• How can I find my iBook purchased in iTunes?

  I would like to read my iBook purchased on my PC (running Windows 10) as well as my iPad and iPhone.  When I try to find my books bought from iTunes, from 'Books' iTunes library, specifically to the 'My books' button it just tells me "books - books and audio books that you download for your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch are included in your library of books.  Then he offers me a button to take back me to the books of the iTunes Store section.  I have confirmed that I am absolutely connected to iTunes correctly.

  They have not been transferred where? If you mean that they are not displayed in the section bought in store for redownloading so they won't, as well as to be bound to account, content is also linked to the country it has been downloaded in - you will not be able to redownload potentially your American store buy unless you return to the United States with an American billing on your account address (and they are still available in the US store).

  Updated my 4th gen AppleTV to the latest version yesterday and now apps recently updated are missing under purchases. I quit the app from the App Store and rebooted the device and he is still missing.

• Cover previews and missing titles in the content viewer Adobe Android

  We test a folio using the new adobe content viewer for Android. All previews cover are empty in our library, and there is no title. All you can see are the blue snipes with the lightning on each. Since we have 10 + folios in this id, he makes extremely difficutlt to test. Anyone else encounter this problem and know a fix?

  We took a glance to this today. There is no image portrait cover associated with any one of the folios in the account. If there is no portrait cover provided that we can not show you add portrait covers, and then they'll show.

  The same goes for the missing titles. The Android Viewer shows the Folio number under the cover, and that is empty on your slips.

  In 2015, I bought 6 books of Mary Renault at £1.49 each.  Now when I try to download from the cloud, he says they are no longer available.  If this is correct, how I get my money back?  If it is not corect, how can I download them? I have already download and read two of them.

  If they are no longer in the store in your country you will not be able to re-download them and refunds are not granted if an item is out of the store. Don't you have copies on your computer (library iTunes if you use a PC, iBooks application if you are using a Mac) and/or on your backup of your library of downloads/so you can sync them back to your iPad?

• Windows Media Player 11 - right click "Add/enqueue" option missing - cannot load the contents of the folder

  Hello

  Windows Media Player 11.0.6002.18005 for my Vista 64-bit system worked very well for me.  I could right click on any folder containing my Mp3 files and select 'Add to the reader' or 'enqueue' and it would then open and read my files that are in the folder.

  However, for some reason this right click on the option is now missing from my right click menu.

  Someone knows how to fix this?

  It's a simple solution... I had apparently made a universal change to display the parameters of the files from my Vista, and it removed the 'Music Details' option in the combo box with area to "Customize" options files in the properties...

  I just changed the "Music Details" option for the kind of file, I want it to be... and voila!  .. "Add to Windows Media Player play list" and "Play with Windows Media Player" options are available again for me via a right-click on these files.

• Downloading purchased content after resetting the laptop

  I was on apple OS X 11 developers program and after a few weeks with any of my essential applications working properly, I had to go back to OS X 10, backup time machine via migration assistant did not work properly because it is not intended to downgrade and I had to restore all my data by hand. I tried to restore my applications adobe as well but it didn't work and he wants me to reinstall it again. However, I used the CS6 purchased October 2012, I bought while I was still living in Germany, and it wasn't a download. I'm not taking the disc with me and now I can't access it at all. Is it possible to get a download link for the CS6? The serial number etc. is always in my adobe account.

• Missing folios in Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

  I am connected to my adobe account in indesign on my desk, as well as in the adobe content viewer on my iPad. All of the folios I designed are saved, updated and transferred on my cloud (they are also visible in my folio Panel). However, none of them saved presentations are visible in adobe content viewer even thought I'm connected. I need to be able to get these presentations on the iPad as soon as possible.

  I confirmed that this fix will be in the update, we have planned for the first week of February.

• Missing Encore CS5 extra content library

  I installed Adobe CS5 Master Collection and seem to lack the library (ies) yet of additional content.

  Specifically, in yet, I don't have the library of content with predefined, menus buttons, etc. for creating DVDs.

  The whole library "Général" seems to be empty.

  I tried to install the contents of the DVD of "Content" that comes with Adobe CS5 Master Collection, but the drive seems to contain only content .pdf.

  I've seen references to downloading the content on www.adobe.com, but have failed to locate, to date.

  Thoughts?

  The library is on the second DVD as a separate installation or can be chosen during the main installation as an option. By default, only basic menu templates to settle. Check again and re-run the installation if necessary. Also check the Ncore prefs, so really, they point to the correct location for the content library.

  Hi people

  I bought albums in itunes, but they are now gone from my library?

  I don't have an iphone and im using an Android mobile phone and phone to view itunes.

  I wanted to transfer music from my itunes library (because I paid for them) my Samsung phone but have failed in my efforts...

  Any advice or has Apple scammed me by not allow me to do anything, unless I use their products as the iphone ipod etc.?

  Person don't you ripped off at all.

  You can definitely put the music on another device, you simply cannot use iTunes to do.

  Read the instructions for your device to learn ho to put music on it.

• Windows 8 Installation CD was missing with the purchase of laptop.

  I bought a new laptop which had Windows 8 already installed on it.  When I asked the store to the installation CD, I was told that it does not come with a CD.  Isn't this illegal?

  The latest two HP computers I bought, IE. a desktop and a laptop, also did not come with Windows 7 OS DVD/CD it was however a recovery integrated disk management program that allowed me to create recovery disks for both machines. Check the user manual or the manufacturer's support website to learn more about this issue. You also may be able to order free DVD/CD or buy DVD/CD's with the OS on them from the computer manufacturer.

• iBooks books & PDF documents not display/sync with iTunes

  I'm under iBooks 1.5 and iTunes 12.3.3.17 on MacOS 10.11.4 (which should be the latest updates of all the software and OS). I noticed that when I try to load a PDF file or books stored in iBooks on a device (iPhone6 more and iPad2) that many of my books and all my PDF files are missing from iTunes, sync to device window. Effectively, this means that I can not load PDF or ePub on my devices content. Has anyone else noticed a similar problem?

  I have about 90 PDF stored in iBooks, but when I search for them in iTunes it appears zero (see screenshot).

  

  Similarly, I noticed several ePub books have disappeared, some are in Collections, some are not.

  I've not seen this error before (IE; "I was always able to locate PDF files and books through iTunes to synchronize with my devices).

  Someone at - it ideas? This is made useless iBooks.

  Try to go to System Preferences and then in the iCloud settings. From there, go to options to readers in the iCloud and uncheck iBooks.app.

  It seems that apple doesn't support not use iCloud Drive to synce no ibooks bought books.

  Edit: Just checked again, and the problem persists with PDF files, even if the non-ibooks purchased ebooks reappear...

  I understand that you receive a message "your purchase could not be completed" on your Apple TV (the community you posted in).

  The first thing I would say is to log out of your iTunes Store account, then update your billing information.   This includes enter them your debit card or credit card number, expiration date and security code.  In addition, make sure that the name on the card and the billing address match the information on your bank statement.  Reconnect to your iTunes Store account when you're done.

  Modify or delete your Apple ID payment information

  If you have a balance on your iTunes Store account, and your current payment method does not work, you can try to use a different credit card or buy a gift card from a retailer iTunes local and which apply to your account to clear the balance.

  How are charged purchases on iTunes Store
  

  When you make a purchase, content credits are used first, as long as the value of the item you buy is less than or equal to the value of the credits. Gift cards are used then. If your gift card is less than the total cost of the purchase, the payment method that you have paid to the record is charged for the balance.
