  Hey guys,.

  In the past months, my laptop had become almost unusable.

  It began with the key odd work stoppage or becomes difficult to use, but now it happened to many of them and last night my touch pad stopped working all together.

  With regard to the problem of keyboard:

  From my point of view of the few sounds of keyboard described as a material problem internal related dysfunction... probably in order to solve this problem, the keyboard should be replaced... just to make sure that your internal keyboard is affected, please join the external USB keyboard and check if it works properly.
  If you see any problems, the problem is no doubt by a malfunctioning internal keyboard and as mentioned earlier, you will need to replace the keyboard.

  Regarding the touchpad:

  I'm not sure if the two issues are interrelated, but the touchpad can be disabled by using the function keys... I recommend you to check this... (function key details are also in the user manual)... you can also try reinstalling the touchpad drive.

  Tip: this forum contains many discussions about similar problems... so I recommend you to read the recommendations posted in this community.

  My D610 delllatitude's cd-rom problems, so when I contacted dell they told me to delete some of the files in the registry and now with my new drive hard to 100 GB when the computer was delivered on the pointer is located in the Center or there abouts and my wireless mouse or my touchpad moves it. When I put my original hard 40 GB drive but it works fine but I have an external hard drive here kit and I am able to run the 100 GB in this way drive. By pluging in there through the usb cord.

  After you have installed Windows on the new drive, have you thought to install all the drivers for your hardware? Looks like that you did not do this. Plug a USB Wired mouse and go to the Dell website and download all the drivers/utilities for your Latitude. This includes the touchpad drivers. Wireless mouse drivers need to be downloaded on site of the mouse mftr. and then installed.

  Dell Support & drivers - go to the site Web and download/install the drivers and utilities for your operating system from Dell. Be sure to choose the drivers 32 or 64-bit according to the case. Enter your Service tag to get the drivers for your specific model computer.

  We had our own image to several laptops to yoga. I installed a new Synaptic/ultranav mouse driver and the problem was solved.

• Mouse and touch pad control center

  After changing to windows 7, nor the mouse or the directional control of the centre on the touchpad works at all.  To move the cursor (arrow) on the screen and the page upward or down, I have to cover the arrow on the sidebar, click on the left button to move up, or move the up arrow of the sidebar click again to move a line at a time...  Alternatively, I can click on the space bar of shaina down pg up RFMOs.  Also when moving the arrow on some points to select, it automatically selects benmehrez that I'm sure I want to spend.  How can I me works not mouse at all, and the directional control of the centre on the touchpad works properly?

• Keyboard and touch pad stopped working on Satellite L750

  My laptop L750 keyboard and touch pad stopped working on start up. I now use a USB mouse and on-screen keyboard to do anything either. I have tried several things to fix, but nothing seems to work.

  I've updated keyboard drivers, tried related work key, updated and run antivirus software and restored to a point in time before the show. Still no luck.

  Hey just got my Lenovo Yoga 13.3 inches. Totally love it. But I had a problem. After that I rinsed the partitions and reinstalled windows my keyboard and touch pad disable when I flip the screen back.   I noticed that it seems to have to go further than before after resettlement. Still, it turns off when completely closed, but use it as a portable reverse as it seems hit or miss if it disabled for me as well. about 180 seems like it should be the point to turn it off, but it weel as it does not disable consistantly until a little past at least 270.

  You can turn off the tapping in the mouse properties. Go to control panel > mouse. In advanced options, you can disable this feature if the driver is correctly installed.

  It seems that the wireless mouse or mouse wireless drivers/software has a bad influence on the touchpad.
  I put t have a good solution for this problem. Well, you can consult the page of the Toshiba driver for latest driver updates. If the updates doesn't solve this problem I suggest to use either the mouse wireless and disable the touchpad with FN + F9 key combination or use a regular USB mouse.
  I guess that you are having regular problems with a USB mouse.

  I recently bought this laptop and for now what is the right click of the touch pad does not work for certain tasks.

  1.) of course the 3rd party mouse driver could be a reason for a loss of Touch and Go system tray icon. If you wish, you can use the system restore which is part of the Win Xp operating system. This procedure should push you old driver and utility.

  (2.) trying to update the TV tuner driver. The latest version is 1.0.32.50526

  Looks like you are facing problems with the Touchpad of your laptop

  Steps to drain the static charge and load the BIOS default settings to solve the problem
  Step 01. Turn off the laptop

  Step 02. Disconnect the power/AC adapter and also remove the battery too

  Step 03. Press and hold the power button of the laptop for a minute

  Step 04. Now re - insert the battery back in and plug again the power supply/adapter

  Step 05. Start Notepad and keep pressing the F10 key during startup to access the BIOS

  Step 06. Once you get the BIOS, please press F5 to load the default Installer for BIOS

  Step 07. Now press ESC/ESC. Save Changes and Exit - Yes

  Step 08. Now, please wait until the unit load the Windows operating system

  Now please re - install the drivers for touchpad of HP Web site in order to solve the problem

• MacBook Pro swollen battery and touch pad don't slam

  My 2011 MacBook Pro has been inactive for 3 months and when I put it in the service of the touch pad will not work correctly.

  After finding the empty battery, I loaded for several hours and it took the charge.  3 days later, the load is always good.  the problem is that, while the cursor moves easily, the touchscreen function (enter) will not work.  The pad seems to be a little swollen as well.

  I was in a harsh climate in Saudi Arabia for a year and had a few touch pad issues with swelling of the battery.  When I returned in North America the problem disappeared.  Now the problem is back.

  I'd like suggestions on maintenance or replacement battery.

  I don't have a stylus (pen) currently since she was not provided with the laptop BUT:
