• Just the songs/video missing?

  I have an iPhone 7 more than 128 GB. Unfortunately when I click on 'Video' app on my iPhone, all my music videos, that I bought from iTunes disappeared and moved to the application 'Music'. Now, it's really confusing. Apple seems to break the apps more than fixing. Why? before iOS 10 never comes, iOS 9 worked very well and all my music videos are in the 'Video' app, all my songs are in the "Music" app, not more, there now appear to be broken, involved putting each of them in the application 'music '.   OMG I can't believe that everything they did was move and remove the label: "subject"! It appears right under the sender and before "to: I was so use to see above the gray line separating the headers from the body of the email, I was totally missing it! Thanks to all of you who have read my question!

• Mail for Mac OS Sierra missing attachments

  In many of my emails, attachments are missing. I have about 10 imap and pop3 accounts in my mac mail.

  I use this for work and get 50-100 emails with attachment of accounts per day.

  I know it's a bug, but someone already have a practical solution until the bug is fixed?

• App missing Documents

  I recently made a few changes, accidentally turned on iCloud and

  all my data went to the cloud.

  Frustrating because I would rather have it on my computer.

  Apart from that my entire application of Documents is missing.

  It shows in the cloud and I copied the info but still do not have the

  App to put in.

  I thought about reloading Sierra.  This would help to restore the App?

  iCloud is a completely separate to your Documents folder, so at least you did drag the files to the folder of iCloud has no way he as magically put everything in iCloud.   That said, iCloud keeps a local copy of everything you put in your computer, so even if it's in icloud it is also locally stored on your computer.

• Missing bookmarks in the smart search field in Safari

  Since the release of El Capitan 10.11.6, favorites are missing from the smart search field in Safari to new Windows.  If a Safari any page web (so far), clicking in the search box if poster is Favorites to view icons, as is expected.

  Is this a bug, or can I make some adjustments to bring them new windows?

  If I understand your message to the right, when you open a new window in Safari, you do not see your favorite icons in the smart search field.  When I use Safari, I always like to have my favorites available and ready to use, so I can understand why you would be tender for assistance with this.

  You probably feel that if Safari is set to open new windows in an empty page. If yours is configured in this way, there is a very easy way to get these favorites icons to show without actually changing any settings. When you open a Web page, you should see a blank webpage with your top search bar and a cursor blinking in the search bar. Instead click inside the search bar right away, click anywhere on the empty Web page and then click on in the empty search bar. You should then see your Favorites icons appear.

  Another option is to set your homepage to your Favorites. You can do it in Safari > Preferences. On the general tab in Safari preferences, select the drop-down menu next to "new windows open with", and then choose favorite. This should ensure that when you open new web pages, all your Favorites icons show immediately. Favorites icons always appear in the smart search field when additional tabs are open as well.

  Please ask questions on iCloud and photos after the iOS 10 update here in Apple Support communities. We don't like hearing about questions after each update or upgrade. I am pleased to offer you some things to check to help you with your photos are blurred and alerts that you have received with iCloud.

  The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

• missing mail

  After installation of Sierra and opening mail 10, the database has been converted and lost about a year-old mails saved on my mackbook pro.  Use the reconstruction and did not retrieve that email post November 2015.

  I had the same problem. To be clear, the records that were missing for me are personal folders and all existed for pop accounts

  I solved it by first creating a new personal mailbox with a distinctive name "on my Mac".

  With Mail quit, then I went to the folder ~/Library/Mail/V4 and watched in folders that have various alphanumeric names until I found a new one with the distinctive name.

  I then open my drive Time Machine from the Finder and drilled until the last backup of El Capitan and is gone in the ~/Library/Mail/V3 folder and found my mailbox personal registered previously and dragged a smaller folder in the hierarchy of the V4 with the mailbox created in. I just use a mailbox to verify if the process worked.

  Once he had copied everywhere I went in the ~/Library/Mail/V4/Maildata folder and delete any file with "Envelope" in its name.

  I then restarted Mail and got a dialogue that it was important to mail and when it in place, my personal mailbox has been recreated in the Mail of Sierra of macOS application.

  Then I repeated the steps above with all other other boxes to my old V3 messages and letters once they all copied everywhere, deleted the files of 'Envelope' again. It takes quite a long time because there was a certain worth years of mail move above but it worked perfectly since that date (as far as I know).

  I'm desperate for more help please.

  I have an iPhone 6 + 128 GB running iOS 9.3.4. I just noticed in the last few days or all my notes and all but one of my email accounts have disappeared from my device and I can't seem to get back them! I have travelled abroad (in Greece) for the last four weeks and noticed the question while I was there, but decided to remedy this when I got home.

  I think that my notes may have been attached/linked to my iCloud email address (this email has not been used as my Apple ID and has never been), but when I tried to add this in my mail application I get a message that my account has been blocked for security reasons. So I tried to unlocked do so I can add it to my phone again and hopefully recover the missing notes. I have zero luck with that. During the unlocking process, I have the option to do it via e-mail or security issues. Safety issues tell me that I don't even know that my date of birth and e-mail option sends the email to the address iCloud Apple have locked? !!! Quite ridiculous. I'm really perplexed and a little disgusted by flawed how this reset password unlocking process is. Not to mention the possibility of not being able to recover the notes that I lost and they contain a lot of important information! I have a back up on my PC (Windows), but I fear that the use of this will wipe away anything from my phone that was added after I backed up before my trip abroad or other data.

  I am also having a very hard time to add my gmail email accounts in my mail as application his requesting information server etc, that I simply cannot. I've never met before and I have no idea what caused it. SO I would appreciate some help with this please. I really, really need to solve this problem...

  This looks very suspicious to me - as if someone took over your account.  I guess you try to unlock your Apple ID, through the standard process, and, when're asked you your date of birth, told you that it is incorrect.  This probably means that someone else is in your account.  Never share your Apple ID / password with anyone?  Perhaps they have been compromised, especially during your travels abroad?

  What about adding email accounts in gmail, when you click Settings > mail > accounts > add account, simply choose 'Google' as the type of account and all appropriate server information will be provided for you.
