• Missing elements of user interface after ui.dll "upgrade".

  I have a strange problem with installation on 64-bit Windows 8 LR5. After following the instructions on this page http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-5-crashes-editing-images.html missing elements of the user interface, the most obvious is the display of the grid, the film and the module selector.

  

  The photos are actually in the catalogue and can be seen in the Loupe, and then in the develop module.

  In the develop module, there are also a few missing pieces, as the histogram, the curve in the curve tool and the type of curve selector. The histogram shows on the library module.

  

  Returned ui.dll originally solves all problems.

  From the looks of it, you have a confrontation with the DLL, I can repeat what you see by renaming the old DLL to "ui.old.dll".

  From my experience with the DLL, make sure that you rename the old user interface. DLL for an extension that is NOT. DLL or. EXE, for example follow the instruction:

  10 rename ui.dll file in this folder to ui.dll.old, for a return upwards.

  Do not rename it as "old.ui.dll" or "ui.old.dll" as it will be loaded at startup.

  I've recently updated the PRE 11 to 12 PRE.  I noticed immediately that I am missing components.  I don't have the same amount of (TRANSITIONS, TITLES & TEXT, EFFECTS, AND GRAPHICS).  If you look at PRE 11 to 12 MEADOW there is a huge difference in the number of options at my disposal.  In addition, the new 12 PRE boasts 50 musical scores and 250 sound effects.  This section is grayed out and there is nothing available to choose from.  I understand that you have to download, but there is nothing to choose, so I can't download them.  I uninstalled and reinstalled all my firewall and antivirus is disabled.  So I ran a software update.  Still nothing!  With PRE 12, looks like a stage spectacular return and before the 11.

  What operating system is running your 12 items first? Have you updated from 12 12.1 in an open Project Help Menu/set day?

  Now for the immediate question... First 12 elements content must match all purposes useful the first elements 11.

  Did you stay with Windows as it passed first items 11-12?

  Let us go through a list, see check if we can understand what is happening in your IT environment... for now, I will assume, Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

• Missing elements only on certain layers, only on certain pages, Ghost - CS6 INDD

  Items on certain layers, only on certain pages, disappeared while I was working on other pages in the document.

  • The layers Panel expands to show that there are several elements on the page, but elements (text boxes and a chart area) does not visibly show up on the page. Yes, I have reviewed the "layer options" - this isn't the problem
  • I'm not able to choose them, even when the file is a visible layers. Yes, shows the symbol of the eye. These issues all come while each layer is 'on' - so it's not the problem.
  • Only 2 of the 14 layers are made... and just over 10 pages (about 308), although not all the elements on these 2 layers disappeared on these 10 pages, there are a few anomalies that has not disappeared
    
  • If I stick a new element in another layer, while the box is checked I can move in my "layer of problem" and the form will visibly disappear (although always register as something existing in the layers panel). As long as I do not deselect, I can move it to another layer using the layers panel, and he re - appears. If I deselect the, I can not select the question again using the selection tool or layers panel again, but it still shows that the element exists in the layers panel.   I wish l could explain it's "human error" but I have not worked on these affected pages today. I noticed missing items when I went to review the chapter. I worked in the file all day today... and it is very disturbing: I printed these performed 10 pages late yesterday afternoon. I went to retrieve this file in time Machiene, but my backup file also had the same problem of 'ghost elements' (even if it backed up once I have printed, and the impressions were very good). I had to go all the way back to file on Monday, which was pre-re-design of these pages.

  I use InDesign for 8 years and have never encountered a problem like this before. I hope that someone out there!

  You should probably also do a Select All on the page and see if you see single-point stray objects or other objects that you do not (at the time on the screen of the page or in the layers panel). I saw maybe three cases in 8 or 9 years of single point objects with a fill assigned which caused all sorts of behavior strnge. I never managed to create on these intentionally, however.

• Missing elements Pro XI

  I work on a Mac, OS Mountain Lion. I create a presentation to the purge using InDesign CS6. I use File/Acrobat PDF Presets/PDFX-1 to make a PDF. When it displays the background color is missing, sort of. It of really there but does not appear in Acrobat. I can see it in the Finder when I select the PDF file in the folder and it prints. This is a display problem in Acrobat. The file appears in Acrobat 9.x.

  This problem has been fixed by Adobe. I had to install Acrobat Reader. Obviously, according to them, there are some elements in Reader that are required to make Pro able to correctly display the finished PDF.

• Loading the XML file with the missing elements dynamically by ODI

  I have the XML with two nodes Employee and address below. On a daily basis, sometimes the address element might not come from the source xml file, but my interface has columns mapped to the elements of the address, and that is why it may fail because of the source element is not found in the file or data could not get charged because the State 'and' in the sql query that is generated between the employee and address elements.  Is there a way where I can load the data dynamically where I can search in the file only for items (used) present and dynamically loading data only for these items?

  Are you talking about BPEL variables or XML elements? Can send you a sample xml?

  In any case, I think you could use getContentAsString or something like that in your XLST and causing its failure... A workaround is to use xslt:if or xslt: choose test if the element is there...

• How to remove the missing element of vRealize Automation Administration Console?

  When I destroyed a VM some error occurred while the VM has not been properly destroyed.

  In fact, the virtual machine itself has been removed (checked in vCenter), but it still appears in the management of vRealize Automation, so it has not been removed from the base, I guess that.

  If you are able to find the item in the database, then you will find just the respective ID column that contains the GUID. Just to get the GUID and paste it into the bottom door place.

  (Here to replace the item id that was removed in vCAC and run the above query.)

  I sent students to adobe.com to use Adobe TV videos for items.  They have always been excellent beginner tutorials.  For some reason that I can still get them for 11 and Elements 9 but there is only a short list of tutorials for 10.

  I'm not familiar with a large library of videos PSE10. All the videos of PSE9 would still apply to PSE10, the list in the connection of PSE10 videos of the new features to 10.

• Missing element of duration of NI-VISA Installer

  We use the LabWindows/CVI 2010 Version 10.0.0 (360) and installed the new environment for running the installation package 5.0.3.31.

  With different projects on different computers, we have the same problem: NI-VISA the runtime cannot be included in the installation package. With older projects which were already distributed get us the error message when you open the "Drivers & Components" tab and click the Red entry for the duration of the visa: "this component is not installed on this system and cannot be included in distributions built on this computer. The duration of NI-VISA reinstalling does not help. The installation is visible in the MDF file and the registry (distributions and products). With a new project, the runtime of NI-VISA of entry does not appear in the tab "Drivers & Comnponents".

  What has gone wrong? We are not able to create any distro at the moment.
