• A few questions about the use of data and Cliq

  I have the cliq, however I chose to not get 3G (so I bought full fare). So I have a few questions about the phone and the use of 3G / 2 G/Edge:

  1 - is possible to disable completely the 2G / 3 G/Edge? I know you can switch between them, but are anyway just tell the phone to stop using them altogether since I'm not subbed to the service?

  To stop all the data, I would like to download an application called APNDroid. He cut them all down. When you log on to blur you have 3G or WIFI doe this without getting a timeout error. During the process of setting up your Blur account, you can press the menu button and set up your wifi to work, this will connect you to Blur and your phone will be connected to the blur. If I were you I would be rethinking to do a data plan since you are really losing out on most of your main features of phones. It's your choice, however.

• Wi - Fi Elitepad 900 died after you have installed the latest driver Atheros HP.

  The Wi - Fi on my 900 Elitepad (Win 8, 32-bit) works well in the past.  But recently, I am constantly Wi - Fi 'limited connection' and that 'no connection' emits intermittently.

  And I went to the download page of the HP driver, installed the last "Qualcomm AR6000 Driver Atheros Wireless LSN series" (SP61232, ver.3.7 of March 22).  After installation, the Wi - Fi connection goes dead.

  Problem solved!

  I had to uninstall all the drivers Atheros Wi - Fi in the Mode without failure Windows, restart, then CNettoyez in the normal Windows mode, restart, and then finally reinstall the latest driver in Mode Windows safe.

  Now the Wi - Fi is back running.  But I have to check if the Wi - Fi BOUNCING 'limited connection' or 'no connection' not coming back or not, with this latest HP driver.

  It must be one or more of the following applications installed that prevented the WiFi driver install correctly in the first place:

  The AVG antivirus,

  ZoneAlarm firewall,

  CNettoyez,

  Malwarbytes anti-malware.

  Got my beautiful defy Motoblur Motorola about a month now. Updated to FROYO via the update from Motorola. Everything was going perfectly until 2 days ago. In the morning, I noticed, there is no internet connection. Originally thought it was my service provider, so I just waite outside. Later in the day, I called them, and they insist they're not having network problems. So I started playing with 2G, roaming settings. 3G, kicking. But shortly after, he fell again. Now I can not even manually try to start. Repeat the connection failure. Any ideas? It's software partners (so an update this will sort) or most prolly material issue? I hate to have to take this phone because I was really starting to enjoy it.

  Check your APN settings in settings > wireless & networks > mobile networks > access point names.

  You can press the menu button, then select 'Reset to defaults' If you're not sure what that need to be addressed.

  If this does not work, I'd recommend a hard, as in factory reset

I went on the internet and found out how to restore my phone, and it worked; the password is gone. But when I went to connect to my old motoblur account, it says "error connecting to accout. Demand for the timeout of waiting for an answer. The account can be created hurt. " Also, when I log on my motoblur account online it works perfectly, any ideas?

  Can you get for a sector of 3g on the outside and try again. Sometimes the edge will not work for this. WiFi will probably not work until you connect again blur and it restores your settings

  If you're successfully logging on to your computer with your Blur account web page, but the phone authenticates you, it's either the network (probably) the card SIM (also likely) or (less likely) phone...

• having suddenly emits turn off my computer as well as the questions after the connection

  It started randomly a few days ago.

  When I stopped everything simply is not extinguished. It will let 10-30 minutes and just restart and brings me back to connect. After the connection of that my computer strikes a blackscreen im could not use the mouse and enter the Manager tasks, but nothing else, after a minute or two my bottom and loading of the task bar and I can use my computer normally.

• Suddenly 39.0 FF is "unable to connect" to any web page

  I use almost identical installations of 39.0 FF on both computers Windows 7 Pro. On computer 1, for the last two hours, I got "unable to connect" on each URL I tried. It can access things stored locally, such as troubleshooting information. FF on computer 2 is fine, and Chrome and IE work fine on computer 1.

  The problem started watching a movie on Netflix streaming on computer 1. The image suddenly froze and the speakers emitted a wicked repetitive noise - maybe it was 2 seconds of the movie soundtrack play again and again. Commands from the computer totally locked up. I kept only the noise of voltage with power button on the computer. I restarted the computer in safe mode, and then it restarted in normal mode. Now, everything on the computer seems fine - except Firefox.

  I tried to restart FF in safe mode; same problem in the corresponding mode. I saved copies of information for troubleshooting in safe and regular mode, and a copy of the submitted crash reports also list. I'll share these if you tell me how. (Can't do it with the button "Share data", of course, because I can't go to this form to ask a question on computer 1 - I am posting this to computer 2)

  The only thing I have not tried is "Refresh Firefox". I'd really rather not do that, because it will scan all my modules and customizations.

  This isn't a question of the age of the laptop
  As far as I know not that support all mobile operators
  You should first ask your mobile operator if you can use the tethering service.

  If this would be supported in my mobile operator, then connect the iphone to the laptop first
  So that you have two options: you can use the BT connection (in this case check if computer laptop also supports BT) or via a USB cable that came with the iPhone.

  (PS: as far I know to attach is supported by iOS3.0 and higher)

  After that the iphone was connected to the laptop, you must activate the tethering on iphone.
  Under settings of-> network, you should see the option internet tethering it must be enabled.

  Quick settings (free) gives a click on settings including access turn off the data connection.

  I have a motorola charm. I bought it off of ebay and I don't have a data service. When I had yesterday it took me 2 hours to finally get a motoblur account. but then I've played with my sd card and did not know that I have to take it apart until I get out. so I reset the whole phone. and ive spent all day trying to connect to my motoblur account, once I reset the whole thing. Ive even tried to make a new one, but it won't let me. Can you please give me some advice? Thanks yo

  You might need mount the SD card in the settings, unless its greyed out, which means its ok. As for having a 3 G show upward when you said that you don't have a data plan is weird. Only, you should be able to use the WIFI.

  Please create an account on your computer and then configure the account on your phone using our online facility of MOTOBLUR account. In order to create an account on your phone, you must have a WiFi connection or 3 G. An edge data connection works generally as the data is moving too slowly and the connection timeout.
