• Satellite A660 Win7 - power management system action center is missing driver

  I replaced the battery on my laptop Toshiba A660-15J and a few months, is back with the battery high capacity and now Action Center 7 win keeps popping up with the message that I need to download and install the missing driver for power management system.

  I called Technical Support from Microsoft (paying).   Assuming you have managed to install XP, here are the required drivers.

  1.Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI - E Fast Ethernet NIC, here

  2 HP Integrated Module (Bluetooth), here

  3 controller Bus SM Chipset AMD, download South Bridge Driver individually, here

  4 BCM5701 Gigabit Ethernet--> do not know, are sure about this?

  HP is having major problems with the business PC support pages and many drivers are missing.

  HP is aware of the problem but has not given a deadline for the correction.

  The Z200 quickspecs state that your PC has the built-in controller Intel 82578 DM PCIe LoM.

  The only suggestion I can offer at this time would be to get the driver directly from Intel.

  The 64-bit driver is the 2nd on the left side of the page.

(literally) In the middle of their creation, my system spontaneously turned off.  Then... no recovery disc (but I have a license number), no functional operating system and no access to my taxes, music, work, etc. which is on the hard drive.
