Usually, it takes a few moments for the Windows Update tool look up and see if it is or not updates available so I'm not sure what's going on here.

  Thinking maybe something when reinstalling Windows 7 had been sloppy, I reformatted and reinstalled Windows 7 new. Same problem; Once SP1 is re-installed Windows Updater tool can't stop 'research' for updates. No code error doesn't pop up, the system works well, but I know there are several updates out there that need to be added.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  On a Mac, the menu bar is maintained by the Mac operating system and not by Firefox.
  
  So, this is the only place where the context menu does not work.
  
  It should work in all the other places as the toolbar bookmarks and Favorites box (view > sidebar) and the library.

  I see that your printer is not printing black once the print head had been replaced.  I would be more then happy to provide you with some suggestions that can make things work again.  The first thing I would suggest is to remove the cartridges and printheads the printer and manually clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and the printer.  It is possible ink sprayed on the copper contacts causing a bad connection, when the new print head has been installed.  If the printhead is not getting a good connection, you may notice messages on the printer error and poor print quality.

  How did you go from 10.6.8 to 10.9.X? Did you only do an inplace update of the operating system or did you do a clean install of the OS and all applications. If the first case, Adobe apps are not satisfied with the migration on a Mac. They must be reinstalled. Try to uninstall, run the cleanup tool and reinstall it from the original disks or a new clean download from Adobe.
