Mouse and keyboard Centre 1.1 64-bit (Win7) causing the reboot and without sleep

Mouse and keyboard Centre 1.1 64-bit (Win7) has recently been installed and since the machine will not regularly sleep, will restart automatically and has projected blue several times during these reboots.  I went back to a previous point and everything seemed fine.  Then reinstalled mouse and keyboard Centre 1.1 64-bit as it was downloaded as part of the automatic update.  Same problems reappear.  Could not find this as a known issue or patches.  Help.

    Hello

My laptop no longer works. Yesterday, at about 16:00 so I was working, the display turned blue and had white diagonal dashes filling from the top to the bottom left on blue background.  I disconnected the power, removed the battery and pressed the start 30 seconds button like I usually do when strange things happen, but now when I turn on, just the lights above the keyboard, not the fan turns, not become sound discs to work.   I left off during the night and tried to start with a zero the device response.   It of kaput or not?  What can I do?

    Hello

If you get absolutely nothing on the screen at startup, including the Logo of the manufacturer, it really looks like a hardware problem.

If, according to contact manufacturer's warranty.

If it is under warranty, contact a computer repairman, premises and ask them to check it for you.

Title of MU days all of this. Has got around the installation of the material above, downloaded updates from the MS site, but Windows 7 64 bit still says there are compatibility problems. Read the other responses on the forums, but in fact, it seems to be a problem unsolved for others too.

Wireless 5000 mouse & wireless keyboard 3000 V2.0 still not compatible after downloading updates from microsoft driver, said my windows 7 64 bit

    Hi Nyasaboy,

Wireless 5000 mouse & keyboard 3000 V2.0 Wireless both are compatible with Windows 7 so I would like to know the exact error message you received when you tried to install the driver update for the mouse wireless & keyboard?

For now, you can uninstall the drivers for keyboard & mouse from the Device Manager and restart the computer that will install the default drivers for keyboard & mouse and check if it works.

    1. type devmgmt.msc in the search box start and press ENTER.

    2. in Device Manager, expand the mouse & keyboard listed in the list of devices.

    3. right click on the driver > click on uninstall.

4 restart the computer. The drivers will install automatically.

  • Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Centre will replace my bloody A4tech mouse software?

Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Centre will replace my bloody A4tech mouse software? I just installed new parts and installed Windows 7. Now, he is asked to download MMKC. I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard, but a bloody mouse as mentioned. If I install MMKC and then replaces my software bloody thereafter, the MMKC and spoil my bloody software?

    Hello and welcome!

He must control the keyboard only. You can always uninstall it later if you have any questions.

  • is there a single mouse driver to carve microsoft ergonomic mouse? The "Mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3" driver/software is not compatible with my other keyboard...

    Hello!

So I went on the microsoft Web site to download the software/driver for my "Microsoft sculpt ergonomic mouse", but is the only driver/software they listed the "mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3", which seems to be for their mouse and keyboard...» I tried to install, but after installation than my other brand non-microsoft (mark i-rocks) 2.4 ghz wireless keyboard Connect is more to his receiver and I am unable to use the keyboard. I tried resynciing and everything but nothing works only as long as this "keyboard and mouse center 2.3" driver/software is installed, so now I have to uninstall that and just use the regular driver for the "microsoft sculpt ergonomic mouse" I have, so I can use my keyboard...

I want to know, is there another older version of mouse only driver/software that I can use with my "ms sculpt ergonomic mosue?  Maybe the latest intellipoint mouse driver would work? What is the latest version and how to find?    or only the "keyboard and mouse Center 2.3" works with this mouse?  so in this case, I have no other choice than to use the generic mouse driver?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    lendbz

I finally thought to it. Apparently, when you install the software/driver "Mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3" for the "mouse sculpt ergonomic microsoft", it will install both the driver for mouse and keyboard correspondence pilot as well, even if I only have the keyboard.  I tried this software even with my old microsoft natural wireless laser mouse 7000 and time that he installed only the mouse driver. I'm guessing that the nano-receiver for the mouse ergonomic sculpt can receive both the ergonomic keyboard and ergonomic mouse? .

If the software installed one "microsoft USB dual receiver Wireless Mouse" under "Mice and other pointing device" in the Device Manager and a "receiver double USB microsoft wireless keyboard' under 'keyboard '.  What I did is simply to go into the Device Manager and uninstalled the driver "microsoft USB receiver double wireless keyboard" and check the box to "delete the driver for this device" so that the keyboard driver will not return and be a pilot and leave just installed microsoft mouse, so now I don't have that the "microsoft USB dual receiver Wireless Mouse" and the generic driver keyboard "HID Keyboard Device" in Device Manager to the the microsoft place unwanted, one, now I can go ahead and install any brand wireless/wired keyboard and the microsoft keyboard driver no longer interfere with it.

  • Mouse behaves badly after the update MS Mouse and keyboard Center

I use a model wireless MS Mouse 4000 and MS Mouse and keyboard Center 2.1.177.0 worm installed.  Since this update the scrolling behavior does not work correctly.  In a particular program (a simulation game), scrolling works much too fast.  If I go into the centre of keyboard and mouse and adjust the scrolling speed, it works well.  But when I restart the previous settings seem to be lost, so I have to put once again.  I use Win 7-64 bit.  The mouse worked fine before the 2.1.177.0 version.  Any suggestions?  TIA

PS I vaguely recall a default update but can find no trace of that.  Running MS Mouse and keyboard Center seems normal.  There is no obvious command 'save settings', so I guess it does it automatically.

  • Questions KB and mouse wireless Microsoft with Win 7 64 bit

    Hello

There could be other messages like mine, but I find it here, with exactly the same problem.

I have a problem with my new Setup: Windows 7 64 bit and a Microsft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3 and MS Wireless Mouse 6000 v2 (he came as a set).

Now it works perfectly with my Windows XP system. I have now on a new computer, Win 7 64 bit. The mouse and the keyboard are now 'Skip', where they seem to ignore the entry for a second or two from time to time. As a first step, I let Windows 7 load its own drivers for these. After the mouse wheel input strange (no scroll bar on an active window would scroll to the bottom with no way to stop it) I downloaded the Intellipoint for the KB and mouse drivers and disabled the intellipoint Control Panel scroll wheel.

I have changed the batteries, moved the receiver to different USB ports, but nothing helped. I have antivirus running. Wi - Fi KB and mouse works fine on this same machine, in the same USB ports.

    I would appreciate any input.

    Thank you

    Gamma

    Ray French

    Hi gamma,

    Thank you for your message.

What is your make and model of computer?

What are the sounds like interference might be the issue.

Other wireless devices and certain appliances can interfere with wireless KB/mouse.

Is there a wireless router near the receiver for the KB/mouse? This also will cause a microwave oven.

Even if the mouse is located in front of a computer and the receiver is at the back of the computer.
interference of the metal casing of the PC can connect properly.

In order to better clarify, if you move the mouse backward through the office (left to right continuously for a minute) is the stop of pointer or freeze at any time?

If so, I suggest to perform a clean boot to see if a startup program may conflict with the resources of mouse/KB:

    Hi Larimar,

I see that you have some problems with the Microsoft keyboard and mouse after an update. I'll help you with this problem.

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

    2. What is the model number of the Microsoft key and mouse Panel?

    3. what security software is installed on the computer?

    4. that update was installed recently?

    Method 1.

Run the troubleshooter of material and check.

Follow the link given to open the Hardware Troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Open-the-Hardware-and-Devices-troubleshooter

    Method 2.

If you know what update has been installed recently, then you can uninstall or delete this particular update and check.

    Remove an update: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Remove-an-update

    Method 3.

    System Restore: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/system-restore

Important: System Restore will return all system files not as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system. If it was your intention with this tool to recover a deleted file to non-system, try using a file instead of system restore recovery program.

  • Mouse and keyboard hangs after windows startup

After you start the system and windows from (varies from 20 to 60 seconds), the mouse and keyboard lock on the screen.  In fact, the mice moves but will not interact with anything.  I have not installed new programs or hardware recently.  They both seem to work fine in safe mode.  I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  Updates are almost common but cannot update in safe mode and locks upwards in reg mode.   I run a scan completes and it came with nothing.  I tried to restore to a previous state but he locked himself in the process and now it shows no restore points.  I guess it's a software problem, but would like to receive suggestions.  Thank you

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply.

    I appreciate your patience.

It is regrettable that you have lost the little things while doing the factory reset.

However, it is always recommended to backup personal files before reset or clean install.

It is good that the keyboard and mouse are working now.

Please do not hesitate to answer, if you have other problems with Windows.

    Thank you

  • Can't install/uninstall Microsoft mouse and keyboard Center!

Hi, I got problem with the Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Centre because he doesn't identify my touch mouse correctly (classified as a HID-compliant device and not by its name as my Sidewinder X 4 keyboard). I uninstalled from Add/Remove Programs, and I also uninstalled the drivers for my mouse AND my keyboard (because it showed a double receiver device in device manager). I restarted my computer, but when I tried to install the drivers again in the process of installing mouse and keyboard I got an error message telling me that it was already installed. I uninstalled it again (the "ghost" of it is still listed in Add/Remove Programs) and restarted. When I tried to reinstall, I got the message again who told me that it was already installed. This is when strange things began to happen. The program was once again listed in Add/Remove Programs (this time with its icon and not only a "ghost"). I tried uninstalling and received a message telling me that the uninstall process could not be met because some the original installation files have been corrupted or missing. But now, the program has been listed in the Windows Start menu and when I double click it it started an installation process ceased to immediately resume a message that mkc.msi was missing from a temporary file to My Documents, and he could not proceed, so now I can't install or uninstall the cursed thing. I tried to restore my computer but it doesn't solve all problems. I suspect that some registry entries are not deleted properly when the first uninstall process. I don't want to mess with the registry by myself, at least not until I know what registry entries are created by and in connection with the program. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

  • Microsoft Optical Trackball not recognized by mouse and keyboard Center 2.2

I use the mouse Microsoft Optical Trackball USB 1.0 with Windows 7 x 64 on the desktop HP Z210.
After you have installed update "Microsoft - pointing drawing - Microsoft Hardware USB Mouse", my Intellimouse software has been replaced by v.2.2.173 Center of keyboard and mouse, which explains that he finds not all devices supported.
Following the procedure described here http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/help/windows-8/troubleshooting/mouse/hw-connection, I tried to plug my mouse to all available USB ports, but the result was the same.
Fortunately, all the extra buttons work as before, but there is no way to configure.

After reviewing this issue, I uninstalled v.2.2 Centre of keyboard and mouse and installed previous from herev.2.1.177. Now everything works fine.

I unzipped the installation of v.2.2 files both v2.1 and compared the content - apparently in the new version, model files and the description of file INF for my mouse is missing.
  • The link to support Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center appears broken

I downloaded the last Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center (version 2.7.133.0 on Windows 7 64 bit). [This now supports Excel with the ergonomic mouse Sculpt, thanks!] I noticed that there is a support link that is supposed to take you to the "Microsoft Hardware Support Page.

When I selected, it opens http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=259866 which seems to be a broken link. Is anyone else seeing this?

BTW, it should really be a more easy/obvious way to report this bug, but I couldn't find a (another using telephone support, I guess, but that seems silly). Perhaps it is the location of the broken link? :-)

  • Installation of Windows do not recognize mouse and keyboard

I'm building a new PC. The motherboard is an ASRock z77 Extreme6.

Everything seems fine. I can access the UEFI configuration and use the mouse and the keyboard.
When I insert the DVD Microsoft Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and the start of it, then the mouse and the keyboard is not active and I can not finish the installation procedure. The keyboard is connected USB and a Microsoft Sidewinder X 4.
The mouse is a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500. The receiver is in a USB port on the back. As I said, both are recognized by the UEFI firmware.
Any advice on how to complete the installation of Windows without a mouse and a keyboard? :)

The best and probably the only way is to use a "wired" mouse and keyboard until you get Windows installed, then Windows can load the appropriate drivers for the wireless connection.
