    ·         Remember to make changes?

    ·         You receive an error when starting?

    ·         Have you tried booting in safe mode?

Method 1: First of all, we will try to start the computer in last good known Configuration and see if it boots.

Method 2: If it is impossible to start, try to start in safe mode. If able to start and then try to perform a System Restore, since this is a recent problem that has occurred.

  • I can't right click on a file in my calendar!  In addition, my mouse arrow does not change between the different when selected tool icons.

Just updated today (2015.1 Release - 9.1.0) PP and now I can't on the right, click on all files in my calendar.  My mouse icon is a permanent arrow as well and does not change when I select different tools.

    Any help would be appreciated!

I had this problem for weeks and finally found an answer - for my system at least. (Mac Pro end of 2013, El Capitan 10.11.2)

I am running PP on three monitors. I have the floating program on 1 monitor window.  If this window is bleeding in another monitor same 1 pixel when you work in the window of editing (on another monitor), make a right click does not work and tool icon does not change when you switch tools.

  • Move gradient with cs6 ch mouse arrow

When I fill the shape with the styles, mixing option, I can actually move this gradient facing up or down with the arrow of the mouse on my actual layer on my project which is nice.

    example1.png

However, when you use the Palace of tool shape at the top left corner of photoshop see screenshot, I can fill this same layer with a gradient there, however I don't see where or how move the gradient in this way with the mouse.

    example.png

It works on both options? or just the mixture of styles path option?

You cannot move the gradient with the drop-down bar gradient options, but you can change and move the gradient with the gradient fill dialog box.

If I click down left Microsoft (early)... all foggy screen flag and remains locked.

I then have to restart everything works well and when have reloaded the desktop icons, I then immediately activate a program and alls fine.

    All pse help?

Were far from affected computer, sorry for the delay, attached my answers to your questions and suggestions: brand and model of mouse: MEDION (wireless)... Unknown model... came with the computer method 1 MEDION: I selected the optional updates and automatic updates since I got the computer and works ok method 2: could not do without happen in safe mode... too complicated to follow other tips pages Ref other modes! BUT... when I tried to reboot in safe mode, the model pulled until the bar moving green loading with the Microsoft Word briefly appeared and immediately took refers me to the black page on which the only option I've heard was to start Windows the last course setting (or words to that effect)... what I did and the computer has pulled up as normal... and since then the pointer problem Innefective mouse wondering did not occur! COMMENTS ON YOUR SUGGESTIONS METHOD I & 2: these links took me to links, links, links etc which were too numerious... too technical in parts to undertsand... so I'm in a situation that, even if the fault has not reappeared, i.e. I don't know really what the fault is, therefore, if this happens again, I'll need a 'hold my hand' approach more useful rather than running mutiple links to me on which I have to make a decision, which I am not qualified for this! Hope you get my gist. ?? !! Yes I think we can close this as answer (but technically it isn't!) Thank you

  • T-200 HP G60-white screen with the arrow of the mouse... Help! I tried a lot of things, but nothing works.

Help! I was loading some CD last night in iTunes and let run all night. This am, I tried to wake up the PC again to a white screen with a mobile mouse arrow.  I sought the advice so far and found this informative link:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03518165

so I tried 3 of the 4 stages:

Step 1: reset - MADE - always have a white screen with the mouse arrow.

Step 2: Unfortunately, I don't have an external monitor

Step 3: recovery of BIOS - DONE - always have a white screen with the mouse arrow.

Step 4: reinstall the memory modules - DONE - always have a white screen with the mouse arrow.

I restarted in Normal mode; In SafeMode... all with the same result = an empty space of the screen, a mobile mouse arrow... but I can't seem to Windows.

    Help, please.

Original title: have a counter top and just brought a mouse and a wireless keyboard, arrow appear everywhere and have to wait for it to settle down before continuing where I want to go, please advice thanks

    Hi Sabnazzy,

Welcome to the community of Microsoft and thanks for posting the question. According to your description, wireless mouse does not work properly. I've surely you will help find a solution on the issue.

    1. What is the model number for Acer desktop computer?

    2. What is the brand and model of the keyboard and wireless mouse?

    3. not this problem occurs when you run a specific program or out of order?

Method 1: Try to insert another port of the mouse and check.

Try to connect the receiver to a different port. Then check the behavior of the device. By trying the receiver on a different port, you can eliminate all the problems affecting the port itself.

    Method 2:

Put the computer in a State of boot is a way to know which application is causing this problem.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

Step 1: Follow the steps in the link below to do the same thing:

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as shown here:

Step 2: To configure Windows to use a Normal startup state

After you have used the boot is a way to solve your problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    a. click Start, and then run.

    b. type msconfigand click OK. The System Configuration utility dialog box appears.

    c. click on the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click on OK.

    d. When you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.

If you need assistance in upgrading Windows 8, I suggest you to return the items. You can check hardware compatibility by using the upgrade wizard tool.
