  I'm having a problem connecting the YouTube app on the tv. I can search video fine, but cannot connect to see the videos stored in my account. I reset tv to factory setting. I tried to create a new YouTube account. I tried to create a channel by following the instructions from YouTube. nothing seems to work. I have the latest firmware.   Hello. Have you tried restarting the Apple TV, under settings > system? And force them to leave the app, hold the Home button until you see selector app, swipe left or right to select it and push down on the top of the screen using the remote trackpad. If this does not help, delete the app and reinstall it.

  Media remote app is compatible with the BDVE390 Home Theater System. However, it is not compatible with KDL50EX645 TV. Make sure that the Home Theater system is connected to an active broadband Internet connection.

  We have a Sony Bravia KDL-32W653A TV and yesterday half apps disappeared from the menu of SEN. This includes all applications of TV, Netflix, BBC Iplayer Opera, cracking etc. Who is still available are: Skype, Facebook & Youtube.

  We tried all the usual methods to restore the apps. We have restored factory settings 3 times, the implemented available newest firmware update updated, the tv connected to the internet via a cable rigid, refreshed the internet via a wire & wireless connection and reset the internet itself. Nothing has worked and now we are stuck for more ideas!

  If someone could help, we would be grateful, because it is very very annoying!

  My KDL50W800C has an internet connection but when I try to start the YouTube app, I get the message 'year Error Occurred. " Not to be confused with a network error has occurred. It says no network.

  Can't tell from your model number, but if it is an Android TV, try to erase the data on the app:

  Home > settings > Apps > system apps. Search YouTube from the list, select it, select erase data and confirm.

  Restart (just to clear any other issue) - now power press Remote button and try again the YouTube app.

  I get the "service temporarily unavailable" message when I run any application other than YouTube. The TV is connected by wifi to router. I did a factory reset, the iplayer application launched briefly when the TV is connected for the first time. I've only had the tv for an afternoon. Is it possible that all the services of smart app are not available at this time? If one has any ideas on how I can make it work again it would be appreciated, thanks!

  I have exactly the same problem.  Support for Apple (in America) say that it should be a little problem at the end of MLB they could find any problems with my connection, or equipment.  I contacted MLB.COM, which do not seem to understand the question.  Obviously there is a problem somewhere, it takes for someone to own up to it and FIX IT!  A large number of revenue is lost until they (that would work!)
