• HP Envy 17 Notebook PC TS: Mouse Pad question

  I have a HP Envy TS 17 laptop that had problems of pad mouse for awhile.  The mouse pointer will be to randomly jump up to a point on the screen and click on the update jumps out to what I currently work with.  It makes it really hard to use and work with laptop.  I tried to play with the drivers and settings of mouse pad, but nothing works.

• Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 question

  I've been using the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 with my laptop Sony VAIO under Vista Home Premium for almost 6 months. A few days earlier, I was transferring a file from my laptop to my phone via bluetooth while the mouse is connected. During this operation, the cursor of the mouse began to move eradically in the branch on which I show the mouse. He was slow and jerky by following my movements. I had noticed this behavior in previous proceedings, all in my phone and pc were in communication via bluetooth. To fix this issue on all other occasions, I would be simply to disable the bluetooth mouse that had completed the transfer and then turn it back on and it will behave as expected. On this occasion I hit by mistake the detectable button on the bottom of the mouse instead of the power switch. The mouse came into discoverable mode, indicated by the alternating flashes red and green battery light, and the cursor no longer responds.   I had the same problem the year last on a Dell XT; Ms sent me a new mouse BT 5000 and still had the issue. I gave up and updates several months later and unknown, the machine worked again. Today, I tried to use it on another laptop and worked well. I went back to my XT and the red LED flashing (detection mode) is back. Now, it will not pair with a PC. I think the problem is with the mouse it self. He becomes confused and stock in a mode that is not really "detectable" or bc no BT device cannot be found. Remove the water for long periods only resets NOT to be. I finally make it work but don't know what not solved the problem but that's what I did: disconnected (off) BT on PC, which is held to discover button mouse while turning power off, battery removed from the mouse. BT on PC has and began to search for devices of BT, replaced batt in mouse and turned on, you press on discover button mouse (PC is always looking for a device), and he appeared! I chose it and the red light stopped flashing and works well.

  Note that I tried everything back several months ago on the different versions of hosts BT running on XP pro with no luck. Now I use Win7 and this procedure was performed on a Win7 OS PC which seems to be more stable. Hope this helps someone. • Microsoft sculpt the Bluetooth mouse wheel questions

  Bought the mouse a few uninstalled months ago my old mouse software (logitech) and everything has been smooth, the wheel was working on applications and installed software. However, the bluetooth software went a little out of whack so I had to use my old mouse for unraveling and then reconnect the sculpture. Scrolling was working then all of a sudden, it stopped it won't work on anything whatsoever. I tried the following:

  A system reset.

  Uninstalling the software > reset > reinstall.

  the support section for the mouse, I tried all possible solutions

  I noticed in Device Manager that a compatible generic mouse HID was then I uninstalled that I think it was the reference to the logitech mouse also, I received a recent microsoft update and do not know if theres a conflict in the present?

  Hello, all.  I use Premiere CS6 and wanted to know if there is a keyboard shortcut to move a selected clip so that the 'In' of the clip point jumps on the current time marker.  I searched the shortcut key list and can't seem to find a.   Managed to solve the problem by updating the video drivers to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers\wddm_video after the installation of the VMware Tools. I wonder why it is not automated while installing the tools.

  I have PSCS6 32 bit and 64 - bit installed on my computer (usual default installation). When I installed then LR4, he chose PSCS6 64-bit as external editor by default automatically without asking my preference.

  Try to shoot to the top of your 32-bit on its own version. Let it run in the background. Try again your Ctrl-E. Should I just use the 32-bit program running?

• Annoying shortcut mouse

  Hi all I have a question about a mouse shortcut. Maybe it's the wrong forum for my question and I'm sorry, but this seemed the best place for it. OK so this is.

  On my mouse (Logitech M570) when I click on the scrolling wheel twice, a window appears at the top right of my page (inside the viewing part that displays the document). The part that I am referring to is the window that is surrounded by a black border with 'page 8 of 32' downstairs. I know you can click on the grey "x" to close, but are anyway because I don't like that I can't disable this shortcut mouse. Sorry if I'm a little wave, I don't know what is called the window or its function. Also, I'm under Win 10

I did go to SetPoint (software from Logitech which allows several devices [i.e., keyboard and mouse] on a usb key) and disable the middle button. Even if this does not solve the problem I had it done so that now I can't scroll by clicking the middle button. I'll let know you if

  You can send the question to Logitech customer support and otherwise reinstall the Logitech software again or reset factory default driver software, as I don't know any more than the problem lies in the web browser itself.

  If all above fails them, try and see if you can get the mouse works propely on other computers running the same version of Mozilla Firefox.

• Problems with the shortcut keys, suggestions?

  I have an Asus computer is a portable computer, N56VM. I have problems with my shortcut keys. I can use is no longer the fn + key that usually let me adjust the back of my bright keyboard commands, or my volume (mute, raise/lower the volume), however, my brightness on the monitor shortcuts keyboard still works, and so did my black screen key. Oh, and also, my toggle mouse shortcut is not no longer works. I was looking at the forums, and I upgraded my bios and also reinstalled my ATKPI files and still nothing. I think the problem might have to do with the mechanics of the system, but I am not sure. Any suggestions?
