  • Link in the installation window tutorial

    Hello

I have asked this in the forum creative suites, but maybe it's the right place.

I just installed Production premium 5.5 and in the installation, he says "view tutorials" but I tried to launch the first first, and closed the installation window. At this stage even once, I couldn't even using the installation diskettes.

I would like to see these tutorials. Do you know how can I see them?

I found this link on the web, which is referred to as link? :

    http://TV.Adobe.com/watch/CS-55-production-premium-feature-tour-/Adobe-Creative-Suite-55-p a-bonus-feature-tour-preview.

    Thank you

    Hello

The link above is one of the resources available for tutorials on Production Premium.

You can also use http://tv.adobe.com/product/cs-production-premium/ which has the complete list of video tutorials for Production Premium products.

You can also access the help function in individual products that are part of the suite Production Premium by launching one of the applications and by clicking on "Help" in the menu bar.

The content of the help provides complete information on all the features of the product and is a very useful resource if you already know the basic features of the software.

  • CVD reference is missing the installation of Windows 7 Image option in MIrage Client after the upgrade to 5.0 Mirage

Prior to the release and the Mirage 5.0 upgrade, I had a CVD of reference created. I did 5 revisions to the Base layer on the MCV Ref. After each change, I clic click straight on Mirage Client icon, select Tools and then run "Installation of Image of Windows 7. Then I go back to the Console and capture a layer of existing base of CVD Ref. has worked like a charm.

Since the upgrade to Mirage 5.0 and after the installation of the new client on the MCV Ref, the installation of Windows 7 Image tool is missing. If I try to capture the base in any case layer, it crashes. I checked the logs and he returns with "Execution dock could not be completed" and never captures the base layer.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the client on the MCV Ref.

I have removed the Ref CVD of inventory and created again.

Still cannot capture the base layer.

The next thing im going to do is flatten the CVD Ref and available with a base previous output layer and see what happens.

BTW, this happens on two Ref CVD I created. for example a team lead Ref CVD and another is a Call Center Ref CVD.

    any ideas?

The only way I could get my MCV reference existing (before Mirage 5.0 upgrade), to capture a Base Layer (after changing new) without having to rebuild my reference Image from zero has been to Sysprep the machine and capture with WDS. I removed the Mirage customer before sysprepping. Then deleted the CVD the stock updated Ref waiting and then I rejected the device pending and removed from CVDs rejected.

Then was to bring the return of WDS Sysprep image and install the Mirage Client and create a new MCV Ref. I made a few changes and was able to capture the base instantly layer. I will now do the same for the rest of my pre Mirage 5.0 Ref CVDs. I had 3 Ref CVD anyway. If they were not complex images, I would of just them rebuilt from scratch.

I'm happy to finish with WDS, so much easier to make changes to the images on Mirage.

Hope this helps someone else with the same number of "Execution of Shim failed to Complete" when revisions to images on Ref CVD after the upgrade to the Mirage Server 5.0

  • The failure of the Installation Windows 10

    I have an Acer V 17 Nitro Black Edition (VN7 - 791-G)

I tried more than 10 times to upgrade to Windows 10. Using the application (said I was ready to be upgraded) using a USB Microsoft Media creation tool installation disc. I tried to update each time I get the same error:

    Something happened

The Installation of Windows 10 has failed.

This is the only error I get. I have the latest drivers, did a clean boot with no agenda and still get the same error. There are a lot of crazy ideas on how to do, but none of them worked (for example, setting the date by day in the future)

Does anyone have an idea, what could be the cause as the technical support of Microsoft is worth nothing.

    I thought about it.

I checked the error log that was created during the installation to fail. He said that my computer name is invalid. The name of my computer's Proxy. It seems that Microsoft does not like names like the one used by your computer. I tested this by renaming my computer system and there still not with the same name is not valid error. Then, I changed the name of the computer to Nitro and the installation worked perfectly. After all this time and effort, I am happy that I thought about it.

  • 6 - 1014NR envy: HP Envy 6 - 1014 upgrade to SSD prompting the Installation Windows disc

This laptop was purchased with a Windows 7 OS pre-installed.  A year ago, I took advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10.  No problem and so far so good.

Today, I decided to upgrade my factory HDD to SSD performance.   I clone the drive HARD integer using Macrium Reflect and he went ase expected.

After passing on hard drives and cranking up the SSD, I am taken to the Windows Boot Manager screen.  It recognizes that I have a hardware change (HDD-> SDS) and he suggested that I demarrer start with Instalation of Windows disk, select language and next, before choosing the repair option.  How can I solve this problem I never got a Windows Setup disc (without CD player on this model)?

In the Windows Boot Manager, there is a following screen to select an operating system.  Although I can see the Windows 10 option, after you have selected the option I need just to return to the Windows Boot Manager screen.

You can provide any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

    You are the very welcome.

Unfortunately, I do not know what W10 gives you the repair options.

If there is a command line option, you can try running the repair options listed in the link below.

They are for W7, but maybe W10 uses the same commands.

    https://support.Microsoft.com/en-us/KB/927392

I would not invest too much time in the repair installation, because you will probably be able to clean install W10 and install all your programs and files in less time it will take to understand the problem (if you can).

  • Logitech Setpoint does not install correctly, the installation window does not appear fully, why?

Bought a new solar keyboard Logitech a week to match my Logitech anywhere mouse mx, the keyboard would not unify so uninstalled setpoint (Logitech site instructions) restarted and downloaded setpoint from Logitech, now when I try to install setpoint as the window opens, but only a picture of a mouse appears in the top left corner and 2 points show I can click on the dots to switch between them. I left the window open, thinking it takes a long time to load, but it remains the same even after 20 minutes.
I did some research on my pc (Windows 7) and we came to this setpint is not compatible... How is this possible if it has already been installed and working fine with the mouse, but not now with the new keyboard (keyboard work without instructions, but miss me the features this set would be to install).

    I'm so frustrated.

To "unify" devices based in Logitech Unifying receiver, you must at least of Logitech Unifying software.   In addition, the setpoint is compatible with Windows 7.  You may need to download the latest version on the Logitech website.  Please make sure that you get the 'proper' for the 'bit' of your Windows 7 version.

  • Stopped Windows 7 install to complete the installation window

Recently I bought the full version of Windows 7 Home Premium to upgrade my photographic XP computer.  Ran "Advisory" to determine that I could use the 64-bit version.

    Material:

ASUS motherboard with processor dual core Athlon II X and edge NVidia video drivers
    8 GB RAM
2 Seagate Barracuda 1 TB drives.  C:\ drive partitioned with the first (106 GB) partition for OS
    CD-Rom and DVD players
    Monitor SVGA/DVI NEC

All is well until what he has obtained to "complete installation" and then everything just stopped.  No other activity and therefore, no OS.  Repeated several times, same result.

Went to this forum, found several similar positions and followed all the advice: i.e., disabling USB in BIOS setup controller, disconnect all devices and cards (I only had a Netgear wireless card).  Enabling ACHI setting. No joy.  Same result.

Finally decided to take an extreme measure and reformat the hard disk.  Full format.

Attempt to install "clean".  Same results, repeated many times.  After having reached the screen where it is copied files and receive the message that it is now "finish installation", everything stops.

ARRRGHHH! (Or words to that effect.)

Now what?  Seen a post to the effect that Windows 7 can't settle on a 1 to or larger.  Any truth to that?  If it is true, as are both of my drives 1 TB, how all about without having to tear off one and put in a smaller?

Anyone has any ideas that I have not tried?

Download the drivers from ASUS. Unzip (expand the driver file, must create a folder that contains the setup.exe file and all the other necessary files).

Burn it to a CD/DVD and insert after pressing F6.
