  • 16 GB cache missing disk

I ordered a T450s and he received a couple of weeks. I opened it now to replace the HDD with a SSD, and I wanted to remove the cache 16 GB SSD drive, which would now be superfluous.

The problem is that the cache drive is not there. I'm sure that I ordered it, and it showed up on my order. But he is not where he is supposed to be.

I don't know who I'm supposed to contact about this. I don't want to return the laptop. I would have preferred that Lenovo send me a cache drive, what I paid for, or at least give me a refund for her.

I've attached a picture where the missing disk should be. I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

    Thank you.

  • VSAN missing disks

I see this on our vmware infstructure

    vsan.png

Any ideas how I can get these discs to redisplay healthy? the server see them very well, but I don't seem to be able to get them back in the vsan? I could just remove the groups from the disk and add?

This has happened after maintenance mode and reset for a 5.5u2 update.

This notice comes without any warranty.

If you are a vsan.resync_dashboard and shows no data to resynchronize, then I think that it safe to remove and Add.  It could be useful the wrong wipe them all partitions to add it back.

Are the missing disks on one different controller than the others?

    Thank you, Zach.

  • Windows 10 Mac missing disk

I installed a new copy of 10 Windows via boot camp on a MacBook Pro 2015 10.11.4 Cap of El and everything seems to work fine, except that I can't access my files on disk Macintosh. I know that boot camp installed driver HFS, because good SYS files in system32, but it doesn't see either drive.

I tried to install a trial of Paragon HFS +, and he also does not see or mount any drive. FileVault is turned off. Disk Manager Windows sees the other partition, but my only option is to delete it, not to assign a drive letter. He also does not claim any file system on it, just that it's "healthy".

Paragon HFS + will not work either. If your OS X file system is encapsulated in a group of logical volume/volume CoreStorage, HFS + Apple-provided driver cannot read CS LV/LVG. It can be possible to make it work, but it depends on your volume of CS.

Please after the release of the next command in OS X Terminal.

    Hi Woodiot,

    ·         What is the brand and model of the computer?

    ·         Do you have the recovery on the computer partition?

You cannot use another computer recovery discs as the material would be different.

Is there no recovery disk then you can use the recovery partition to restore the computer to factory settings.

If none is available, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the computer.

  • D & E missing disk drive

    Can someone help here?

I just burned a DVD last night. Tonight he said burner DVD can not be found. I browsed the forum and tried a few fixes. I installed Pinnacle Studio version 11 a couple of days. I didn't like it and uninstalled once I burned the DVD last night. I think this is my problem.

One is Phillips 8801 ATA Device DVD. The other is TSSTcorp. TS-H492c ATA Device. I ran the updates for each of them and they are current and active. . IN Windows DVD Maker, that it not there no driver and the drop down shows no driver. I did a system restore, and as usual, there is no!
Any suggestion would be greatly apprecitatedd.

  • Missing disk D:

When I turn on my HP Pavilion Entertainment PC laptop, D: drive does not appear.  D drive is not CD/DVD drive.  It is the internal hard drive.  Has been initially labeled Data (d :)).

    Hello

Thank you for using the Microsoft Windows Vista Forums.

I will need some additional information to help your best.

O is another hard drive causing the problem?

O have any changes to your computer recently?

Let us check if we are able to find D: in disk management.

    1. open computer management by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click computer management.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. in the Navigation pane, click Disk Management.

    3. check if you see drive D: or unallocated space on the right side of the computer management window.

Answer please come back and let us know.
