  Otherwise, try the steps mentioned below

  • With all the Adobe apps closed off creative Application of cloud and sign sign check connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
  • Try to reset the Photoshop preferences (we assume that you are using a MAC computer)

  Hold down Command-Option-shift keys at Photoshop startup, and then click Yes on the Prompt.Refer using Photoshop | Preferences

  Hi Pavle,

  The installer for Acrobat is different from the rest Cloud Creative applications that is why when you create a package by using Creative Cloud Packager, there are two folders created:-

  (1) build-->> all upward for all Applications of Cloud Creative except Acrobat.

  (2) exceptions-->> Contains for Acrobat and the Muse.

  You will need to install Acrobat first through the Exceptions folder. Select the option to install as a trial or a subscription.

  Then install the creative rest of Cloud applications through generation file, it will install the applications and your copy of Acrobat license also.

  If the image is displayed in the body to the size you want, you can save using one of these approaches:

  • image right click > Save Image as...
  • Right-click (anywhere on the page) > Page Info > media tab > choose image > button "Save as."

  To change your download folder, or activate the dialog box to allow you to choose each time, read this article: start-up, homepage, tabs and download settings.

  (b) if so, have you tried with other browsers?
   
  (c) from which site did you download Windows 7?
   
  (d) what is the name of the file you want to download?

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

  Follow the steps below to put your computer in a clean boot state:

  Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. • I have creative suite cs5.5 and I just cc. When I try to open a photoshop file, it goes to the old program cs5.5 and not the other. Can I remove old programs from my computer?

  You may change the default application assigned to open files to point to the new.  How you do that depends on what operating system you have. If you use Google, you should be able to know how to change the default programs for different files.

• Firefox has done an update (I think version 18) and after that it crashes when I try to open it. It crashes when I try to boot in SafeMode as well.

  So really I don't know if my system is perfectly clean or disabling at startup worked. I guess I could reactivate to see, but I don't want to deal with it now. I have too many problems thereby lately and just don't feel like it. Later, I re - will allow it to see if it makes a difference and post a reply.

  1. Click on the Start menu.
  2. Type Regedit in the Run dialog box, and then press enter
  3. Access
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
  4. There is 1 line for each profile. Especially if a profile is bad there are 3 things worth visiting:
  • Make sure that the name of the key are not ends in ".bad".
  • Make sure the RefCount value is 0
  • Ensure that the status value is 0
