mkdir in /tmp/ fails with ENOENT
Is there is reason
const int result = mkdir ("/ tmp/SubDir", 0777);
would fail for the native SDK playbook? I keep seeing an ENOENT error code returned, which would imply that the /tmp/ directory does not exist, she certainly does. Is it perhaps an old bug SDK? Do I need a path backwards now, separator where I didn't before? The path string is char8/char16/char32?
More information would be great because I can't find anything in the docs.

Hello
I tried to install my printer but cannot go beyond the part of network installation.
Printer is connected to a Wi - fi connection, PC sees the printer and found during the installation process.
But there is this error code in the log file:
"Device installation failed with-2081883393.
How can I get my printer to install correctly?
I can't even install it via USB and I tried all the steps in the Troubleshooting FAQ.
I also tried all the steps of this thread:
Please help me I am desperate.

PS Fax and scanning has been installed properly, then scanning works. Print to the printer also works. Only install under win7 print driver is buggy.

Thanks for the quick response and the link. Unfortunately, these measures have nothing to solve the problem.
But I found the solution myself:
the system variables %tmp% for the temp folder when incorrect. I removed a disk on which I had the temp folder, and Windows do not rewrite these variables.
1 Control Panel > system > advanced system settings > advanced > Environment Variables > System Variables
2. change E:\Temp in C:\Windows\Temp for 'Temp' and 'Tmp '.
I hope that maybe I can help someone else with this solution.

We are having a single node 12.2.4 EBS instance DB & Apps on the same server. We applied the AD & patches delta 7 for our EBS 12.2.4 T2K which went well. After that when we took the fs_clone, it fails with the following error:

A little late on this thread, but assuming that you have enough space and still get the error "there is not enough space on the volume that you specified.

What is the space allocated for the mount point where you try to install? If it is greater than 2.5 TB, you can get this error. Re-size and try again.

I want to install the 12.1.0.2.3 critical update (April 15, 2015) for the independent network on Linux Infrastructure. It fails with the error code of subject and the following additional messages:.
The user is root. OPatch cannot continue if the user is root.
opatchauto failed with error code 255.
These instructions specifically tell me to log in as root before installing the patch, so what happens?
The instructions show all first update OPatch later, that I've done and checked.
Secondly, a CMO response file is required, so I followed the steps to create this file and saved as /home/grid/ocm.rsp with the 644 default permissions.
Third, the instructions say to download the patch and unzip it in an empty slot that can not be/tmp. I created a new/home/grid/foo directory and unpacked the software to this location. Thus, the location of chilling is/home/grid/foo/and in this directory are only two things: a file named PatchSearch.xml and a directory named 20485724.
Fourth, the readme indicates the patch must be installed by a user with root privileges, so I logged as root. (Oracle ) Note 1591616.1 said to connect as root, not only be as root).
As root I set environment variable for ORACLE_HOME pointing to the home of GI, and I set PATH = $PATH: $ORACLE_HOME/bin: $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch.
Finally, I call opatchauto with the required parameters and get an error saying I can't be root. I fussed with the parameters and the result is always that I can not be root.

My order is,

So, not a problem of syntax. It simply doesn't let me run as root despite this being a difficult requirement.
The problem was due to a 32-bit version of OPatch installed on our Linux 64-bit server. After we installed the correct OPatch the error disappeared.
The shift occurred because the OPatch link download in the Readme for the edition of 6 bits points to a 32-bit version of the download OPatch PSU and CPU patches. Not sure why a readme for 64-bit software made us in a 32-bit download file, but we know now to double check everything.

All reports, including the standard fail with the error, I have tried by bouncing the Application and rebuild the files of reports and also refreshed the jar files, there is no error in the log manager. Take a look in the application log content.
All other concurrent programs are running normal.issue with reports only

WaqasPlease don't be crazy on me, but in my opinion, this is the wrong place for your question. The fact is that Toshiba doesn't support Windows 2003 server for mobile computing. If you have problems try again with Microsoft.
As a manufacturer of operating system, they should be able to offer an explanation for each error message. Sorry, but I see no connection between the problems described and Toshiba as a hardware manufacturer. -
Firefox install fails with WIN ME
I tried to install Firefox 3.5 and 8 on a Win ME - both system fail with "Setup causes an error in the Setup program. Firefox 2 was OK. Firefox messages suggest an update is necessary, but I can not because the installation program does not work.
I also can not provide FEEDBACK - because it suggests, I need "Last version" which I can't install "simply" as it says on the feedback page. It's a probplem with ME - like the other browsers like IE and Chrome latest versions do not appear to it either... am I stuck with older versions?You can try KernelEx for versions of Firefox 3 + to work, but they might be very slow with an old PC less 750 Mhz and RAM.

Can't do dmg file in the folder - "operation failed with status 1"
I have a 1 TB hard that often went around. There are some personal files here although I am trying lock creating a DMG using disk utility and turning on encryption. However, whenever I try to do that, I always get an error code - status 1 to be exact. Note that it only does on some records. I had about 15 cases work this way with success, but I get this error a LOT... probably about 40% of the time. "Whenever I try too search ' operation failed with status 1," nothing appears! So frustrating! Any help at all is greatly appreciated! Please see the photos to see more. Thank you!

Backup failed with error 18: the backup drive is not found
Hello
My guard time capsule saying "Backup failed" for a few days and I cannot access the old backup files either (when I enter my time machine it shows 'today', which is kind of scary, although I know that my old files is still there). I tried many ways to trouble shoot this problem, but none of this has worked. In my opinion, it's more a network problem and I made sure I connect Wi - Fi even my time capsule created.
So far I have tried:
-Delete the files from my internet (com.apple.airport.preferences.plist; preferences.plist and NetworkInterfaces.plist, etc.) and restart my mac
-Remove TimeMachine.plist and restart my mac
-Hard reset of my time capsule. Went through all configurations with success but then still backup missed (I hear the running time capsule when it is by train).
I share this time capsule with my wife and she has no problem with that.
I can only think of a possible alternation I did which could cause this problem.
Because of unstable WiFi problem, I had deleted
com Apple.Airport.Preferences.plist
com.Apple.Network.identification.plist
NetworkInterfaces.plist
Preferences.plist
or other files and reboot my mac * before * I had this problem with time capsule.
However, this is not the first time I do it, and it wasn't a problem before...
This could be the reason? If so, how to restore the network settings?

What model is the TC?
Try to force the connection to 2.4 ghz using different names for the various bands... or even better to use ethernet.
(You may need to buy love at first sight for adapter Ethernet... is an investment worth considering how unreliable wireless).
Also give me some screenshots of the TC installing airport utility.
Can you get it in the Finder?

I hope there, can someone help me!
I tried several times to improve my HP Envy 15-K204NA for 64-bit Windows of 8.1 to 10 Windows Home, but she continues to fail with the error code 80070714.
I use Protection Premium Bullguard and Acronis True Image installed.
I disabled the SQL services as suggested by other posts on the internet, but nothing seems to work.
When I run the upgrade from a DVD burned ISO, it gets 37% and fails.
Hope you can help. (fingers crossed!)

SSM BIOS deployment ends sometimes fails with error 0 x 642

I'm trying to use the SSM software to deploy an update of the BIOS on my HP Folio 9470 m 300 and run to an intermittent problem. The problem I see is that sometimes, the deployment fails with a dependency error 0 x 642. I was not able to determine a reason for the failure, and the same package deployment works on another laptop.
The only consistency I was able to reproduce, it's that if the installer has failed the first time, it will fail at each time in the particular computer.
I've included a deployment successful and failed log files. I confirmed that there doesn't seem to be a problem with the help of the incorrect BIOS password, because I put the password to that specified when I created the database deployment and it will still sometimes fail.
Let me know if I can provide any additional information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to be able to use this software, because it would make my job managing these laptops much easier.

The team responsible for the SSM does not monitor this forum.
According to the newspapers, that you've posted, you use SSM version 2.14 A8.
Your version prior to the design and production of the folio 9470 by about 3 years.
SSM were many changes since 2.14.
Please update to the latest version.
