lock my devices like that.

I told my grandmother to go to the Apple Store and see that if they are going to be any help, unfortunately they have misunderstood telling him to call Apple to remember the password of the [email protected] , when my grandmother specifically told them the issue carefully. The iPad Mini will come back to me and I thought, is there a way to activate the iPad Mini is sustained by a person email without the Apple people think I won it or etc... ? It seems a bit impossible or I don't know... Should I personally go to the Apple Store and ask if they can disable e-mail address of the person?

Thank you all for reading, and I sincerely apologize for this mini test.

All you can do is to locate the receipt of your father for the original purchase (maybe on a record of credit card) and then go into an Apple store with the front desk. You can try without proof of purchase and plead your case, but without proof of purchase, you are not likely to succeed.

  • mini iPad Watch Flash then plugged into 240v outlet but power guard falling %. What could be the cause of this?

My question is General, my girlfriend overseas has my mini iPad 1st gen... it must have the last update, but I'm not sure that the wifi is bad enough, that some applications does not yet update 100%. Anyway, is his problem, and I can see it on find-my-phone app... When you plug the iPad it shows the symbol with the lightning, but the % of power is not on the rise, more often she gets, especially if it is used. She uses the system load of 5 watts. I bought a charger wall 12 watts for her, but she won't get it for a few weeks. The voltage is 220-240. I wonder if she can be a dirty plug in the iPad itself or can the points of tension also be a problem, they are known to have brown-outs, so that little said that power is incompatible. Sometimes at night it gets a load complete another time it's half are charged.  I'll add other devices using the same power source is fully charged. We used apple cords and after walking both strings have the same question. or it shows it is charging but decreases or it does not show only be charged at all. We will only on the symbol with the lightning to discern whether it is supported or not, but some other posts, I read that may not be a good indicator as she is in charge State.  Quite frustrating, any advice would be helpful!

I'll have him get the socket cleaned today to see if that helps... Next step will replace the decision-making load inside the iPad, I'm really trying to avoid this, it is almost 3 years, so maybe that's the problem as well.

    Howdy there Wildmain,

It sounds like the mini iPad GFs constantly recharges on its own even with different cables. There could be a variety of factors here, so I would use the next section of the following article to help you troubleshoot it or whether it may be necessary to service on the device:

Recharge your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

If your device doesn't load or loads slowly

If you have very low battery and you plug in the power, a black screen or with a red battery may appear for a few minutes. Charge your device for half an hour. If it still doesn't load, follow these steps:

    1. Check your charge cable and USB damagedadapter *, such as rupture or bent pins. Do not use damaged accessories.
    2. Remove all debris from the charge on the bottom of your device socket, then firmly plug your cable to charge your device. If the port of loading is damaged, your device probably need service.
    3. To a power outlet wall, search for closed connections between your charge cable, USB adapter and outlet or try another outlet. For a computer, verify that it is not in mode 'sleep', then try every USB port on the computer.
    4. Restart your iOS device. If your device does not illuminate or still does not, know what to do.

    * If you are not sure if an accessory is damaged, take it to an Apple Store or the provider of services authorized Apple for evaluation or Contact the Apple Support.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

  • How can I fix my mini IPAD shaking screen?

    Nice day

It's been a few weeks when my mini ipad screen shakes, I had to restart the power button but no effect at all.

Now, I can hardly used my ipad to read my ebooks and check my mail.

Please help me to fix it?

    Thank you.

You can try a forced reboot. Press the sleep and home for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver Apple, let go and let it restart. But honestly, this looks like a hardware problem. I would make an appointment at your local apple store or service provider authorized and have them checked.

  • Notes for the drawing feature does not appear in my Mini iPad after update 9.3

After update to 9.3 on Ipod Touch and iPad Mini (original) (generation 5), the Notes applet does not show the drawing tool in the toolbar. My age of devices is the reason for this limitation?

Yes, it is, or the first generation iPad Mini: https://help.apple.com/ipad/9/#/iPada9fb7c64

Note: The sketch feature is available with notes of upgrade on iPad Pro, iPad (4th generation and later) and mini iPad 2 and later versions. If you have the iPad Pro, you can sketch in pencil from Apple.

  • Mini IPad 2 with locked by the former proprietor activation!

    Hi all!

First of all, sorry for my bad English.

I'm buying a mini Ipad 2 with an authorized reseller of Apple in Viet Nam. After a fews with her hours, I decided to restore to clean my ipad. But after the restoration, my ipad got activation locked by an email that I don't know, I think it's the enamel of the former owner (my bad, I forgot to check before activating bought lock). I asked the seller but they know not too much information. So I called Apple Support number but it is not anyone can speak Vietnamese.

So I want to know how I can remove the locking of the activation of my ipad. I read some information I need to provide the invoice and the serial number of one to Apple. But I don't know exactly what are the measures to contact Apple.

    Can someone help me?

    Many thanks and best regards.

    Return it for a refund.

Only the original owner with the good Apple ID and password can remove locking Activation, no one else, not even Apple.
