  I use JB wallpapers of the market and it works as it should. Maybe try a different application than of your currently used. Or if your application has an economy option, download and change the wallpaper manually via the android settings.

  I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium with service pack 2.  I'm changing my screen/for other background thing than the "all black" that is currently displayed.

  I go to the control panel / personalize appearance and sounds / background screen and double click on the image I want as my desktop wallpaper.  It does not change.  I try pictures everywhere (windows desktop wallpaper / photos / sample images / etc) and get the same result.  It does not change.

  Run a scan for malware by installing the tool following "Malwarebytes" from the link: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

  Make sure that you update the Malwarebytes tool before you run the analysis and then run a full scan and remove if infected files found on the computer.

  After you save the file on the desktop as doubleclick desktop.reg top and click Yes when prompted and click Ok to confirm, and then restart the computer.

  Then try to change the desktop wallpaper and check.

  BUT the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" is not listed as one of the Services.

  Where can I download this service for? Or is there something else I need to do?

  I didn't try it myself, but see 14- http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/misc-registry-fixes-for-windows-7-xp-vista/ if all goes well.

  As there is a registry fix, it may be an idea to backup everything first, or at least export your registry database existing first.

  I don't know how beginner, you are so I hope that makes sense...

  Here's a quick rough pass.

  Briefly:

  (1) I made a selection of the wall next to the woman, about the same size

  (2) CMD - J to make a new layer copied the selection

  (3) use the move tool to place the new copy on the woman

  (4) edit-> transform-> Perspective to change the perspective of the copied layer so the points align properly (this could use some fixed work)

  (5) use an exposure adjustment layer fixed the copy to change the brightness of the top copy (the wall on the right is brighter)

  (6) use a mask on the layer of exposure setting with a very broad brush with low flow to create a rough through the copy gradient, so that the light in the dark transition is more natural

  (7) clean the edge of the copy using the healing brush and Spot Healing brush

  

  I hope that this help a little, there are obviously other ways you can go about it. I found the books by Martin Evening and Jeff Schewe's photoshop to be very helpful when learning first PS.

  Hello. I have a slate 7HD for when out and about, that I'm unable to write by hand. I'm really happy with it and use a background application to solid without any problem. However, my mother and I got ourselves a 10HD slate this week and get a boring shade on each side of the background / wallpaper. This does not happen if you use a photo background, which is not what I want to do.

  Try to use the salvation of three fingers (C-A-D, Ctrl + Alt + Delete) to bring up the task
  Manager - then click on file > new task (run...)
  type
  SOLUTION EXPLORER. EXE
  and see what happens - so try a system restore to a working system.

  2 \Picture location: photos Library\ said "this folder is empty".  However, "Search Everything.exe" said C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Sample Pictures\ poster White Rose.jpg, Hydrangea.jpg, etc., as it should.  How can I get these items to be in \Picture location: images Library\?

  3 \Picture location: Top rated Photos\ said "this folder is empty". In addition, 'search Evereything' could not find a folder name "Top Note: Photos" on my C:\ drive.  How is complete "Top Note: Photos" with the appropriate default value .jpg images, or * remove * it (which I can't do now).

  4 \Picture location: Solid Colors\ displays as it should.

  5 \Picture location: Screens\ wallpaper is a file I created, and it displays correctly.

  6 \Picture location: hp\ appears correctly.

  "7 \Picture location: DesktopBacground\ up an error box saying:"the location is unavailable,"regarding C:\Users\Bozo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\Fires-of-\DesktopBackground ' refers to a location that is unavailable. ... If it can't be located, the information may have been moved to a different location.  This folder contains the correct themes and timestamps for their creation, so it's OK.  Pushing the tree of folders in \Fires-of-\DesktopBackground not give useful results.  How can I fix it?

  I do not know what operating system do you use but to choose the wallpaper Toshiba is simply.

  VISTA:
  Right click on desktop > Personalize > Desktop Background > photo location: Toshiba wallpapers. Photo favorite chose and confirm with OK.

  WINDOWS 7:
  Right-click on the desktop > personalize > themes installed. Choose a theme from Toshiba, then you will find the option to background wallpaper. Open it and choose photo available for some theme.
